Great customer service. Family friendly. Amazing events throughout the year. They go above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

We brought our used dethletts motorhome July 2023 from camper uk with a year warranty. We had a few issues with some minor defects. The after care we received in sorting out our issues was amazing credit to all the staff working at Camper Uk. Amazing People so devoted to their jobs.

Must say phoned camper uk up twice this week about the oil light and today phoned up as it came on again, spoken to dean and was very helpful, he couldn’t get any one to answer my question so he phone back with answer how many litres it need , what brilliant service you get from camper uk , they seem to have all the answers

Excellent service. Girls on reception desk friendly and helpful. Zoe on service reception exceptionally good and work carried out to high standard, on time and without fuss.

The ethos of the business is reflected in the professionalism and dedication of all the staff members. Chloe, Ben, Neil to name but a few. I have used Camper UK for several years and never had cause to question their committment to customer care and satisfaction. Having a motor trade background myself I have an acute understanding of the difficulties they face but I never fail to be amazed by their collective dedication. We would like to thank CamperUK and in particular Dan Hyde for the amazing service. When we 1st started looking for a new Motorhome a lot of people/companies would not even return our calls or emails. Dan always returned calls and many emails. We were treated well and not ripped off as other dealers tried to do. Our order was placed with CamperUk due to this even though they were not our nearest Burstner dealer CamperUK and Dan are a very rare find and very very few companies seem to have their work ethics. I would recommend them every time Good hand over at pick up Nothing is too much trouble and great spares and accessories Thank you

Over the last three years, I have received truly excellent advice and information from Dan at Camper UK. No question has been too challenging or too simple - he has answered all my queries swiftly and comprehensively. He has been generous with his time, always calling me back when not initially available, and honest and direct in his responses. Thanks Dan!

The habitation Aircon in my campervan wasn’t working. I contacted CamperUK in the hope they could possibly repair it, as it appeared to me that it was the fan in the unit that wasn’t working. Other companies I had contacted in the past had not even been prepared to look at it. CamperUK were more than happy to check it, to see if it could be repaired. It was booked in for a few weeks time, I handed it over at 8.30 am on the day, and by 11am I had a fully working Aircon unit!

What I really appreciated throughout the process was:
1) I was contacted a few days before the appointment to verify that the appointment was going ahead.
2) the engineer who worked on the van was a good old fashioned motor engineer, so he was able to strip it down, repair it, and give it back in fully working order. He has even noted the fan part number so that a new one can be fitted in the future if necessary.
3) I was contacted a few days later to check that I was happy with how everything had gone.

Highly recommended and I will certainly use them in the future.

We have just purchased our third motorhome from Camper Uk and have been a customer since 2015. We have always had great personalised service and any issues that have arisen with any of our motorhomes have been resolved or repaired very quickly and effectively. Customer service is excellent and staff always return calls and keep us updated. Camper UK values their customers.

Loved the atmosphere and the people. The music on the Saturday wasnt to our taste. Cant fault the free barbecue and lots of prizes on the raffle (even though we didn't win!)
