Carpets And More Recenzje

Easy to order with very pleasant and helpful staff, thank you Akram. Carpet arrived on the day and time stated, actually early! Delivery man again couldn’t be more helpful.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and Akram who I dealt with was brilliant. Kept me updated on progress of order and very very good.

Highly recommend the company. 5 star customer service from start to finish and the carpet was exactly as described. Delighted

Great price , the carpet was exactly what we ordered and once they had received the carpet from the manufacturer, delivery was prompt. My only gripe would be that the carpet delivery man wasn't very helpful in getting the carpet into the house

Very helpful and did what they said they would. LVT delivered promptly to allow us to finish our kitchen floor after being let down by other suppliers. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Delivery arrived bang on time. Saved a lot of money by ordering direct with this company. Would I use again - 100 per cent and would recommend to family and friends too. Many thanks

Excellent all round, very accommodating in providing lengths cut to size, very pleasant and helpful driver.
Carpet is now fitted and looks lovely.

Extremely happy with my purchase will definitely be ordering more excellent customer service. Fast delivery highly recommended 👍🏼

Jason and Akram are amazingly helpful. First class service and a great price. Always picked up the phone or called back if they missed my call. I needed carpets urgently as a fitter had a cancellation and they go them to me within days. Highly recommend and have already told lots of people about them. Great price, great service. About to order some more from them.

Excellent service - friendly and helpful staff and a good selection. Good value for money

The delivery chap was very kind and very helpful and moreover a nice early morning delivery

We could not have asked for more and will be back soon to order more carpet for our new home

I will definately be using this company for future purchases. i have found them helpfull, efficient and very competitively priced.

What a great service for a great price. Sofa looks brand new. Ed was so friendly and professional would highly recommend

Very good customer services and communications. Good price and availability on required product. The delivery charge seemed a bit high, hence 4 stars. Otherwise all good.

Thanks - good price and quick delivery.

Carpets were delivered promptly, great correspondence and on Time, delivery driver messaged me the day before to confirm time and again in the morning, nearly half the price for the same carpet in retail stores. A+++++
Thank you

Great service and fast delivery. Saved £200 buying from them. Would highly recommend

Looked online for a carpet I wanted and this store offered it at £10 per square metre cheaper than I could find locally . Even when delivery charges were taken into account this was still a considerable saving . I did not get the original delivery date I wanted however I was warned they were busy and they were very flexible on a new date - arranged around my availability. The delivery driver was great . Haven’t had the carpet fitted yet but overall would highly recommend this company

Good quality carpet at great value. Happy with delivery and customer service. Thank you.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carpets and more. The customer is excellent. Friendly, helpful and very professional.

Thank you so much

Excellent service! The product that I bought recently had been changed by the manufacturer and they had not informed the suppliers. The dimensions and pack size were changed so it presented a problem to me. An email to the company and a subsequent phone call was returned to me within the hour. The issue was resolved swiftly without fuss. Well played Akram. You will definitely have a new customer on your books after the 5 star customer service.
