I absolutely recommend this service. Getting my title was complicated by needing a lien release for a 20 year old vehicle from a small credit union in a different state. Amy from Car Titles did so much to get my title for me!

Don't worry, they are legitimate.
So I was skeptical because not all their reviews were 5 stars but I also k ow there are stupid people out there who cant follow directions so I gave them a shot. Oh holy hell, customer service like you wouldnt believe. Someone said these people took their money and ran, I do t believe that for a single second, I had at least 3 different people reaching out to me to make sure I was doing good and asking if I needed help. If you get to speak with Amy, shes just great and she really cares. But aside from that I cant say anything negative about my experience. Im going to keep this company in mind when I see other people who need help. Definitely a customer for life here.

Outstanding Service
From beginning to end Amy has only been extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. My husband and I recently moved from FL to Il, and in the process we misplaced our car titles. I had a 22 year old vehicle that I had lost the title to. I spent 4 months trying to get a replacement title from 2 different states with no success. I engaged CarTitle.com to go to work for me and they were very responsive and pro-active in working with me through the states and the original lien holder. After another 4 months they were successful in having a duplicate title sent to me. Consequently, paying their fee was totally worth the price as this process was not an easy one to do by one''s self. I highly recommend their services. Interim communication was always prompt and accurate.

My experience with CarTitles was great
My experience with CarTitles was great! The person who handled my account (Amy) kept me very well informed about where my paperwork was in the system, what was coming, etc. which I appreciated!! I did not however factor in such a long wait time for the mailing (in my case was from Florida to Idaho) and paperwork process, so be prepared!
This was however not CarTitles fault, they were very professional, and I would use them again in the future.

Paperwork looks very professional
Paperwork looks very professional, and I’ve gotten a few random text from them asking about if I’m having any issues. They sent a request for lien release/ letter of non interest for me also. Waiting on the lender.
But paperwork wise, it all looks good.

Slow for the cost of expedited
They did a nice job on the paperwork but missed the expedited request at a hefty added fee by two weeks. When confronted, they claimed I signed off on this slow of a service. That was not how expedited is marketed.
You can do all of the steps yourself and their cos isn’t worth the speed.

A Successful Experience!
They sent me information about how to obtain the missing title for a vehicle I had purchased. That even included some of the forms I needed! One of the representatives contacted the individual to inform him of the procedures that could happen if I did not receive the title. That person contacted me the next day to arrange for a replacement title. I received it two weeks later! Well done!
