The AI chatbot is really well-informed; it did a great job on my very first visit of helping me sort out some chaos.

Refund
Calmio scammed me! I asked for a refund and they said I had to use the app 7 days within a 14 day period. Customer service said if I did that, I could get a refund. I have emailed them several times….. crickets!!
Update: I received a very nice apology letter and my refund! I would give them a second chance if I was going to try the app again.

Easy and Straightforward Pricing and Terms
The pricing was easy to locate along with the terms. I appreciate that I did not have to scroll through endless pages of copy to find it buried and confusing. I only hope customer service is the same experience if I need it.

My experience left me feeling that the company is more interested in exploiting vulnerable people than helping them. The entire experience felt designed to keep users engaged and paying rather than providing genuine support.
I found the marketing tactics misleading, the promises exaggerated, and the overall approach deeply unethical. What is presented as care and support felt, in my opinion, like a business model built around people’s anxiety and difficult situations.
I rarely leave reviews, but this is one app I genuinely regret downloading. I would not recommend it to anyone.
