Great customer service
Great customer service, I spoke to a gentleman in the office and he was able to advise me on a product. I was uncertain as to whether it would work on my hot tubs which I purchase from them in Catalina Spas in 2015 so he assured me that if they did not I would get a full refund. Fortunately they did fit my hot tubs to all good.

Thank you for your review. We're pleased to hear you were happy with the product.
We're very sorry that the express delivery didn't meet expectations. Unfortunately, although your order was collected promptly by FedEx, it experienced unexpected delays within their network. Express deliveries would normally arrive the next working day, so we're disappointed that our courier let us down on this occasion.
Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again soon - The Catalina Team

Rarely do reviews but on this occasion have to say thank you to Catalina for taking the trouble to find a small component for a 20 year old Spa - which itself is a great product and super reliable. They answered me promptly and were very helpful. Good job guys.

Our experience with the new hot tub for six has been fantastic, and it boasts excellent quality and handy, top-notch features. The process of buying, receiving, and setting it up was seamless. We received comprehensive guidance both verbally and in written form. We've also placed additional orders for chemicals and filters, and those arrived quickly too.
