Charabancaroma Recenzje

I love the quality products in the many choices for aroma’s. They’ve all been so lovely. Definitely worth it.

Danke

A wonderful aromatherapy diffuser and lamp beautifully crafted, helps me chill out in the evening with a relaxing selection of oils to use

I absolutely love these scent oils and diffuser! They make my space smell amazing and create such a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The scents are lovely without being too overpowering, and I love how easy everything is to use. Definitely a great way to make your home feel fresh and inviting. I would recommend these to anyone who loves a good-smelling home! I have bought from them for years! ❤️

Really enjoy the fragrances I've ordered. They are a bit pricey, but I appreciated the two sample fragrance sticks sent although I think they had been in storage a bit long, aromas barely detectable. Looking forward to ordering more in the future.

Beautiful products. I had gotten a diffuser with a light as a present and immediately bought a second one which unfortunately stopped working. I had replacement within a week. Emma and her colleagues in customer service could not have been nicer and more helpful in getting it sorted out. Thank you

Products arrived on time, in sturdy packaging and as expected! We purchased the sampler set of the scents and like all of them! Of course we have a few favorites and have ordered those individually. Its incredible the throw the diffuser has even on the 'low' setting. The oils last a long time and I love that we don't have to deal with plastic or water. Overall - highly recommend and worth the cost all around! The diffuser itself is a fun conversation/decor piece. This would make an incredible house/office warming gift. Haven't had to work with customer service on anything because its all been perfect!

Had a couple of failed units but Emma from customer service was exceptional and amazing

The units are good value and I would THOROUGHLY recommend them!

I have tried so many different diffusers and this one is by far the best!!!! Now I have two of them and looking at a third. The scents are amazing. I want to try them all. Even my husband loves them and he hates everything. lol
Now let’s talk customer service, I had a small issue and they immediately took care of it!!!
Love this company and love this product!!!!

What a beautiful product! I ordered the lovely swan bulb. How delicate & elegant it is!! I ordered the white base with the name written on it. It’s very lovely.
I want to say, also, that it was carefully packed & arrived in a timely manner. I hope you order yours & find out how wonderful it is, as well!

When I received my diffuser the charging cord/base units indicator light did not work and the light bulb was burned out. I emailed and received a very prompt response and they very quickly replaced the parts and now the diffuser is working perfectly! Absolutely the best customer service. Highly recommend this company! And the oils are lovely!

Where do I start? The beautiful diffusers themselves? The incredible scents that are unmatched and what drew me back when I needed replacement scents for the Ambient Fireplace? I went on to purchase the Alpine Glow in white, along with extra diffuser glasses so that I could simply fill certain ones with a scent and plug them in. The unit arrived with a slight defect in its light, so I reached out to Charabanc for assistance in fixing the unit or finding a solution. They immediately responded via email and asked me to take a video showing the issue and send it back to them. After reviewing it, their reply was simple: they would be sending me a replacement unit.

This company should be the example of what happens when excellent products are paired with outstanding customer service: you created a customer for life.

I can’t recommend Charabanc to the extent they deserve. Just know that you’re getting something beyond what they are selling—it’s something to experience.

Also a specific thank you to Emma. You made my experience incredible and showed me exactly why I will continue buying my scents through Charabanc. I imagine that come the holiday season, I’ll be buying diffusers for my loved ones so I can spread some of that joy to them as well.

Thank you, Charabanc.

These units are pretty cool. Gonna purchase a couple more for different rooms.

Love the compact lamp and the aromas are fabulous

First off, I love the diffuser and fragrance I bought from here. Sadly after 2 months my diffuser stopped working. I contacted support and was prepared for a bot to respond, nope a person and a very helpful one at that. They asked I try a couple things to make it work and after that failed, they sent me a new diffuser. No fuss. No foolishness. Great product and even better customer service, which is hard to find these days.

I came across Charabancaroma store by chance while browsing the web for authentic and natural aromatherapy essential oil aromas to scent my home.
They have an extensive range of uniquely blended natural authentic aromatic scents, that diffuse into the room creating a wonderful environment in your home, I love everything I have tried, it is like a trip through nature.
Each blend comes in 30ml brown glass dropper bottles, one bottle lasts a very long time, and buying two or more means you can constantly change the aroma.
All my visitors comment how gorgeous my home smells.
What also caught my eye were the vintage looking diffusers they are unusual and beautiful, you can choose from a diffuser with just an elegant glass bottle or one that is also a lamp with a vintage light bulb. What is brilliant they come as plug in or with a USB charger, so you can use it anywhere.
I now have two with lamp bulb, they all stand on a beautiful wooden base and the diffuser bottles that send out the fabulous scented mist complete the vintage look, one is plug in and one USB.
I also have one without the lamp which is USB, I put this
on my landing where I have no plug socket, so my whole home smells naturally beautiful.
The diffusers work on a timer so stop and start this enables you to keep noticing the perfume rather than not noticing when the aroma is constant .
They are a little more expensive than some diffusers, however that said you are getting a beautifully made elegant diffuser, not a boring plastic plug in.
It makes a wonderful gift and arrives well packed with a quality gift bag, or make it a special treat for yourself, I did and would highly recommend you invest in one or more, you will not be disappointed they are 5 star.
The website is easy to use, the products are described accurately and easy to order, high quality and unique.
My order came safely packed and in the time frame stated. I will definitely be buying more, just Fabulous.

Customer care went above and beyond to help me with the issue I had! They responded promptly and they were happy to assist me.

Getting this product is a truly unique gift. The diffuser is beautiful and i love that it is waterless. The oils smell amazing. The packaging is beautiful.

I’m very happy with Charabaca Roma. The device works great. The only things I would improve are the battery life, which could be a little longer, and the flavors, which I find a bit expensive.
