You need to get a title for your vehicle. Maybe you purchased it and did not receive a title. Maybe you paid off a loan and did not receive it from the bank. Maybe the title was lost before you put it into your name. In any scenario, there is a method for you to get a title. Every scenario has a process described in detail on this website. USE ANYONE BUT THIS PLACE
Do not waste your money, just go straight to the BMV/DMV of the state you're requesting the title from. For $15 you will save yourself the absolute headache you get from cartitles. They ignore, pass the buck, and are not very competent at all especially for a simple title request with a lien release and address change....they give you bad advice, too, such as to include a pre-paid overnight envelope for the issuing DMV to use because they DON'T use them. My $32 envelope went straight into Indiana's BMV mailroom trash can. It's been almost 3 months and I still have no title. Ariel refuses to even answer my emails. 100% do not recommend!
After reading the reply I stand 100% by my review. Save your money, do it yourself. There is no advantage to using this company. You will not save time, and will be out $189 plus $32 for a useless prepaid overnight envelope that goes into the trash. They can say whatever they want, but this was not a satisfactory experience whatsoever. If "zero stars" were an option, I'd be using it.

We take feedback seriously, but we do want to clarify a few important points. First, we have not ignored your case. All emails received were responded to, and your file has been actively processed based on the documentation provided. At no point was your order abandoned or passed off without action. Regarding the prepaid overnight envelope, while some DMV offices choose not to use customer-provided envelopes, others do. This suggestion is provided as an optional step to potentially speed up return mailing, but ultimately the DMV determines how outgoing mail is handled. That decision is outside of our control. Additionally, the timeline for title issuance is determined entirely by the Indiana BMV. Once an application is submitted, we must wait for their internal processing, which can vary and is not something we can expedite directly. We understand delays are frustrating. However, we have followed the required procedures and remained available throughout the process. If you would like to escalate your case or review the status in detail, we are happy to do so directly. Our goal is always to assist customers through what can sometimes be a complicated DMV process.

I havent received my title yet but let me say that i am 100percent confident that i will. My situation was a complicated on for me because of my work schedule and distance from family but Amy Jewett contacted me and had all the answer to my questions. No refunds!
I requested a duplicate auto title on a Wednesday, found my original title that Friday and requested a refund. They requested additional forms in order to cancel my order which I sent immediately only for them to tell me there were no refunds.
Don’t use this company until you have searched everywhere for your original title. Read all the fine print before paying. I’ve told my coworkers and friends this.

For that reason, refunds are not guaranteed once processing has started. The additional form you were asked to complete is part of our standard process whenever a refund request is submitted, even if the request ultimately cannot be approved.

My communication with the company was fine
My communication with the company was satisfactory. I misunderstood believing that this online process would save time and inconvenience of trying to manage the paperwork in person at the DMV.- it would have been helpful if somewhere on their website, it stated that this process could take up to 6-eight weeks or more- I could have walked in to the DMV and started my process in person rather than hiring this company to manage it for me- I believe this service is better suited for people, unable to manage the DMV in person or people Manning this from out of state. It has nothing to do with the service I received, but not understanding the process or knowing that it could take eight weeks or more would have been helpful.

We needed a lien release and new title application and this worked out great. I was able to speak to someone and verify that the order I was placing was exactly what I needed. Great Experience
Was very happy with our experience. They kept me informed through the entire process. The longest part was DMV mailing the title and that was less then 3 weeks but also it was over the holidays. Otherwise it probably would have been a tad bit faster.

Car titles really helped me out
Car titles and Amy Jewett stuck with me the whole time. my issues took over a year to get sorted out, but i finally got a title to a car that my son dragged home with no keys and NO PAPERWORK...not even a bill of sale.
