Cards were well produced, lots of selection and arrived promptly. It would be nice to be able to pick font for printing on back of postcard like I did on front, might have been an option that I missed.

Ive been using CardsDirect for years and years. Was late to the party this year, no worries, they came through with no issues. Will definitely use again next year. Happy Holidays to all

The cards were printed wrong (upside down). I reported the issue online, but did not receive a response. When I called customer service to follow up, was told there was not way to replace my order timely and the agent was dismissive/not helpful.

The replacement envelopes arrived quickly and were exactly what was needed. These envelopes needed to be replaced from my own incorrect information that was entered. The quality was excellent, and the issue was handled efficiently.

I've ordered our corporate Christmas cards from Cardsdirect for 5 consecutive years. There are many reasons for that! I'm impressed with the staff - from telephone calls to live chat exchanges and email messages with the graphic design team; each representative is courteous and kind. They offer guidance, answer every question I ask, and provide customer satisfaction that I haven't experienced with other vendors. We have been pleased each year with the quality, rapid turnaround time, and reasonable cost of our Cardsdirect orders. All of this factors into remaining a return customer. Promotional discounts are always appreciated and I couldn't be more pleased -- I have recommended Cardsdirect to other associates who select them as their vendor.

I have had the pleasure of working with John Lefler on our annual holiday cards for the past 15 years. Each year, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable from our first communication through delivery. John knows our company's requirements and works within them to provide competitive pricing and artwork in a timely manner.
This year, one of our new offices did not receive its personalized cards due to an error in the delivery address. Immediately after learning about the missing cards, I called John, and he worked with his printing warehouse manager to locate them. It turns out the Post Office returned the cards to Cards Direct because of the incorrect address. Once found, John went the extra mile by resending the cards to the right address, at no additional charge.
This exceptional customer service is why I will ALWAYS use Cards Direct for our corporate holiday cards. Working with John Lefler is a breeze, and he makes my job a little easier! Thank you!

The ordering process was extremely easy. They had a large selection of exactly what I was looking for (calendar cards) and the prices were very reasonable especially considering their low minimum quantities. What really surprised me was how fast the were delivered and how really great they looked. Personalization was exactly as ordered. Very happy.

We ordered cards for our business and the process was simple & executed perfectly! We were able to personalize the cards with our business logo. Very timely delivery & just what we ordered! We would definitely recommend them & use them again.

We ordered 100 cards and 73 preprinted envelopes with addresses. Normally you would have sent us 27 blank envelopes so we would have enough envelopes for all the cards. We only got the 73 preprinted envelopes. This is the first time in many years of doing business with you that this has happened.

The cards are beautiful. Customer service was very helpful. I love that they address and mail everything for me. So easy and with the cyber Monday sale the price was very reasonable.

My order was misdelivered. When I tried calling the help line, the phone call kept dropping me before I could speak to anyone. When I reached out over chat, the representatives were rude and short with me. They said they would resend my order. I have yet to receive it..but it should be coming in today.. if it is not delivered to the wrong place.

We ordered a little later than usual this year. The cards arrived earlier than expected and looked great. We customized them with a student's artwork and the cards looked professionally made.
