Cardoc Recenzje

Very very professional place even lent me a car until mine was finished thanks again
I will definitely use them again .. brilliant. K

Excellent service. I came in enquiring on replacement running light bulbs. They offered to do it there and then and also gave me a price inclusive of VAT. So many garages omit that little point!
The whole process was very pleasant. They are very knowledgeable as they answered a follow up question in detail. Something the dealership of my car was a little light on.
Very satisfied.

Brought my car in after lights appearing on the dash. After it being checked over, Paul informed me of exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He was really informative and honest. I can not fault the work done on my vehicle and the customer service received. I will definitely be returning!

I've been going to Mahesh and the Cardoc team for the better part of a decade with several vehicles. Always received exceptional service with a concise explanation of the work that needs to be completed and why it needs to be completed. When issues with the automobile do unavoidably develop, I have always been offered honest and reasonable solutions, allowing me to make informed judgments about what repairs to perform. When I purchased a new automobile (used), Mahesh advised me on the vehicle's whole service history previous to my ownership and discussed what work had been performed and what we should look out for in the future - an excellent example of going above and beyond. As a result, I've always had high regard for the team and the work they do.

My Car required an Mot and was served by Paul. Very friendly and professional service.

Always done a good job.car comes back very clean and il Always use them.there vert helpful as well

Cardoc were very helpful when I needed a tail light replacement. I walked in without an appointment and the job was completed in half an hour. The reception staff were very friendly and clear on pricing. The reception area was very clean and modern and was very comfortable to wait in.

Great service and quick turnaround time. Explained everything clearly, very professional, will use them again.

From start to finish very professional service, quote was competitive, l required service, Mot and tyres done which was all done at the same place, not all garages can do that. Icing on the cake was that they picked up and returned the car all on the same day.

I went to this company for an MOT and an interim service - as it was local to me and more importantly it showed a 5 star review for the Good Garage Scheme and a 4 star for Yell.com on their website.
My MOT was failed as a result of a faulty Hazard light switch. The rep said it is a typical problem on the Aygo and they can't get the part. I thus ordered the part from Holland - paying 91 euros for a prompt delivery. However, upon collection found no issues with this switch and the mechanic passed the MOT.
There were several other issues on their promises and it turns out they don't have an account with the Good Garage Scheme anymore. They cancelled a while back but did not update their website. I made a complaint listing a range of issues and the owner made excuses and has only offered to refund £48 for the MOT. I am taking this further and it may end up in court.

I have been using this local garage for some time now and always find Paul to be a reliable and trustworthy person for handling my car’s work. I would highly recommend using this local garage for your needs.

Excellent!!
MOT AND full service.
Thank you so a quick smooth service.

Cardoc was a savior for me today. I came all the way from Bucks to Harrow on a Saturday morning and found my MOT is expiring today. Called a friend of mine and he recommended me Cardoc. Called their phone number and Paul picked up. With all possible ways to help, he patiently listened to me and offered me a place in the queue on a Saturday, which is obviously one of the busiest days I believe. He also quoted the price upfront and checked if I am ok with it. When I arrived there, I found everything precisely well-organised and had a great chat with Mahesh V and Paul there. Superb friendly guys and very much professional. Got the MOT done well within the time and with no extra or hidden charges. Have already recommend their details to the community I live. Definitely going to have all my future car work done there. Highly recommend to everybody.

Excellent work always, good and professional staff- Paul and the team were really helpful.
