I have been waiting for over 2 months for charging cables. Paid but never sent. Unacceptable

I love the fit and shape of the Falcon lens. The solar lens adaptaion really helps with the sun exposure while doing long runs. I am able to see clearly in the shade and bright sunlight. And it does not run down my nose during heavy perspiration.

Still haven't received anything from them but hot air and broken promises.

Don't EVER make the mistake of trusting these clowns ON ANYTHING. They will promise all kinds of solutions, just to get you off their back, then NOTHING happens...

Literally stole my money.

Great product and customer service

You guys have excellent customer service. I had a couple warranty issues with 2 pairs and another pair was on back order for months because white was sold out for a very long time. You gave me a discount on the pair I waited months for and replaced the two I had issues with right away. I had a speaker not working in one set and I forget what went wrong with my first pair. Thank you for that!

I ordered a charging cord replacement, for my Dusk glasses, a couple of weeks ago, and have not heard anything. original cord plug fell off

The product really speaks for itself. 2 great features packed into one stylish piece of equipment. Fast delivery and solid price.

No shipping date at buying time, repeated messages about useful and less usefull additions to be still sent together, an unclear final message about uncontrolleble shipping, so further delay, still not even an expected shipping date as of today, 10 days after ordering date. Enough?

The products are incredible and great customer support. My order was delayed, got contacted by customer support to see if that was okay with me and got compensated with a free gift for the extra wait.

I received a pair of Chamelo as a gift from a dear one and I absolutely love it. As someone who loves to go out in the sun, I almost always have my Chamelo ready, in my backpack. One great thing about Chamelo is that it’s absolutely versatile, I could simply pair them with my casual wear, or wear them while running! They fit just nice and are super light!
The case protects my Chamelo from any external damages. Also, shout out to Thor for going the extra mile to assist with my queries!

I placed an order on July 4th. After waiting two full weeks without a single shipping confirmation, the company finally emailed me just to say they "needed more time" to send my item. At that point, I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund.

Their customer service is incredibly weak. They seem to only answer emails once a week, making it impossible to get a quick resolution. To make matters worse, I just received an email today (August 17th) confirming they just initiated my refund. Making a customer wait over a month to get their money back after failing to fulfill an order is completely disrespectful. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Everything is good ...except shipping delays

Innovative company. I love the option to be able to change lens colors to match fits or whatever mood im in.

"I legit never gave reviews or made an account just for a review. This site is genuinely so horrible and they are a scam. I ordered on MARCH 14th (Order #35003).
They give the same excuse of "We have a factory that does prescription separately"
They advertise that they deliver quick. I remember receiving an email which stated that they only sell glasses in bulks because they sell out quick. Why would you ever sell a product when you can't even deliver it quick?
They have been confronted with multiple emails and calls which they ignored about my order.
Spent over half a grand on this disgusting site. Please do not order here because I have waited half a year without any news or my product.
Oh also forgot to add they don't ever send you tracking so you won't know if it's ever sent out." This was my last review I left here days ago. They replied with "Ed, I understand why you're calling it a scam after five months — but you will get your product or your money back, and I'll prove it. Order #35003 was escalated as of today; refund or tracking confirmation by Friday 14 August. My direct email is jared@ chamelo.com if that deadline slips. — Jared, Chamelo".

This site is a scam do not buy anything. I sent them another email to their site AND to Jared. Don't spend a single dollar this site will just take your money and not ship anything out or send a tracker. I spent over half a grand and they never reply to emails and just make you wait even if they do reply. You have to constantly spam them. Don't bother calling their number because they never respond.

I’ve been waiting for more than a month tried calling but no answer I emailed 5 times and every time they say sorry we’re having a problem processing all the orders 👎🏻

It was all about the tint changes, makes me feel like a different person every time I change the tint.

The product are of good quality, but the shipping took around 2 months I think?

I can’t rate the glasses because they still haven’t been delivered to me, even though I placed my order in June 2026 and it is now mid-August 2026.
