We have been ordering cards from this company for years and they never disappoint. The quality is excellent, the variety and options for cards offers something for everyone. All this at a reasonable price.

I recommend the peel off self- stick envelopes. Huge time saver. We typically order Holiday cards, Birthday, Sympathy, and Get Well. Also designing Get Well, Congratulations Grandchild, Congratulations Retirement and Sympathy Pets.

Very poor service today at the branch in Swindon. My 10 year old daughter went into the store to buy a card and bar of chocolate for her teacher as it is her birthday. My daughter choose a card and bar of chocolate. Went to pay with her Xmas money she got given from her grandad. It was a £20 note. The staff member put it through some machine and said sorry it is fake and would not accept it as payment. Another member of staff I assume he was the manager and he pretty much said she was using a counterfeit note. In tears and not understanding why she cannot use the money she had been given as a present we left the shop. Went a few shops down to another card shop and had no problems getting a card and same bar of chocolate which was all cheaper. I feel this is disgraceful and disgusting way to treat any customer let alone a young 10 year old trying to do something nice. I think defamation of character springs to mind. Need less to say I will never step foot in any of your branches again and I will tell all social media of my young daughters appalling service.

The quality of your cards are great. I always buy Religious Christmas cards and you have a beautiful selection.

I love the option to address and mail them directly. We had a couple mailed to employees to check the quality and timing, and we were very pleased. It saved crucial holiday closing preparation time. I also like the option to order further in advance and select a mailing date. The holidays are so busy, so I hope to utilize that feature this year.

We purchased 6 '2 years old' party balloons from Cards Direct for our daughter 2nd birthday

On opening them we noticed immediately a very strong chemcial smell.- on inflating some of the balloons the smell was incredibly strong so we stopped

We have now researched the recent publicity around dangerous chemcials in UK sold balloons through retailers

This is the first time we used Cards Direct to send our client holiday cards.
