50$ for a letter they wrote with AI and didn't sign
Signed up and requested a standard demand letter. It says it might take up to two weeks to review my case. We will later I found an email in my spam mail with no attachment. I emailed them back and the next day they sent me a letter they were with chatgpt, with my signature and told me to sign it and email it to the other party. What? I don't need to pay an "attorney" to use ChatGPT to write a let that I can sign abd send to someone. What scam! A demand letter from a law firm is supposed to come from the law firm!

Misleading at Best
misleading and manipulative at best as they allow you to select your state, regardless of whether or not they service said state. Cape Law will ask for your residence to verify that they service your jurisdiction. Conveniently, my state was listed at the top of their list when asked. There's even a page that states it's checking your jurisdiction as it processes your initial information. Then they offer you options, with payment costs. But wait, there's a special deal if you subscribe! Well, this could need multiple actions, and the call being free with subscription sounds nice. I'll probably only need one month. Alright, paid. Opposing party information? Missouri. Check, done. Wait, what's this? Now that I've paid, Missouri is not on a list of states where services are offered? And there's no obvious ToC stating that you aren't entitled a refund even if you don't or can't utilize their services?
Likewise, there's multiple obscure steps before you can unsubscribe, and there is no confirmation after emailing,in fact,they only tried to get me to book a call after multiple emails requesting they cancel my processing transaction. Sounds like a violation of federal regulations around subscription services.
Avoid at all costs.

They would also rather flag reviews than address the issue. They won't send a confirmation of cancellation, either.
