Casimba- A casino with a lot of games but a poor and slow interface, the welcoming bonus seems appealing but in actual fact its one of the poorest ones you have to go through your own money first before bonus is used but once bonus is used you must wager it 35X I placed a £20 in so I’d have to wager it for 700 pounds, lame.
I played a-bit of blackjack nothing new there those live tables are always generally the same.
Decided this site wasn’t for me so I chose to drop the bonus and withdraw my £20 back it’s been 2 days and still waiting on a confirmation I’ve even withdrawn let alone had it back yet. For this day’N’age that’s terribly slow.
My last annoying thing was I couldn’t withdraw at first it kept glitching, so I went on chat and before they would even speak to me to prove I was the account holder I had to give them…..

Anyway once I finally proved who I am I spoke about my withdrawal to which the the person I was speaking to, Len to be exact out of the blue said can you tell me why you are playing at such an unsociable hour ? And then brought about a safe gambling tripe barrage.
First of all the amount I spent was small but also it was on a Friday at 12.45 am oh gosh someone’s still awake past 12 on a weekend!
It’s safe to say this company has quite annoyed me and I won’t be returning.

Since the first review i have been back on to give it another chance, i decided the same so went to close my account to which i was asked why and i replied because it was terrible.
they asked if i would elaborate to which i said no i dont have time just close my account like i asked and they would not move forward till i had given them a reason.
after giving them a reason they then came back to me and said but you have 10 bonus spins on your account how should i proceed and i replied with SHUT MY ACCOUNT! to which it has now been shut.
I wont ever be returning!!

Not the best casino for winning, tried now for 3 days: result- complete disaster. Lost 3000£ over 3 days, playing 1-2£ per spin. My advice- avoid 🙂 But choice is always yours

Achtung Abzocke-- habe nach langer Zeit mal einen Gewinn erzielt und wollte davon 500€ auszahlen lassen. I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've played here twice, 1st time lost my deposit and bonus (50+50) 2nd time I deposited £50 with no bonus and won £612 in first game. Decided to withdraw and it took 20 hours to process and landed in my bank immediately.

I understand that the gaming commission require random checks on certain players and sometimes this can extend a withdrawal. Also, if you take a bonus, it takes longer to process to make sure you have met all the eligibility criteria to withdraw.

I'm sure the casino will get their money back eventually but for now, I'm going to treat myself with my winnings.

Genuinely do not understand all the negative reviews? My KYC was approved in an hour 24hour turn around on payouts.
