I went to the Mapleview mall store to return my new shoes as it had a manufactures defect. The policy states they guarantee within the 60 days of purchase. Store employee wouldn't accept return. I had to call head office who stated “The item could be returned”head office asked that I pass the phone to the employee who took my phone to the back stockroom without my permission. Even with head office telling employee to make the return, she refused. I was treated very rudely, by first not letting me return item that was within the 60 day policy, by the employee taking my cell phone to back stockroom without permission to speak to Head Office and my numerous follow up calls to Head Office without resolution to what transpired at the store. Salesperson took my cell phone to back of store to speak to head office, my phone has not worked well since, as I can not hear incoming calls. This altercation at the store was so disturbing. I emailed photos of the defected head office, they suggested I take it to the Erin Mills store for a refund. I wasted a great deal of time, gas and aggravation all over a pair of shoes that should have been refunded with no questions asked. Head office does not believe helping with a resolution and I am forced to write this review. Horrible experience, completely disappointed with this company and it’s employees.

I was honestly surprised seeing that there was a lot of bad reviews for this store. I've ordered from them a couple times online and bought in store and have always had a great experience. Cute, on-trend shoes, for low prices compared to other brands selling similar styles. I've always thought that they were great quality shoes, but I also do not wear them daily (only for special occasions) so that's why I may not be seeing the wear and tear that other people are experiencing. If you want a low-cost, cute pair of shoes for a wedding or a special event, I would recommend this place :)

I bought a pair of boots, I use them two times and the boot platform peeled off, take them to a shoemaker to fix them, then I wore them two months and I thought that the material which was made the shoes was real leather, instead of real leather it was fake leather and they began to peel off the leather in conclusion I have a nice pair of boots but they don't serve me at nothing. After a while a cousin gift me a nice pair of call it spring Oxford shoes I wore them maybe 20 times and they began to peel off again.

Conclusion if you are in the shoes industry, don't sell nice shoes that won't last more than three months, that won't be used to walk because start to peeled off.

Compre un par de botas que no me sirvieron para nada porque a las dos puestas se comenzaron a despegar las plataformas del piso, las mande a arreglar y después de haberlas usado ya algunas veces lo que pensé que era cuero real se comenzó a pelar porque había sido cuero falso, me gustaban tanto esas botas que cuando las compre me sentía feliz luego de esta experiencia me sentí estafado por Call it spring.

Después un primo me regalo unos Call it Spring tipo Oxford, bien bonitos me gustaban mucho, yo camino bastante pero después de usarlos mas de unas 25 veces el piso se salió, parecía que estaba cocido al zapato pero no era falso, este fin de semana tengo un evento y ya que los zapatos que me regalaron no sirven me tocará invertir nuevamente en un buen par de zapatos ya que Call it spring no hace buenos zapatos que duren.

Gracias espero que esto les sirva de feedback así vendan zapatos que sean baratos hagan algo bueno que pueda durar al menos unos 6 meses o un año.

I bought a pair of rain boots from the site last fall (called resistant) and I’m being generous with 3 stars.
They do fit, I give them that. But they’re marketed as being waterproof like you’d expect a rain boot to be. And they definitely aren’t.
I can’t even walk in the rain without getting soaked, nevermind step in puddles.
Definitely wasn’t worth the 90$ After shipping.
I’m never trusting another company that doesn’t let their customers review their products on their own site, either.

I went to the store at Dixie Mall their sales person gentleman was rude uncooperative The best way I can describe it I would never have him work with public!!!! I have seven stores and I definitely would like to know when my staff is absolutely rude and definitely was!!!!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes in 1/02/2022. I received a wrong size for the other pair. I have have since sent them an email but no answer until today. I use to love this shop but now I hate it from the bottom of my heart. If you want to order stuff from this people, order it at your own risk. The whole World should know that this store is owned by BUNCH OF CROOKS

bought a pair of their crater mens boots and within a week the sole started to peel apart and they were meant for winter use which now is pointless cause my feet get wet. NEVER BUY FROM HERE. Terrible quality and stores are run by ignorant un helpful people. BOYCOTT SPRING

If I could give them no stars, I would. Ordered two pairs of shoes and online early November one shipped pretty quickly and the other came last week. Second pair was clearly worn when I opened the box. Took them back to their Scarborough Town Centre location where the salesgirl/manager insinuated I had worn them. I returned them to the North York location where I was met with a barrage of questions. They eventually issued a refund but this was an overall traumatizing experience. This is the first and last time I’ll buy anything from Call It Spring. Abysmal customer service especially at their Scarborough Town Centre location.

I bought boots from spring last week and I have only worn them once yet they are already falling apart. The seams are coming loose in multiple spots and the boot is peeling at the toes. This happens every time I purchase their products but decided to give them another try. Do not recommend, spend the extra money.

I went in to exchange a pair of shoes I purchased online and one of the staff members told me they weren’t able to because of Black Friday. Only it wasn’t Black Friday anymore. It was Saturday.
Would have been nice if they had a sign in the window? 1 of the staff members was super rude about it repeatedly saying
“It’s our policy, it doesn’t matter it’s a Policy” when no one was speaking to her.
I’ve been shopping at Call it Spring since it was called Transit and now I’m thinking it’s not worth it after my experience.The store was not busy at all when I was in so the exchange could have been done.

This review is based on the customer service that I received after purchasing a pair of winter boots. The problem is that I was not given a proper receipt. A proper receipt includes the amount paid, and I was told that I would get a receipt emailed to me, but it DID NOT show the amount that I paid on my credit card. Nor, would they tell me over the phone what the amount was that was charged on my credit card. They also advised me that I could go to another one of their stores to get a printed receipt, but when I called another location, they said no, that is not possible. It is not easy or convenient for me to get to their store, therefore, I'm really unhappy about all of this. It is definitely not good customer service!

They didn't have my size while at the store, so the sales rep offered to order it in, though he was very polite and helpful, for some reason at the store, they got my order mixed up on reviewing the emailed invoice. I contacted customer care via phone the next morning for assistance, Florence was very helpful, understanding and polite, they fixed my order and within 3 days, I got my shoe delivered to my home free of charge for my event. No added billings, no hidden fees. Plus my shoe was discounted. Thanks so much. Definitely making future purchases.

Shoutout to danny from call it spring erin mills, His customer service was amazing. Bought an item from call it spring one day ago and it didnt fit well. I admit i worn the item for about 15 minutes walking back and forth at home while waiting for the girlfriend to get ready. I found that it wasnt comfortable and needed a different size. went to the square one store first to the return and the associates didnt even accomodate my request as they said ive worn it multiple times eventhough i just got the item a day ago. We even compared the floor display shoe and my shoes and they were very identical yet i still got denied of an exchange or refund. No solutions were offered at all. Went to the call it spring in erin mills and danny helped determine that although it was used, it wasnt defective and he can help with an exchange. Thank you danny , you are awesome!

Contacted customer support for help cancelling an order. I was supposed to be redirected to someone, and kept getting a message that said I am first in the queue. But the wait time kept fluctuating. It kept slowly climbing up, then would drop down, then go up again. How is this possible if I am number 1? Clearly they don't want to help me and don't care about their customers.

I bought a shoe last week from the display. I literally never took it out of the bag, and went to return it. The customer service people said they will not return or refund as it has been wore, in fact I never wore it. They don't trust customers at all. I told them that I bought it last week, here is the receipt and u can check it inside out you can see it has not been worn but they are so rigid and stubborn seems like taught not to accept returns or offer refunds. I said I will never prefer to do shopping here if that's how u provide customer service the lady said don't worry we don't care for one customer. WOW. Pathetic customer service, they did not took it back nor they offered refund. I will never shop at Call it springs.

I did not receive my refund for two orders which were more than 1 year ago. Do not buy shoes from them online!!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes at the end of May, 2021. One pair arrived quite quickly and I was able to book an appointment for curbside pickup. Never heard anything about the 2nd pair. The store NEVER answered their phone and the order and pick up e-mails had come from a do not reply address. Even once all ON stores opened, the one in the mall near me remained closed with no voicemail message of how to get your products. Called another store in my area and was rudely told that they knew nothing about it and it wasn't their problem. Called the 1-800 number who said that they have no idea why the store isn't open and that all they could do was issue a refund. HORRIBLE customer service! In the 1st place, I wanted the shoes I ordered and secondly feel that they should have been reaching out to all clients who had products trapped in a closed store and thirdly should have been offered some sort of compensation for the massive inconvenience. Told the 1-800 rep that I had been a long time client and that this would stop me from shopping with them again. She couldn't have cared less and just wanted to get off the phone. Guess she doesn't care if she is out of a job when clients stop shopping in their stores. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
