One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with, gave me a cat tree with a broken piece. Took 6 weeks to get a replacement, once I received that the tree promptly pulled away from my wall, falling and shattering. They said it was because I left it near a radiator and compromised the particle board, after just a couple days? Unlikely and even if that was the case, nothing on their website mentions it can't be near a window or radiator so that's irrelevant. I messaged them asking for either a replacement or refund. I was told since it was past the 30 days they couldn't refund it and would send a replacement. 2 months go by and I still haven't received anything. Message again and they told me their suppliers must have missed the email. Fed up at this point I left a bad review on trustpilot (now deleted and replaced with this for more accurate information and dates.) They shortly sent me an email saying they would no longer send the replacement pieces. What a joke honestly. From receiving the tree and trying to sort the problems it took 146 days.

UPDATE- Company threatened legal action after I initiated a charge back.

UPDATE 2- I never mentioned it was near a window, because it wasn't and said it was adjacent to a radiator, not touching. They're just outright lying.

UPDATE 3- that is a pair of french doors which do not get opened as we have cats. Please do not link pictures of my property.

Beautiful cat tree purchased with this company. Extremely sturdy and high quality trees . They look stunning and the cats love it. Good communication throughout . Delivered within a week . Easy to contact by email . Overall good customer service . Highly recommend the cat trees and the company .

The seller contracted DPD to deliver the item with total price of 300€. There was no communication from DPD about the delivery or the package at all, and we had to call DPD. We agreed with them to deliver the item on 26/02. Nobody came on Wednesday, and the tracking was showing that the item was delivered. We contacted the seller about the situation, to which their response was that we have to contact DPD to deliver the proof of delivery, so the refund could be issued. Since this is not a common business practice, the seller asked DPD for the proof of delivery on our behalf. This was delivered by DPD, and the proof of delivery was with fake signature and a day of 24/02, on which nobody from DPD came. so the proof of delivery provided by DPD was definitely forged.
The response from seller was, there is a proof of delivery and if we feel it is fake, it is our responsibility to deal with DPD, and that they have nothing to do with it. DPD is telling us to ask for a refund from seller, seller is saying DPD is responsible and they will not issue with refund. The agent named Jon "Cattree" was very disrespectful and unwilling to deal with this situation, was not answering to questions but writing one story over and over again.
In overal, I highly DO NOT recommend this seller due to their unprofessionality, unwillingness and even rudeness, during the whole email conversation.
In the end, we do not have the iteam, we are short 300€ and nobody is dealing with the issue.

The customer service is excellent and they get back to you with any query ASAP.
My dog is loving the new toys, and I am happy to have found a store with such great options.

The items seemed good though could have made the bowl bit bigger, it is quite small. I have 2 smaller maine coon girls, they weigh 4.5 kilos each at 3 years old.
The wall plugs provided were terrible, we had to buy some to stay on the wall. I think the company could improve on providing good quality versions for the 4 legged babies safety.
After we finally put it up on the wall and it was not coming out from like 5 kilos weight put on it the cats seem to like it a lot, especially the house and the bowl.

I am still waiting for a reply to any of the emails I have sent to your company and your “supplier “.

I recently ordered a new pet pram from Cat Tree UK for our Shih Tzu, who is recovering from a compressed disc in her back. This only happened this week, and following an MRI, we’ve been told to keep her rested. It’s challenging to manage her around the house, especially when we need to move her safely if we’re on our own. The pram is a lifesaver – now we can keep her still and comfortable while still being mobile, even if it’s just for trips to the kitchen or bathroom.

I placed the order early yesterday morning, knowing standard shipping usually takes 4-5 days. However, I emailed the team at Cat Tree UK at 7:30 am to explain our situation. To my surprise, the Managing Director emailed me back at 8 am! They went above and beyond to secure faster delivery for us, and the pram arrived by 11 am the next day.

This level of service is exceptional. I recognise this wasn’t standard practice for them and must have been difficult to facilitate, but their team added a truly human touch to the online shopping experience. They showed genuine care and made a stressful time so much easier for us.

I purchased 2 cat trees and a cat wheel, the trees are well made and are very much used and appreciated by my two new Ragdoll kittens, one of the trees base was slightly damaged (twisted) however with a little bit of effort e were able to put it together so it’s ok the other tree was fine.
The cat wheel is tremendous extremely well made and strong once put together however it is quite a job to build so not for folks that don’t like a bit of DIY, all in all very happy.

The product is good and sturdy and looks nice and the cats like it too. However the machining on the base bolts meant that only 3 out of the 4 would align property, which was frustrating but it is still stable and usable

A very easy to navigate website started this great experience. The range of goods is incredible, and we easily found what we were looking for, at a very good price. Ordering on site was easy, delivery fast, and quality of product excellent. Also easy to assemble.

The service and product quality was great

Our new cat tree is fantastically fabulous and our 9 month old kitten thinks so too. It is so well made and extremely sturdy, we had previously bought another cat tree however the difference in quality is so apparent, cattree uk are far superior to any other cat tree I have ever purchased and we have had cats for over 35 years. It is so refreshing to buy something that exceeds your expectations, great product, great customer service, well done Cat Tree UK.

15 december geplaatst en het zal in 4 dagen geleverd worden inmiddels 9 dagen verder en nog steeds niets ontvangen. Ik kon daarom geld terug vragen hadden ze gemeld, maar nu je geld terug vraagt omdat pakket niet gehad heb krijg je totaal geen antwoord meer.

This cat castle The Logan XXL Cat Tree is absolutely incredible, and it arrived just in time for Christmas! To my surprise, my NFC boy is already using it. Usually, he waits for the new smell to fade, but not this time—he’s chosen to sleep on it instead of with me! The size is perfect for him. Plus, the installation was a breeze, even though the instructions were I think in German ? and I don’t understand a word of it!

The quality of the cat tree was phenomenal and my cat has been sleeping at the top of it since its very first day.Prices were good and delivered in good time.
