3 min late and tried to call back
I was 3 minutes late and attempted to call the attorney back but she wouldn't answer. She texted me back saying she was on another call. Then they canceled my appointment and demanded I reschedule and pay again. The disclaimer says they can be late but if I am they move on within minutes.

I was fairly new to this whole court process for small claims court. I chose this site to help me understand and things went terribly wrong. My court case wasn’t even filed ( took close to a year before they realized it was not filed), I was told they were overwhelmed with a work load. This dragged on until someone stepped in and apologized and refunded a little bit of my money. Honestly I spent 600 dollars on something I could have just done myself. Knowledge yourself people, read and ask questions. I was told papers were served with letters but I had no confirmation that this was even done. I was not able to upload what I needed for my court case. The day of my trial, cape justice didn’t even do anything besides send my case in to the court. I had to print everything and bring all of my documents myself along with evidence, pictures and photos. I was over charged and felt like I got scammed honestly out of money. I would advise to not use cape justice. The one positive thing I will say is that the staff were helpful when I had questions but I was mostly stone walled. I’m out 600 dollars and even though I won my small claims trial it does not mean you will see a dime.

We do want to clarify that, as mentioned, we do not file exhibits or evidence on behalf of clients. We encouraged you to bring all supporting evidence to your hearing, as this is standard for the limited scope plan you opted for.
We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the services we provide, but we are truly elated that you won your case! Congratulations on your success, and we wish you all the best on your continued pursuit of justice.

Charged me $20 to make an appointment and they never called. They emailed asking for another $20 to make another appointment, saying they did attempt to contact me but couldn't. If that's true, why not text me or leave a message at the time?
During the scheduled appointment time, I called their help line twice and each time sat on hold for 10 minutes before a recorded message told me to try again later and hung up.

I called this company for a referral…
I called this company for a referral and they gave me a name of a lawyer. It cost me $50 and I got a 7-minute phone call for that price. The name of the lawyer they gave me only represents insurance companies. So I got a referral that was no good and it cost me $50. Do not use this company, they would not give me my $50 back. Why would they refer me to someone who only represents insurance companies? Don't use Cape, they only want the $50 and don't care about helpful referrals.

You not even trying to fight my case you don't know property law or litigation like the color title or the fact someone ignored my bankruptcy case then 7 years later they want to fight not repair my home or pay the property taxes I could have just lived here until they came but I thought I won my bankruptcy case

Was struggling for a consultation for my very obviously simple case of a corrupt towing company because everyone are weak losers that roll over and just take it from towing companies apparently. The man I spoke with was very informative and covered damages and angles of approach for my small claims case I hadn't considered.

They don't care about your time.
I was called by an attorney from the wrong state who couldn't help me. I couldn't reschedule it through the email they sent because it had already passed. They sent me the direct calendar of an attorney in my state so I could schedule. I waited another week for the soonest appointment and the attorney didn't bother to call.
