i have gone from very pleased to very low to hugely delighted. I purchased a lovely car, which drove well, for the first 5 months when i suddenly broke down in lane 3 of a busy, packed main road and had to be towed to a garage. Due to an admin error i was in effect short changed on the warranty as the warranty company declined to pay out for repairs BUT Cars4less found out - i assume from the Warranty company - contacted the repair garage and paid in full the bill to get my car back on the road WITHOUT BEING ASKED because they acknowledged it was their error - needless to say i was delighted when i went to pick up my car to find cars4less had picked up the tab. [for the record i was considering having a right good argument with them when i got my car back on the road - but their actions meant i only have praise and admiration] - I have previously heard only good things about the company and now i have experienced that first hand. My question to you would be - What other cars sales garage would do that for you?. That is first class customer service. i applaud the integrity and honesty of those involved. Down the years my old man has purchased several cars from this family business and has never had an issue and has never been disappointed with the quality of vehicle he has purchased or the service he has received. Absolutely first class service - Simply second to none! coming from a purchasing manager does that now tell you something?

I travelled from peterborough to view a 64 plate nissan qashqai as there were none locally at a reasonable price and age. After 8 weeks i have had no issues whatsoever with the vehicle. On arriving to view the vehicle it was immaculate both inside and out. It was exactly the shape and colour i have wanted for several years and at a great price. I was drawn to this company also because it is family run and owned and from the outset they were accomodating and friendly. Even going so far as to accept a trade in on my current vehicle which as i had explained would need a little work doing as the rear suspension had recently gone. Excellent service. I would return to buy another vehicle when the need arises.

Bought a Nissan Qashqai from Cars 4 less last week. The price of the vehicle was alot cheaper than anywhere i'd seen. I decided to make the 2 hour journey to have a look. I was met by a lovely sales person called Nicole who is very keen and helpful. Gave me the keys and let me take it for a test drive.
No pressure to buy. I was very happy with the car and phoned a few days later to say I would buy it. A small deposit was taken and i picked it up a week later with a few minor things sorted out as promised by them.The car had been serviced MOT'd and cleaned. Nicole even put a years tax on which I didn't expect. Great customer service and would fully recommend.

The staff was very friendly and tried their best to help me choose a car. Explained me the pros and cons of every car I was interested in.
I am very happy with my new car.

I would like to pass on what a positive transaction buying my car from cars4less has been, after seeing the car on autotrader and then visiting the cars4ess garage and there was just a friendly face who answered any questions, as for most people buying a car is a large purchase and I would recommend cars4less to any future customer.

I purchased a car from Cars4Less in May and the service was excellent. I had been to several garages before them, only to be presented with poorly described cars and salespeople who were either too aggressive or entirely disinterested. Cars4Less were a breath of fresh; friendly and plain-talking with a decent selection of well presented cars. I dealt with Nicole and Eddie who were both excellent and always did what they said they would, when they said they would. Nicole even picked me up from the railway station when I came to collect the car. A few months later, a minor warranty claim was dealt with quickly and easily (the fault was not their fault). I had the money for repair back in my account within 24hrs. I highly recommend this garage.

My purchase from cars 4 less was pretty smooth and the staff were very kind and helpful through the whole process even picking me up from the station to their car shop.
The car was also in very good condition and they helped me get familiar with it.
All together I really liked the hassle free process.

It's a year now since we bought our 2013 Qashqai from Cars4Less. We had been looking for months for a newer Nissan to replace our 13 year old Almera Tina (we like Nissans). All the Qashqas in our price range had done about 25-30,000 miles and the dealership we had visited seemed to make it difficult to obtain cars for us to view. Then we came across Cars4Less online with a white Qashqai (our preferred colour) for sale at more or less the same price as others we had viewed but with only 6,300 miles on the clock! We made an appointment to view the car with Eddie, the owner, and went to see the car the following weekend. We were left to inspect the car at our leisure and then given a test drive. We bought the car and agreed to have it delivered later that week after Eddie said he wanted to have the car serviced and MOT'd before delivery but couldn't have done then as it was a Sunday. The car arrived in York at our chosen destination at the agreed time on a low-loader in excellent condition. It came with a 6 month warranty but we've had no need to use it! The car has just passed its next MOT with flying colours. The next time we are looking for a new car Cars4Less will be our first port of call. Thanks Eddie and keep up the good work.

Good service all round car was cheaper than the big car dealers by 500 pound lower mileage and better condition. Came with a 6 months warranty.10/10 Was well worth the 100 mile round trip. Will certainly be paying these guys a visit next time im looking for a car

Excellent service from start to finish. Initial enquiry dealt with efficiently. Able to take car for test drive at my own leisure. No pushy sales. I have bought a lot of cars and this was the nicest experience I have had. Thanks Richard
