I used them try to sue a car dealership. Didn’t work at all. Seems like maybe they had some internal issues with their employees. It’s more or less an automated system and doesn’t work very good. And I am more or less just wasting my money on them and my recommendation would be use a real attorney online service did not work well at all at least not for me

The person I talked with had no care in her tone of voice and the background sounded like she was at a concert. I answered my own questions but when told there was nothing I could do, I went and made things happen to resolve my own issues.

When I received the first draft of the…
When I received the first draft of the Demand Letter, it was for a different individual and case entirely different than mine. The last word of the Engagement Agreement, (effec), is spelled incorrectly. The correct spelling is effect. Finally, the defendants name was spelled incorrectly on the document that went out. A quality control check would assist to ensure that documents sent from a professional organization meet a professional standard. So far, I am not pleased with the professional service provided.
