Worst casino I've played on, still waiting on a withdrawal from them that I made months ago.

They just keep going round in circles and I feel I'm not going to receive my winnings.

I can see how slots are behaving from miles away. Here the rtp is in holiday. No chance of winning comes of course with a 1 star and never again review! Good luck people in destroying your money :)

I don't really like writing reviews but I feel like I have to on this occasion. This company is a joke the level of desperation is unreal. I been with casimba for over 5 years no issues. Made a deposit and lost everything fair enough I expected that. I only play this games for fun I got bored and decided to stop and withdraw my remaining balance I deposited and they refused to pay. Ask me for all this documents I provided the same documents passport bank statements etc. After a month still no withdraw. This is my own money I deposited I didn't get a single win. So I contacted them and ask why after 1 months I still haven't received my withdraw. They said we still looking into it give us more time. That's when I realised they just don't want to pay or have any money. So I told them to keep the money and they deleted my account. Thank you at least that account is deleted waste of time.

I won $1000 (no bonus play clause). They delayed account verification for weeks until I eventually spent everything back. Once I lost everything they said account was now verified. Then I won $5000. Surprise they said I still had to send more documents to verify. After waiting another 3 weeks I gave up and just blew it all. After the money was gone surprise they said account was verified again. The site is a scam. And so are all their sister sites under White Hat gaming. Don’t play here and every other casino if it’s a White Hat site.

Brilliant site, don't get the one star reviews i have never had a problem withdrawing, game quality is as good as they day i joined so what more can you ask for some people are bad losers you cannot expect to win every time you play so five star from me

Another scam casino. Signed up and they refused to honor their sign up promo.

Deposited total of £195 won £1500. Withdrawn the £1509 and I get an email to say they have closed my account and confiscated my winnings! The only thing they keep saying to me is terms and conditions 13.2 which states they can close and account and confiscate winnings at any time without giving any reason!

When you have been on this site for a little while it seems really reasonable but, having been here quite a while, the payback return has been so bad I am leaving. The more you win and withdraw, the more you lose when you deposit again. And I deposited within a week then same large amount the following week. Clearly they don't appreciate regular customers so good luck to the rest of you gamblers. They've lost my custon.

Worked in Vegas for many years. Learnt a lot to watch out for with rigged sites. This site is one of the most rigged I've played. Things to watch out for. Win on small bets raise your bet win nothing. When the bonus comes in twice but that elusive 3rd never drops. Rigged site. I actually went over 50 spins winning not one penny. Avoid at all costs.

Came back to me with they’ve confiscated my winnings and sent me £250 back from my deposits not the full £1000. Absolutely disgusting site PLEASE DONT give them a penny.

Absolutely disgusting site I have never ever experienced such bad service. I deposited £100 via trustly apparently the transaction was abandoned. Anyways the money has been taken out my account. They keep telling me to contact the bank/trustly. I have contacted both of those guys which have assured me that Casimba have my money I have spent hours with their support team sending all evidence that they have my money I have also made numerous complaints and contacted their support many times. They are refusing to help me. They are lying saying they don’t have my money despite the bank and Trustly telling me their company has my money. Absolute scumbags. Useless and unprofessional. I JUST WANT MY MONEY!!!!!

Stay away from this filthy piece of shit scam casino. I had 60€ that I was going to withdraw and accidentally triggered my 10 casino bonus free spins that had 35x wagering requirement and won 9.80€ bonus from those. There is no way to remove the bonus funds (I asked the chat and thats what they told me) and you cant wihdraw any money while the bonus is active. The casino uses your real money first of course and it was all downhill trying to wager that scam bonus as usual. One of the worst scam shit shows I've seen. STAY AWAY!
