I always bought cheap cat trees from local stores, and they used to fall apart and bend and just look bad. I’ve had the cat tree I bought from this website now for months and it still looks and feels brand new despite my cats absolutely loving it! It was super easy to set up, and there’s so many options on the website I was able to get just the perfect one for my cats. I definitely think it’s worth spending a tad more to get one of these good quality cat trees

Absolutely well worth the wait, my cats both love it (and can both sleep together on the top section!!!). It’s very sturdy and can cope with my chunky Ragdoll climbing up the sides.

I was initially pleased with the service and communication.

However, communication went to complete radio silence when I asked procedure to return the item. My cats wouldn’t go near it! I'm left with an expensive box of uselessness.

We had a bit of a delay and a small issue with shipment but James in customer service was great, he was a great help and sorted everything as quickly as possible, big thank you for your great customer service.
The cat tree itself is fantastic, the cats love it. It's really sturdy and has a lovely finish, and it still looks like new after 3 months of hard use.

I received my order from this store quickly, and the products were even better than I expected. My dog is loving the new toys, and I am happy to have found a store with such great options.

All was good with the Zada tree for the first 12 months. At 18 months 4 poles has worn through to the cardboard which had now got holes in, the fabric on the platform has worn through and theres a hole in the hammock. The tree is now leaning forwards and I worry will eventually tip. I tried to get Comms with customer service via Instagram to buy replacement poles. I was asked sizes etc which I provided...then nothing. I chased this up to be told they'd been busy with black Friday sales and they would look in to it...then nothing again. These parts wouldn't have been cheap but I was willing to invest in my tree. I eventually felt I had no choice but to comment on a Facebook page when they were promoting the Zada tree with pics of our tree highlighting how I'd been forgotten, hoping that it would prompt someone to acknowledge me and then message me privately to offer a solution (even though they've pretty much lost my custom by now), even just an apology for lack of Comms would have been appreciated. No, instead the post was removed so other people couldn't see it and I have now been blocked by the page so I can't comment further. I can see their posts when I search but cannot comment. Appalling customer service and an entirely avoidable situation

Cat Tree was huge and well made - bigger than I expected - makes the cat trees you can buy at large chain pet stores look totally inferior although you pay more but it is worth it. It did take a time to come and it was a supplier issue, Brexit and Covid delay (so I was informed - it would have been nice to be informed at the time of the order not when you are asked to do a review)!

Putting it together was easy if you put all the parts in order as some are very similar to each other but slightly different length. There was no caps for the screws and contacted the company and said they don't recommend them - a safety issue - so not in the pack but the instructions show them as should be in the pack!

From start to finish the transaction was smooth, no fuss, and I could pay in instalments which really helped. The cat tree was excellent quality and will no doubt last quite a few years. My Maine Coon loves it and really gets an exercise workout and it takes her flying like a banshee, full throttle at, up and down it!

The one issue I had, you can't wash the round hammock which is on the side without taking it all to bits, it should have a waterproof cushion or designed so it can come off and be washed.

Really pleased with such a superb, well made, cat tree. It arrived in 2 weeks (customs delayed beyond the control of supplier), well packaged. I can't recommend enough - my cat loves it, and it's positioned to give her access to climb on top of the wardrobe. I also fastened it using 3M Command strips (40 x 7.2Kg), rather than screws - my choice as I rent - it looks great. Love it!

Great ease of ordering, item received in time frame by a delightfully helpful man who was willing to bring the three parcels far into the bungalow instead of doing what most deliverers do and leave in porch.
I am delighted with the cat tree cats are not so sure!! Typical of untrusting Oriental & Siamese!!! They do not like things to change!!

Delivery was quick. The cat tree is very robust and stable enough for my two cats to have zoomies on it.

The cat tree arrived just four days after being ordered. It was the second Bold Paw tree I have ordered. They are the best quality cat trees that I have found - very sturdy but easy to put together.

Amazing design, great packaging and easy to assemble. Really stable, and an instant hit with our four cats!

Nothing wrong with delivery this was very fast. The product itself is just not suitable for larger cats. Two items broke within days of use simply not strong enough. Perfect for smaller cats

The Cat tree arrived as scheduled. It is easy to assemble and is a solid structure.

We are very happy but more importantly the cats are far more happier with the cat tree than we are.

They use it every day and have taken to sleeping on it too.
