Never use this company.
The car was full off damage, the write everything down but when you return you notice they actually did not do it correct. On the copy and the original they just put a dot where the damage is but it’s not visable. We had to pay 40€ late fee because we “arrived” late. We were in time but had to wait 30 min for them helping others and then we had to pay because we were late

Not a good service, take another provider! Or use 3 hours of your holidays to take thousand of pictures and videos of the car before take it, also inside... also under the body... also km... also fuel... also light... also tyres... also...

Retal consigliato dal sito Carjet, abbiamo preso una Skoda Fabia perché sembrava costare meno, ma alla fine trovano il modo di farti pagare i soldi che pensavi di aver risparmiato.
Innanzitutto appena arrivati ci dicono che non si può andare a Balos con la macchina perché si sporca
La macchina ci è già stata consegnata piena di righe e ammaccature e con interni sporchi, per fortuna abbiamo fatto le foto altrimenti avrebbero trovato da ridire anche su quello
Hanno già cominciato male: la cauzione trattenuta sarebbe stata di 900 ma siccome avevamo già avuto delle spese, avemmo dovuto aspettare la fine del mese per prelevare una cifra cosi alta quindi ci hanno trattenuto 200 e hanno aumentato di molto il costo della macchina
Dopo neanche 50 km la gomma posteriore destra è andata a terra così l'abbiamo cambiata.
Al momento di restituirla abbiamo detto all'addetta che avevamo cambiato una gomma e lei ci dice che il prezzo per una gomma bucata che era evidente avesse già un tot di km è 150€, quando sul foglio con le tariffe appeso fuori dal rental c'è scritto che due ruote sono 200€, quindi una è al massimo 100 ( che a parer mio è gia un prezzo esagerato per una ruota vecchia)
Con tutti i renatal che ci sono lì intorno non date i vostri soldi a questi ladri disonesti

Pessima esperienza, 5 stelle per la disonesta'.la donna addetta alla restituzione cerca dei danni che non esistono .la vettura mi è stata data in pessime condizioni ho dovuto sostituire un pneumatico che stava assieme con lo sputo e mi ha fatto pagare 150€. Assolutamente da evitare ,piuttosto andate a piedi

Devono chiudere!! Ma vedo anche da vecchie recensioni di alcuni anni fa che continuano a truffare gente.
Appena andiamo a ritirare il mezzo atterrati sull'isola di Creta vedo un atteggiamento poco affabile e piacevole nei nostri confronti ed il tempo di attesa è risultato di quasi di un ora per effettuare il ritiro del mezzo.
Mi danno un veicolo di classe inferiore rispetto a quello prenotato. Ritiriamo il mezzo con relativa assicurazione dopo un celere controllo da parte loro, mi dicono subito che il mezzo deve ritornare pulito esternamente ed internamente altrimenti c'è una penale di Euro 150.
Mi dicono che non è possibile andare alla spiaggia di Balos perché c'è il tratto di strada sterrato è anche qui, penale di Euro 350, ma al momento della prenotazione questa indicazione non era inserita.
Dopo una settimana e quasi 800km prima di restituire il mezzo, andiamo in un autolavaggio self pulendo anche i sedili con un panno umido togliendo il sale e quel poco di polvere che si è formata sbattiamo i tappetini senza aspiratore.
Durante il Check della riconsegna un *simpatico" addetto non trovando cosa contestare ci ha indicato che pulizia interna non andava bene avendo trovato 3 sassolini sotto il tappetino ed un leggero velo di polvere, normale dopo 5 giorni di viaggio e mare, volendoci addebitare Euro 150 per la pulizia finale.
Eravamo ad una ora dalla chiusura del chek-in dell'aero, andiamo comunque al lavaggio self per effettuare una ulteriore pulizia più accurata,
Al ritorno nel effettuare il secondo controllo da parte di questi truffatori il simpatico addetto ci ha risposto che avevamo eseguito il lavaggio al self è non andava bene!!!, dovevamo portare il mezzo all'autolavaggio presso la pompa di benzina, immagino da un loro compare.....!!
Da qui per fortuna non comprendono l'italiano!! La situazione si è accentuata è stato un crescendo di continue contestazioni fino a quando dal gabbiotto è uscita una tipa più simpatica del primo, contestandoci che siamo stati sulla spiaggia di Balos con relative immagini e prove senza però che ci vengano mostrate su nostra richiesta richiedendo però ulteriore addebito di Euro 350.
Eravamo arrivati oramai a 30 minuti dalla chiusura del check-in del volo, e purtroppo abbiamo dovuto cedere al loro ricatto orami ben collaudato e contrattare sul prezzo della pulizia interna e basta
Ora mi domando dopo una settimana di vacanza su questa bellissima isola e avendo avuto contatti con persone oneste e disponibilissime dobbiamo partire con l'amaro in bocca per questa spiacevole situazione?
Com'è possibile che nonostante tutte queste recensioni negative, sia su questo sito che in altri, questo tipo di gente continui ad operare in questo modo?
È una pratica consolidata che si ripete con tutti i clienti, quanti soldi arrotondano in modo disonesto?
Farò anche un reclamo sul sito CarJet dove ho eseguito la prenotazione, devono rendersi conto della disonestà di queste persone.

Pas op met deze malafide bende. Ze zijn er alleen op uit om je geld binnen te halen. Lees meer reviews van Carandgo. Geen goed woord. Onbeschoft te woord gestaan. Ze rekenen 150 euro om de auto te wassen. Zelfs als ie schoon is. Het kost je 18 euro als je niet contant afrekent en wilt betalen met je bankpas.
Nogmaals ik huur nooit nooit nooit meer bij CARANDGO.

Abbiamo noleggiato un auto a Creta e lo sportello auto era quello di CARANDGO sito che mi è stato indirizzato da CARJET quando ho cercato auto noleggio Creta. Era il più basso rispetto ad altri ( 20/30 euro meno niente di che ) e ho scelto questo prendendo una fabia Skoda. Arrivati là ci dicono che NON POSSIAMO ANDARE A BALOS CON LA MACCHINA. Abbiamo preso la macchina proprio per spostarci ed andare là quindi se lo scrivessero nel sito sicuramente la gente li scarterebbe a priori visto che tutti vanno in macchina con le auto noleggiate a BALOS , eravamo gli unici a BALOS quel giorno (29 giugno ) con la jeep dovuta noleggiare per 65 euro a parte a KISSAMOS visto l inconveniente con questi noleggiatori. Quando consegnamo la macchina ci dicono che dovevamo lavarla altrimenti se non la laviamo paghiamo 150 euro di multa (PAZZI TRUFFATORI) gli altri autonoleggi accanto posso garantirvi che non hanno questa cosa dell auto da lavare ma la lavano lì loro. Il mio fidanzato di corsa va a lavarla ( A LORO NON FREGA NIENTE CHE TU HAI UN VOLO ) quando rientra il noleggiatore ( SCORTESE E MENEFREGHISTA) alza il tappeto dell auto trovando DUE PIETROLINE MINUSCOLE e voleva fargli pagare 150 euro di multa. Finché non litigano e alla fine lui non glie li fa pagare e lascia prendere il volo al mio ragazzo. NON PRENDETE ASSOLUTAMENTE AUTO DA QUESTI TRUFFATORI COSTANO MENO PERCHÉ VOGLIONO FARVI LA SORPRESA DOPO ..CON NOI CI HANNO PROVATO MA NON L HANNO FATTO , CON TANTISSIMI ALTRI CHE HO LETTO SOLO DOPO LA VACANZA , L HANNO FATTO E LA GENTE HA DOVUTO PAGARE PERCHÉ GIOCANO SUL FATTO CHE HAI UN AEREO DA PRENDERE!!! No alquileis con esta empresa. Lo barato sale caro.Ni los lugareños hablan bien de ellos. Te hacen limpiar el coche por dentro y por fuera, es la primera vez que nos encontramos con esto. No les pongo un zero porque no nos da la opción.

Sostanzialmente sono dei BANDITI, ti offrono delle macchine a basso costo, perché ti infilano la truffa alla riconsegna. Ho riconsegnato l'auto senza alcun graffio aggiuntivo, hanno sostenuto che la macchina era sporca e mi hanno costretto al pagamento di 150 euro e con aereo in partenza c'è poco da questionare, ma andrebbero denunciati. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE

Unfortunately it was a very bad idea to book a car from Vipcars site and from Car and Go company. My new valid credit card has not been accepted due to the lack of empossed characters. I know it's my fault that I didn't notice that but it's unacceptable for such companies to fall behind with modern technology.
It is not matter of money it is matter of professionalism.

Please avoid this company

They ultimately ruined our holiday. To start with our flight was delayed so we got there a little late but 15minutes prior to closing. We were told we'd either have to pay the 40euro late fee for them to stay open or come back in the morning. The women then did not start the paper work until gone the closing time to justify the late fee.
On the walk round the car the worker would not mark scratches and dents which were obviously there saying they 'were fine' i insisted they were marked down. Please do the walk round and do this if in the same position.
It was made very clear any damages would be charged, worded like they wanted it to come back damaged. This put us in fear all holiday.
The A/C was broken and noticed within 2 minutes of having the car, by this time the women had left. We contacted her via phone and whatsapp throughout the trip but got ignored. In 34c heat this was extremely unpleasant.

Handing the vehicle back i got another worker who fortunately did not point out any other damages other than those that were marked down on the walk round.

All in all a bad experience and would spend more next time on a well known company, lesson learnt here.

Ik moet helaas 1 ster geven anders kan ik geen review maken en plaatsen. Maar ik geef echt GEEN ster dus maar O sterren voor CarandGo op Kreta airport.
Ik wil aan iedereen laten weten dat dit bedrijf CarandGo op Kreta luchthaven, oplichters, boeven en dieven zijn. Zie ook de vele negatieve reviews van eerdere huurders op de website van GarandGo om te lezen.
Velen krijgen na afloop schade plekjes te betalen voor plekjes die er al waren. En ook (net als ik) zeker schoonmaakkosten van 150 euro te betalen.
Dit terwijl ik de auto 1 dag eerder voor het inleveren van de auto nog zelf had gewassen en de regen (met stof in de regen) terug naar Carandgo iets vuil terug heb gegeven.
Ik heb de auto bij het ophalen op 15 mei 2024 vuil aan de buitenkant van CarandGo meegekregen. Maar ze rekenen aan mij 150 euro schoonmaak kosten.
Ik heb de auto 10 minuten eerder nog bij een tankstation vol getankt en daar zou de autowasstraat maar 15 euro gekost hebben.
Bij het ophalen van de auto kwamen er ineens volgens hun regels (die ik niet kende) extra kosten bij voor leeftijd groep 60 euro en gebruik creditcard 18 euro totaal 78 euro. Ik wilde de 60 euro voor leeftijd groep dit bedrag contant betalen om de 18 euro credicardkosten uit te sparen. Dit kon niet, alleen maar met creditcard betalen. En ik heb niet mijn geboekte merk auto meegekregen maar een ander merk auto en aan de buitenkant vuile auto meegekregen waarvan de airco de hele huurperiode ook niet werkte.
Bij inleveren van de auto kreeg ik een extra rekening voorgelegd van 620 euro. Dit voor een een spelde puntje (steenslag zei hij) op de voorruit, die bijna niet te zien was. Maar waarvan het leek dat hij wel wist dat deze daar al zat bij het uitgeven van de auto 1 weekje eerder aan mij. En de 150 euro schoonmaakkosten voor de auto die ikzelf nog 1 dag eerder had gewassen.
Ik ben er bijna zeker van dat de volgende huurder na mij van deze auto te maken krijgen met dezelfde problemen en kosten. Deze ruit met speldepuntje bijna niet te zien wordt niet vervangen en ook de schoonmaakkosten van 150 euro krijgt ook iedereen. Ik lees niets anders in de al negatieve geplaatste reviews van anderen bij Carandgo. Ik heb maar 1 grote tip en advies aan iedereen die dit leest en dat is: GA NIET BOEKEN BIJ CarandGo, ANULEER JE BOEKING, LOOP WEG BIJ DEZE DIEVEN EN OPLICHTERS. Er valt ook niet correct en op een normale manier met deze medewerkers te praten.
Als ik niet mijn medewerking zou verlenen voor de betaling van de extra 620 euro ruitschade en schoonmaakkosten werd mij verteld dan zou mijn reservering voor de borg 950 euro niet door hen vrijgemaakt worden. Ik heb WEL mijn medewerking verleend en 2 dagen later was de 620 euro al van mijn creditcard afgeschreven. Maar de 950 euro gereserveerde borg op mijn creditcard is pas 30 dagen later 15 juni door automatisch verloop vervallen en verdwenen. Zo schijnheilig werken ze daar bij CarandGo. Voor mij NOOIT meer CarandGo.
Als er al zoveel gedupeerde huurders zijn (net als ik) dan moet dit CRIMINELE bedrijf toch eigenlijk gestopt worden.
Met deze CRIMINELE werkwijze heeft CarandGo nu 1 keer wat aan mij verdiend. Maar hierna verdienen zij nooit meer wat aan mij.
Dus ze verliezen alleen maar.
Ze zullen jammerlijk genoeg zeker altijd nieuwe slachtoffers krijgen en vinden en met hen zo doorgaan.
Carandgo nog bedankt voor de MEGA slechte ervaring met jullie. Ik hoop dat het jullie NU al en in de TOEKOMST zeer slecht gaat.

Don't be fooled by the low prices. They will get the full price one way or the other. In my case, they had be sign the hand over document when I was get the car so that they can add anything to it later without my signature.

To all the people here on Truspilot with bad experience Carandgo Heraklion. We stayed on Crete and notified the police about this company. They are doing bad things to toerist for many many years.
We hope they will start a investigastion! They are a shame for Greece!
And Autocar rentals try here to give 5 stars...is the same company!!

Totally unprofessional and rude. Left me standed at Heraklion Airport even though I had a reservation with them. Don't trust them. Avoid them like the plague!!!
