Ordering was incredibly easy and shipping was so fast. I ordered from the states on a Saturday and received my bag on a Wednesday. The traveler bag is beautiful, well made and exactly what I was looking for.

I shopped in the Edinburgh store and had a lovely experience - the store it’s self is very beautiful and has lots of options without feeling cluttered. The staff member who served me was also incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with me whilst I deliberated between styles. The two bags I chose in the end (the Quest traveller and the Ivy Sophie) are both made to such a high quality finish and I’m sure will be the first of many more purchases. My only wish would be that the Sophie was a little bigger height wise.

This is the first time I have purchased from CSC. I love the design because although I need a relatively large bag, I love the elegance, design and quality that is immediately apparent upon touch.

I did go to my local store (Oxford) and although the manager (Will) was extremely helpful (and knowledgeable) they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock, so I ordered online. Communications were brilliant and I received it next working after they received my order.

I visited the Cambridge store and it was my first time visiting due to not being local to Cambridge. There was a wide range of lovely bags and satchels in a range of colours. Everything was laid out clearly so that I could comfortably view each bag inline with COVID rules. It made picking the satchel I purchased much easier and both members of staff where very helpful so it was a pleasant experience. The quality of my satchel will mean that it will last me for years to come.

Great product and finishing. I ordered a Mens Batchel and I really like it. I wish there was a zipper pocket inside to carry things like keys and maybe a USB stick. Satifisfied with the overall product

For reference, I bought the blue leather music case. I love the quality of the leather and the embossment. Very clean cut, the unfinished interior is also an additional plus. I overall love the look and the feeling, I look forward to the bag ageing a little so it is more comfortable to wield, the leather is a bit firm to touch right now because its brand new.

I love the shape of the Poppy bag!
I purchased it in the color, Midnight Picnic.
It is a stunning and not the typical color I’ve ever seen. It is a blue violet, and it is most vibrant in daylight.
The Poppy is crafted well, and the simple functionality of one open compartment is just perfect for the @on the go, grab everything and stash it inside” gal!
The duality of crossbody to top handle is also a great attribute to this current design. I think I found the absolute perfect bag for me!

I got one of the new Bowls Bags (my 8th Cambridge bag) and it is the bomb!! It is so different, the shape is unique and it fits way more than I thought it would- it really can carry me through the day (even my umbrella fits!!) It also lays closer to the body than I thought it would, given the round shape, and I like that, when I am on the bus or in the train it doesn't stick out any further than some of my other bags. And I love carrying it just by the handle, very chic. The color is a blue/gray and goes with so many things- I wore it with red and loved it! I hope Cambridge continues to offer new designs and colors- I am obsessed!

Cambridge Satchel Co. is a great business with very high quality products. I especially like how they are forthright when it comes to identifying their sources for leather and that sourcing ethically is important to them. It is also a huge relief that they cover all customs duties and import fees into the EU. This makes the consumer experience so much easier. The bag itself is beautiful -- I opted for the Poppy in oxblood, and it is a stunning color and shape. 100% recommend and would buy from Cambridge Satchel Co. again!
