I too have also received 1 pence refund after receiving shoes that cost 49.99 and did not fit. Again due the sizing being wrong their end. Do not order from this company!!

Such a lovely shopping experience
I bought a couple of tops recently and the fabric feels surprisingly soft and well made on the body. Dropped an email to customer support about sizing and the girls were ever so helpful and sweet. Dispatch was speedy and the package came properly taped up so everything inside was totally intact.
