Absolutely dog dung site put nearly a thousand pounds in this site won nothing trying to withdraw my own money which is two hundred pounds because I hadn't won I wasn't just keep trying when it's obvious your not going win now they sent me a email telling me that the money as been processed I haven't received it and they closed my account still haven't got my money

So I joined a few days ago. Had a few cash outs. Not huge ones but all ok. Then yesterday I won over £4000. My account was then blocked ‘pending review. I felt sick!!! I used the online chat where they are always quick to respond however was told ‘don’t worry’. Well of course I’m worried when I can’t access account or view pending withdrawals. Just now on live chat voiced my concerns to Ted. What a legend. He kept me on chat answered every question to put my mind at rest and by the end of the chat the £4000 was in my account.
Be patient people. Yes withdrawals aren’t the quickest but you get them. Yes they may block account if looks suspicious like I’m sure mine did as a new player BUT use the chat! Thank you so much Ted x

I'm angry with myself for not reading the reviews before signing up. They don't want to pay my winnings. Scammers!!! But I won't give up, there are licensing committees that deal with them

If I could give it zero I would!! Trying to withdraw my winnings for 4 days now and every time they say they are processing please allow 24 hrs but have now locked my account, I have looked this company up on companies house and have details and will be taking action towards them for not just how they treated me but other people!

Won big money waited 2 days to be review and now refusing to pay my winnings now have blocked my account and are ignoring me AVOID THIS SITE AND DREAM VEGAS THEY ARE BOTH LINKED........

Not long ago, I registered at Casimba, made a deposit, and played for a day. By the way, I didn't win anything – just lost a bit, but that's not the point of the story. A few days later, I received an email from the casino stating that I needed to go through verification. Well, I uploaded all the necessary documents that same day, but the very next day, I received another email with a request to verify my account. Are you kidding me?!

Of course, I immediately wrote to support and got the brilliant response: ""send the documents for verification."" What nonsense? Did you not process the information the first time? Guys, either your internal processes are terribly flawed, or your moderation team's competence leaves much to be desired. This absurdity continued for about two weeks: I tried to prove that I had already sent my personal data for verification, while the moderation team insisted they hadn't seen anything and that I needed to send the documents again, despite confirming in one of their emails that they had received the information from me!

Is it even necessary to say that reputable casinos don't treat their players this way?

But that's not the main issue! I still had about 7000 EUR in my account from my previous deposits. Once again: I ended up losing, didn't get a cent from the casino! Everything in my account was my own money!

But due to the verification issues, obviously created by the casino itself, my account was blocked – along with it, I lost my money! My own deposit was brazenly taken from me!

My money is still with them, and my account remains blocked. They don't even respond to my messages or explain the reason for the block! I, of course, hope for a positive outcome and that MY money from MY deposit will be returned to ME, but considering the quality of their customer service, it seems that getting my money back won't be that easy.

In short, I don't recommend anyone to play at Casimba; anyone could end up in my situation at any moment, and the thought of what might happen during the withdrawal stage is terrifying.

Withdrawal requests take up to 4 days to REVIEW... and then 7-10 days for bank transfers... Everyone else in the world does it instantly... Ridiculous

Good fast withdrawals and pay outs have to review your bank but then instantly pay .

Ever since they changed there sites they stopped giving free vip money bonuses. When question you get an automated response an sent to a site that does not exist

Do not trust this company, they done all the checks and paid me out my £150. Then I made other small deposits over the next day and one this morning for £100 I was playing and got to around £60 odd I then repeated my bet and it was rejected. That bet they rejected turned out to be a winning spin that would of paid me all my money back and more. My account they frozen and now I can't get back into it, apparently I can't afford to be gambling....even though I have thousands in the bank and they kept taking my money. Surely this should be done before you take peoples money and not after and while they are playing with it.
