After using their services, I won’t think about using another rental company. The staff were very polite and over fulfilled my expectations. They were always able to answer all my questions fast. Will happily use them again.

Satisfying experience, affordable price, easy-to-find as long as you read your voucher as well as the cars they own and the one that i rented were new which was surprisingly cheap for a new car... Would use again.

The best rent-a-car company you can get a car from in Sofia. If you are visiting Bulgaria, you can easily book from them as they have a huge fleet of new cars, great customer support, amazing service and for the best price you can get!

I like the sevice

The staff are very rude and try to upsell you expensive insurance. In my case I already had paid for excess insurance in the UK and they tried to reject it as inadequate. They overwhelm you with lots of paperwork and you feel like you are signing your life away in a dozen locations.

Before returning the car after 5 days I washed the car by hand and checked it over meticulously. No sign of damage could be found at this time.

On returning the car I was immediately met by a member of staff. Whilst I was on one side of the car he was on the other side of the car taking photos. He then claimed that I had scratched the car in multiple places and charged me over £800 in excess fees.

It's obvious that their employee caused the damage because it wasn't there prior to arrival. The damage was selectively done to door handles and bumpers in areas of the vehicle which would be easier/cheaper to repair.

If you have already a booked a car with this company or willing to take the risk, make sure you watch them like an eagle and don't let them out of your sight for even a fraction of a second. Make sure you take out adequate external insurance to cover any claims that they might make against you and take lot and lots of pictures before, during and after the hire period.

This company offers their own additional insurance, but I didn't take this out and couldn't comment on it. However, I have read elsewhere that people have struggled to make claims on this insurance. e.g., having to make a police reports before making a claim or finding any feeble excuse to refuse paying out.

My advice is to consider using a well known/reputable company instead.

Jag hyr bil ofta genom olika online bokningsställen. För de mesta går allting utan problem.

Två gånger inom ett år har jag dock blivit hänvisad till detta ställe vid namn Car 1 Rent a car/ NU Rent a car. De verkar ha många olika namn. Samma sak har hänt båda gångerna: jag går dit med full försäkring som jag tecknat vid bokningstillfället. Personalen försöker på ett väldigt agressivt sätt att få mig att teckna deras egen försäkning som är 4 gånger dyrare än det jag betalat. De slutar inte prata, frågar hur mycket utrymme jag har på mitt kreditkort, vill blockera €1000 och kräver att jag ska ha ytterligare ca€2700 som de ska kunna utnyttja i fall jag returnerar bilen med någon skada. När jag avböjer att köpa deras försäkring vägrar de hyra ut bil till mig. Då har vi också passerat bokningstiden och jag har gått miste om tidsfristen då jag kan få tillbaka pengarna som jag lagt ut till försäkringen jag tecknat med internetbokningen.

TOTAL SCAM. Charged me €499 for the tiniest scratch on the BUMPER of all places. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Çok güzel karşılandık herhangi bi problem yaşamadık tavsiye ederim

Tardaron mucho en entregar el coche. Yo reserve a través de booking y es lo mejor que pude hacer. Tuvimos un problema a la entrega pues nos habían hecho 3 pequeños arañazos en la parte delantera del coche ( y eso que siempre estuvo aparcado en parking) y cobraron por la reparación más de 1.800 Euros (vamos que con eso pintan el coche ENTERO 2 veces) y gracias a booking fue rápido porque a rent a car 1 tuve que reclamar la factura 3 veces pues no la enviaban y booking se portó de 10 con el seguro Plus que yo había contratado a traves de ellos con Zurich pidiéndoles también la fra y devolviendome el importe cobrado.

Un loueur à fuir. Il apparait en tête des comparatifs pour je ne sais quelle raison. Nous sommes en contentieux avec le site Booking.com à leur sujet pour une double facturation de la location de la voiture, sur le site en réservation et sur place, soi-disant la première somme va uniquement à Booking, lamentable ! Si vous voulez louer en toute confiance, n'allez pas chez eux !!!
