Be careful with this site. You'll play and everything will be normal, then all of a sudden the game turns horrendous. So they let me jam £300-£400 in it no problem but when it comes to withdrawing £700, whatta ya know, there's a problem and it can't be confirmed and I'm left in the dark as to why! With no timescale on when they will get back to me. Also, got a bonus feature on £1 spins which gave me £0.00, what tf is the point in a bonus feature if it gives you nothing! AVOID!

Horrendous withrawal experience.

They advertise a "fast and easy" withdrawal system but this is complete BS. They have to manually approve each withdrawal, which takes multiple days.

Then they suddenly require verification of your identity, which funnily enough wasn't required to make any deposits. I had to contact CS multiple times over a three week period as they kept dragging their feet on the withdrawal.

This is a scam site. They offer you 200% Bonus Spins on your first deposit. I deposited 100$, so got an extra 200$ in my account. However, once you start to play, they deduct your winnings and your real cash first. On top of that, they say you won't be able to withdraw anything as long as you have Bonus Cash in your account. Basically, they want you to lose all your money, because once my 100$ Cash was gone, and whatever I won through playing, I had to play the 200$ Bonus Cash I had left until I lose it all to withdraw: absolutely nothing. They say that my bank rejected a deposit, I work for them and I can tell you now there is no such thing. Then they wanted bank statements, which I provided. Wouldn't provide proof they sent the payment for my bank to reject. Then they said it will be in 2 hours and then it failed so they said 10 days. How on earth does it take 10 days? Cheques clear faster. They provided me with a tracking reference which is invalid, the bank can't trace that, so when I went back to them they said you have no right to ask for it. Awful awful service. Will not go with them and if I don't receive it by tomorrow I will be taking legal action. Every single casino/bookies has paid the funds the very next working day. I expected it Tuesday. These are robbers. The gambling commission need to remove their licence ASAP
