I have bought three times from this company and every time except one, I have received items quickly, the one time I didn't it was due to the supplier sending the item but I was kept up to date with it until it was received. I would buy again and again from this company as they're professional and I like the products they sell. My cats love the cat trees from here and they last a long time.

The cat trees are of an amazing high quality. They are worth every penny. The customer service is excellent and they get back to you with any query ASAP. I have bought 4 cat trees from them so far. It's is highly addictive. I think I get more pleasure from them than my cats.lol. Highly recommended.Purrrrrfect.

Cat Tree UK provide good quality cat posts and furniture and the large designs are unique. My cat gives it the paws up.

I brought the watch tower, Arrived promptly and well packaged. My cats love it. And I Am very pleased, It is well built and sturdy, Will last many years.

Arrived packaged well and was fairly easy to put together, the "house" is a bit on the small side for my ragdoll cat compared to her last one which has rotted and fallen to bits (which she loved). So far she has not entered the new house, it does not seem to be that sturdy and the "floor" is slatted allowing draughts to come through.

The company were very responsive when i had questions, the quality is amazing, and the cats love their new tree!!

Great well made product and arrived on time

I ordered my cat tree ,and the item was taken from where it was left not in my safe place .the company has emailed and said it is nothing to do with them .and basically saying it shouldn’t of been taken from outside my house as it’s a big box .the delivery company has asked for them to open a signature dispute.which they are still refusing .and saying it’s my fault I haven’t recieved my purchase.they accused me of being abusive .not once was I abusive .I was told I was lying and there was no way my parcel had gone missing .so very upset at a loss of £160 .not once did I bad language or abuse them .and they were not helpful at all from the first email.just want to pass the blame .as a customer all I wanted was the item I saved up for very hard to buy for my cats,wasn’t my fault that it was not recieved .and telling me to check my door bell.which doesn’t record .but again told me I was lying ,then they message and say they will help and contact dpd.to them email and say not a chance now .because I left a review .which is truthful to what happened .and didn’t want anyone else to go through this upset and unnecessary stress.when all they had to do was help me to contact the delivery company as I pleaded for on so many emails .avoid if you actually want to receive your fur baby’s item

I always bought cheap cat trees from local stores, and they used to fall apart and bend and just look bad. I’ve had the cat tree I bought from this website now for months and it still looks and feels brand new despite my cats absolutely loving it! It was super easy to set up, and there’s so many options on the website I was able to get just the perfect one for my cats. I definitely think it’s worth spending a tad more to get one of these good quality cat trees

Absolutely well worth the wait, my cats both love it (and can both sleep together on the top section!!!). It’s very sturdy and can cope with my chunky Ragdoll climbing up the sides.

I was initially pleased with the service and communication.

However, communication went to complete radio silence when I asked procedure to return the item. My cats wouldn’t go near it! I'm left with an expensive box of uselessness.

We had a bit of a delay and a small issue with shipment but James in customer service was great, he was a great help and sorted everything as quickly as possible, big thank you for your great customer service.
The cat tree itself is fantastic, the cats love it. It's really sturdy and has a lovely finish, and it still looks like new after 3 months of hard use.

I received my order from this store quickly, and the products were even better than I expected. My dog is loving the new toys, and I am happy to have found a store with such great options.

All was good with the Zada tree for the first 12 months. At 18 months 4 poles has worn through to the cardboard which had now got holes in, the fabric on the platform has worn through and theres a hole in the hammock. The tree is now leaning forwards and I worry will eventually tip. I tried to get Comms with customer service via Instagram to buy replacement poles. I was asked sizes etc which I provided...then nothing. I chased this up to be told they'd been busy with black Friday sales and they would look in to it...then nothing again. These parts wouldn't have been cheap but I was willing to invest in my tree. I eventually felt I had no choice but to comment on a Facebook page when they were promoting the Zada tree with pics of our tree highlighting how I'd been forgotten, hoping that it would prompt someone to acknowledge me and then message me privately to offer a solution (even though they've pretty much lost my custom by now), even just an apology for lack of Comms would have been appreciated. No, instead the post was removed so other people couldn't see it and I have now been blocked by the page so I can't comment further. I can see their posts when I search but cannot comment. Appalling customer service and an entirely avoidable situation

Cat Tree was huge and well made - bigger than I expected - makes the cat trees you can buy at large chain pet stores look totally inferior although you pay more but it is worth it. It did take a time to come and it was a supplier issue, Brexit and Covid delay (so I was informed - it would have been nice to be informed at the time of the order not when you are asked to do a review)!

Putting it together was easy if you put all the parts in order as some are very similar to each other but slightly different length. There was no caps for the screws and contacted the company and said they don't recommend them - a safety issue - so not in the pack but the instructions show them as should be in the pack!

From start to finish the transaction was smooth, no fuss, and I could pay in instalments which really helped. The cat tree was excellent quality and will no doubt last quite a few years. My Maine Coon loves it and really gets an exercise workout and it takes her flying like a banshee, full throttle at, up and down it!

The one issue I had, you can't wash the round hammock which is on the side without taking it all to bits, it should have a waterproof cushion or designed so it can come off and be washed.
