Great customer service
For me what made my experience with Car Titles so good was the customer service. I had made a mistake on my original form and that could have made it a much longer process. But CarTitles had reached out to me by text and any questions that I had, I could just text Amy who was always very responsive and worked to quickly clear things up.

They sell services that can't be done
I scheduled a consultation with an expert to possibly convert a title of destruction from a trailer I purchased. On that call the "expert" told me it would be a little process, but we certainly could try and they have done this before successfully. After that, we paid them the amount requested (over $400) and we started working with them. We signed and filled many documents to the DMV, local Courthouse and so on. After being rejected multiple times due to lack of professionalism on their end, they told us that we needed to pay over $450 in various fees to different entities. After paying that amount and waiting over 6 months, we have received an email from a new CarTitles representative saying that this process is pointless because it is impossible to convert this title around!?! Why didn't they tell this to us in the beginning? Just so they could pocket our money and waste our time? We are very frustrated with this company

Vehicle title cases involving a Certificate of Destruction can be especially complex and unpredictable, as outcomes ultimately depend on state agencies, courts, and third-party entities—not on our company. At the start of the process, cases are evaluated based on the information available at that time, and in some situations, agencies later determine that no further progress can be made despite prior efforts.
Our role is limited to document preparation, guidance, and coordination, and all government decisions and fees are outside of our control. Unfortunately, some determinations—particularly with destruction titles—are not made until well into the process.
We understand how disappointing it is to invest time and money and not receive the outcome you hoped for. This was never our intention, and we take feedback like this seriously.

I was a little hesitant using a third party to get a new car title because I had lost mine but I’m really glad I decided to go for it. Amy was super helpful and our conversations back and forth were not only quick but incredibly informative and helpful. I was sent all the forms I needed to either fill out of sign within a week with instructions on how to take care of them, as well as a pre paid envelope to sent everything in. Getting the title from the DMV took a little while but all in all I would use car titles again if I needed too.

When you move from Texas to Maryland
When you move from Texas to Maryland, everything is a huge job to get settled and turn your world back into normal again. Car titles really helped me because I needed to get an updated title and be ready for the stringent regulations here in Maryland. They stayed with me the whole way. They even text me or call me to check to make sure I was receiving the information and everything was going well. Small amount of money to pay for a lot of peace of mind. Thanks guys.

Great experience
It took a while but I was able to receive my duplicate title. I moved to a different state and needed my title to renew my tags. When I got to the dmv I realized I had lost my title. You guys helped me out with that. Like I said it took a while to receive it but Amy was very helpful and kept me informed through phone calls and e-mails along the way. What a waste of money
What a waste of money, this company was no help in me helping on how to get a replacement title. I went to the DMV myself to get a new replacement title, very misleading and a waste of time and money. Would never recommend, trying to get a refund! Will update if refund is issued.

The staff at Cartitles was very helpful and diligent
The staff at Cartitles was very helpful in obtaining my title. The process ended up fairly complicated because the lender I purchased the vehicle from— and paid off 5 years ago, was still listed on the title when Cartitles communicated with the DMV from Oregon. It was eventually worked out and Cartitles staff were in contact all along the way. I am very satisfied.

Very happy customer

First Experience with Cartitles.com
The documents prepared were not all helpful. It was a good place to start to guide someone like me who had never dealt with this before. But most documents were either outdated or incorrect that were provided. My particular situation was difficult so everyone's might not be as hard. I had an out of business lien holder and a family member that wouldn't work with me to transfer an abandoned vehicle over. The help desk wasn't the easiest to get a hold of or work with. Amy was helpful to assist me with moving things along when parts of the process would stall. I would recommend to someone if their situation isn't that complicated. Otherwise doing this again I would just go to my local courthouse and ask for the much cheaper vehicle title packet to start the process.

Amy was very knowledgeable and professional even when I wasn’t due to being in the middle of a move from another state and trying to get my vehicles in order . Amy did an outstanding job completing this title search and obtaining it so I could trade in the car . She was always sending or calling me with updates and I really appreciate her abilities to handle this title which was a mission with an unknown lean on it .
