What a pleasure it is to be a customer of Chapel Interiors, from ordering my gorgeous Little Greene paint to the aftercare customer service 'phone call, just superb, highly recommended and will, without a doubt, be including them in my next project.

Fantastic service

Fantastic reliable service, phoned through for an order, They mixed up a certain colour of paint for me in minutes. It was waiting for me to pick up there and then. Great friendly customer service, reasonably priced plus I got a 10% discount off my order. I Definitely will use again in the near future ..

Website is so easy and comprehensive

Website is so easy and comprehensive. Telephone support was on hand and despite DPD not fulfilling their part of the bargain, Chapel interiors were really helpful in tracking the paint down and all was sorted the next day. Delivery of tester pots was quick and well pack. Nice company and I will be using them again

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. Lovely products and a great range . I particularly like the paint and being able to order just a litre , as often we don’t need 2.5 . Will always shop here . Well done and thank you

bad customer service

I ordered a perfect paint from little greene but everytime I contacted for some reason I received a cold reply as if Chapel Interiors was doing me a favour. So no I don't recommend this shop, for the same price I find others suppliers online available

Your order for 4 x 250ml tins was processed and dispatched promptly and delivered next day. After your order had already been shipped, you contacted us to request a change to a 1 litre tin. At that stage, we were unfortunately unable to make any amendments.

We do understand your request and why this may have been frustrating, however as the order had already been fulfilled and sent correctly as placed, we weren’t able to offer a discount.

We always aim to be as helpful and responsive as possible, and we’re sorry if this didn’t come across as clearly as it should have on this occasion.

Always reliable

I have found CI the cheapest with Little Green paints. I have ordered a few times and they always deliver on time. 10/10!

Great price and good advice given

Always get my Little Greene paint from here - 3 reasons.... Best price..... I can collect it virtually ASAP..... and I always get good advice given very willingly - thank you!
