I have had my ‘works’ satchel for over 7 years and it’s just a great practical office bag. I bought my sister a smaller version and had it embossed at the Cambridge store
Great service in a wonderful City
Ox blood batchel is my favourite though

I have one of their satchels and there are no zipped inner pockets. I was stepping out of a cab and my mobile phone fell onto the floor. There should be secure inner compartments where you can keep your valuables, otherwise it is not safe

Arrived much quicker than expected. Bought as a gift for someone , but I’m sure she will like it. Lovely colour of bag .

There are two reasons for 5-star rating (excellent service).
1. Prompt delivery
It took three days for me to receive my packages which were coming directly from UK. It is not uncommon for international packages to take longer than estimated delivery time, but The Cambridge Satchel Company managed to provide a professional and timely delivery.

2. Professional packaging
My order arrived in two separate boxes. They arrived on same date. Sometimes packages from oversees get lost or get damaged. I was very pleased to receive my packages which were carefully wrapped.

Couldn’t be happier with this service! I called as I needed my bag delivered quickly and Natalie answered the call. I asked if there was a way I could purchase express delivery and she arranged this for me at no extra cost. She also said she would send an email to confirm the express delivery. 5 minutes later I got an email from the courier saying I would receive my bag the next day. 10 minutes later Natalie confirmed this as well. This kind of service is so rare and exemplary! Thanks so much!!

I ordered the bag on Tuesday and on Friday, it was in my hands! I am in New York and the process of ordering and receiving a product has never been this smooth! I have had a very smooth overall experience. Definitely a five star rating for the brilliant service.

I wanted to write this review to give feedback on the excellent customer service I experienced. I had trouble placing my order and contacted customer service. Liz at customer service was prompt, professional, patient, and most competent and helped me place my order. She even kept an eye out for my order and let me know when it shipped. I have not received my order yet, but I am sure that if the product is half as great as Cambridge Satchel Company's customer service, I know I will be more than satisfied. Thank you Liz!

I recently ordered two beautiful cambridge satchel bags from their website. Even with personalised embossing for each bag they were sent out to me promptly and received in Ireland in a few days! Excellent service!

Given this brand is suppose to be of premium quality, the packaging in which the product arrived in was extremely disappointing. The outer box was completely ripped and no bubble wrap or protection provided inside the bag. Extremely disappointing given the price I paid for the product

Communication on a backordered item was prompt and my order arrived ahead of schedule.

Everything is fine about the quality of the product in general and the delivery. However, I was a little bit disappointed with the bag being opened by press studs. It cheapened the satchel. I would have preferred the buckle opening.
Sorry but for me it lets the product dow.

Beautiful bag, well packaged and came with a dust bag. Unfortunately due to the handmade nature I think my clasp is about 1mm off so it does sit slightly wonky but you would never notice it unless I pointed it out.
I've used the bag every day for over a month and it still looks amazing, I really love the design!

Decided to get this one embossed and so glad I did

I've wanted a Cambridge Satchel bag for a long time and finally agreed to treat myself. I picked out my bag with the help of the shop assistant who assured me that they could punch extra holes in the straps and cut off the excess to make it fit me perfectly. I pay for the bag and choose to get it embossed but when the shop assistant's colleague comes to do the work he makes it clear that he can give it a go punching the extra holes but it would leave lots of excess that he can't cut off and that I would have to take it to a leather work shop and pay extra for that. Luckily we we had this conversation before he embossed my initials onto the bag and I got a refund. It's disappointing that a company that I associate with high quality products can't do minor modifications with confidence in their shops.

I had a great experience at Cambridge clinic. It was the best clinic I have been to. Thank you to the Italian man who helped me, I think he was called pietro.
