The absolute worst online casino I have ever played there's no way the slots on this site are random, absolutely awful stay well clear

No idea why so many bad reviews when it was perfect, put in around 500 and took out just over 1,000.

my most recent requested withdraw was around 2am 28/03 and got reviewed and accepted by midday 29/03 (instantly in bank)

I’ve been playing Casimba for a while now, maybe 18/24 months, it’s always been a bit hit & miss with winnings, but when I did win I was always paid out fairly promptly,
However a few weeks ago I had a small win, we are talking £140, which isn’t in my opinion a big amount, I attempted to withdraw, but I’d withdrew to my old bank account, they emailed me to request an alternative method, I replied with my preference & this was the last communication they had with me, I never got my withdrawal, contacted live chat who said the accounts team would contact me, & they never did, I emailed again a couple of days later… nothing back, i then started the complaints process, I have won a little since then~ withdrew no problem, went to log on today & they have closed my account! Absolutely furious, I could never recommend Casimba to anybody now, there are much fairer online casinos to go to,

Never Use This platform for gambling They Never Release Your withdrawals until you contact them and waste your time everyday

This company is bad my old card declined my withdrawal so now I've been waiting a full week for my withdrawal everyday I get told a different story its pathetic I have since added my new card and made two withdrawals why are they holding on to my 200 pound I don't get it

They happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawal they won’t pay you. It’s a scam please don’t use this site.
I Spend £1200 they never asked for anything so cash out £228 I was asked to provide documents wich I did yet still they haven’t paid me my cash out although I am fully Verified on top of that they have closed my account. On their online chat all they say is please allow more time. Never had such a bad experience with any casino. This is just scam don’t recommend this site to anyone

I had been using this site over a year an honestly no complaints, til recently. I won large amounts and withdrew over course of two weeks in parts, as you can only withdraw a weekly limited amount, found on my third withdraw they sent email saying I can no longer use my bank as they claim my bank had the issue, to which they credited back into my casimba account, seemed strange as I had always used that bank for withdrawals. I then switched to another bank and have seen withdrawal has not been made and money is no longer in casimba pending? Curious to see if another email will be sent, and casimba account credited back again, which is pointless cause if I can’t withdraw then what the heck lol. So leaves me to wonder if this is their way of not paying out, even though over such a good course of time I previously had no issues with them. Gutted, time to quit I guess! lol

Bonus rounds don't guarantee a win (I've just had 300 plus spins to get to the bonus round and won €1.90, on another site)

I've been playing here since August last year won a few times at the casino small amounts from £100,£300 both in September and was in my PayPal within 24 hours was on the 22nd February this year I won 600£ on a 40p spin on a slots, so I played for a little then made a withdrawal of 400£ left my balance at £200, played with it a little then withdrew final £100 making total of £500 from a £100 deposit so I was up £400 taken about 48 hours for my funds to come through but they came through alright.

Documents: At first I didn't supply them and the 1st two withdrawals went through fine. The last two I was asked to provide documents which I did and they were approved within a few hours so no issues there.

Bonuses wise I've completed 2 wagers but doesn't really amount to much as it's quiete hefty 70x if you respect the bonus terms and conditions which most people do not and they complain about it that's your fault for not reading the terms of their bonuses.

Games they have huge variety to chose from and their games all the pay the same as other sites.

Overall this site is genuinely Genuine and I trust to play here and will continue to.
