Tried to get in touch with them only to find ‘my details couldn’t be verified ‘ although they send me emails every week. Closed my account on the same screen that they said they could do nothing as they couldn’t verify my account! SCAM or just useless either way, goodbye to bad rubbish

Closed my account due to a bad reviews I left about them. Made countless deposits Nd never won anything. Not even bonus spins. Proper scam this site. I contacted customer support Nd was told my accounts still open Nd that I need to use a different browser Nd clear my cache which I had already done. Not only that but tried it on 3 different computers Nd 2 phones Nd got the same results. Glad I nolonger have to watch my money go down the drain. Don't trust this site play elsewhere

I signed up and made a $100 deposit (and accepted the 100% bonus). I was lucky enough to play for two days and finally made it past the 35x requirement for the bonus.
I withdrew $2000 (yay me). I was so excited!
24 hours later this is the message I received from them.
“Your account has been found to be in breach of clause 9 of the Promotional Terms associated with the welcome offer:

Clause 9- The maximum bet allowed while the Welcome Bonus is in play is CAD 5. Should You bet higher than this while the Welcome bonus is in play, the Casino reserves the right to confiscate all winnings.

Therefore, your withdrawal has been canceled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of CAD 100 has been returned to your gaming account.“

My heart sank! I am so hurt and disappointed that a casino can legally do this.
There were so many other issues with not being able to play most games. I continuously got errors saying I couldn’t play in my country; however, it’s an Ontario site and I live in Ontario.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this site.
My next option is to contact the Gaming Commission and go from there.

Avoid this company at all costs

I had a playzee account (sister site) and it was closed by playzee themselves for safer gambling

1 hour later I found another site (casimba) made it and deposited .. no idea they belonged to white hat gaming

Turns out I shouldn’t even have been allowed to deposit or bet

I brought this to the attention of casimba staff and got proof that playzee closed my account due to safer gambling In black and white and should be due a refund following the rules of there terms and conditions

Casimba have now have came saying I set a time out on playzee ? So casimba know more about there sister site than playzee’s Own staff

2 bookies ran by the same company arguing with each other and casimba is taking the win to avoid a refund

All forwarded onto the gambling commission after speaking with them earlier today

Played here for a few weeks no problem with deposits/withdrawals and really thought id found a brand you can trust I even recommended to a few friends who gamble. But out of the blue I get a email saying my account and all accounts on other whitehatgaming sites have been banned this is what it reads.

I have no issue with my gambling and do it as entertainment win or loose i have limits and access to tools to limit myself more if need be. Not sure why all the negative reviews, because my experience was good.

Joined in 2020 but never used until September 2022, first time i played i won over £1250, which i was very skeptical whether or not I'd get paid out after reading some reviews on Trustpilot. But these reviews are completely misleading, i was paid out in less than 24hrs.

I was then able to win a and withdraw a further £1100 last night, so based on previous withdrawal, this will hopefully land in my bank today.

I was google search for a fast payout online casino and some how I ran into casimba casino, after check out their casino I found a lot of the games I like Signed up and got my account verified I played there for a week, made some deposits in total of 800 Candian dollars and finally won back my money so I make a withdrawal. Since the fifth of September till now is about 6 days and it's still on pending. On the fourth day I started getting panic and went on google reviews and omg, I should of read the reviews before sign up with them, I even went online chat about more than 10 times and every time they kept saying be patience, allow some time for the process.
