Guilford Town Centre staff were excellent and friendly. I went in to look at their sunglasses and left with sunglasses and pair of shoes. Fair pricing for the products I bought. Super cute summer selection available today. If the staff had not been cool I would not have bothered with the shoes.

Customer service online is the worst I have ever seen.
Online chat does not work, it keeps restarting. Email security questions never resume, not a robot images keep showing indefinitly. Phone number never answered after many hours. This company is going downhill and I would never buy their stocks.

I used to love shopping this store. Great selection! Great styles! Call it Spring was my favorite go to, for shoe and boot shopping.
I cannot believe the lack of selection and styles anymore. Hugely disappointed. Go Vegan all you want....but you better cater to the general population by, at the very least offering selection of different styles...or I suspect you'll lose more than just me as a longtime customer.

The store at market mall doesn’t even deserve one star because of the female worker who is VERY RUDE. For reference she is white and slightly older than rest of employees. I saw her giving one customer the middle finger and saying very offensive words. Will never shop there again. You better stay away from that store!!
My own personal experience is similar to what others said, very poor quality shoes, very very poor customer service

Purchased a pair of black chunky boots. After 2 weeks the seam to the soul had come apart. Contacted customer service online and they told me to return in store. Went to Chinook (AB) as I happened to be in the area.. they refused to return them and demanded I return to the Southcentre location. I was upset with how it was handled and that I was not told I must return to the same location (assumed not since its a corporation). The girls working exchanged them for me. 1 week into wearing them the same thing happened in the same spot. I again returned to exchange and the associates were quite annoyed when I asked if this was a reoccurring problem they had seen, snapped no. 3rd pair, same thing. I AGAIN returned to the store and asked for a refund as this wasn't working, that is when they got mean. Be wary of asking questions.. they don't like it. Rude to the point of making me cry in the store. I will no longer enter a store, I also work customer service and if I had acted like that I definitely would not have a job anymore. Yes I was frustrated, but being a cow to me is not helpful.
I don't know that I would return an in person store at this point the experience was so bad. But no matter who you speak to, you'll never fix the problem that that have with their staff.

Pathetic quality of bags, pathetic customer service and return procedure at Pickering Town Center branch of this merchandise! Bought a purse for $45+, went back within a week to return in original packaging never opened. The lady(apparently manager of the shop) refused to retun and stated come back tomorrow to return as we are not accepting returns today. I was so upset as no where on the receipt it was listed, I argued and called 911 non emergency, she called security on me and later police arrived and advised me to take legal action on this as they cant help in the return. I emailed the merchandise but they did nothing no followup on the action they took or they will take against that lady who refused to accept the return against the policy.

Associate keeps playing on his phone, refuses to get me the size because busy playing on the phone , left me waiting by myself in the store and went to laugh with the girl at the next door store , deny he has a size although the website said he has it in stock
I ask him his name , refuse to tell , I asked When the manager will be in he refuse to tell , then next time I went to the store he said I am band from the store I don’t understand if A complain placed about an employee they will fire him without talking to him I don’t get it how to band a customer after having such a bad service from your associates without even listening to the other side of the discussion?

My shoes were supposed to be white but they are cream and that usually wouldnt matter but its for my wedding, and the shoes came slightly damaged in a damaged box that was wrapped in a damaged bag. You cant reach customer service after 5 pm (in a 24/7 world, cmon) and now I see that I wont be able to return or exchange them anyways. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Ever worst customer service I have seen Pickering store call it spring manager is the worst. She refuse to return an item and called security without any advance notice that they will not return an item during 26th and 27th of December, Never buy stuff from Call it spring, worst hidden policies and bad bad bad customer service

This is a sub standard shoe. I have had sandwiches last longer. Bought it for a function and got scratches first day. And then just after wearing it for the second time it has cracks all over, feels like it is made of cardboard. The color peels. Your local shop sells better shoes.

"zero star" We bought white shoes from shoe company for our daughter in three months shoe broke from under i went to shoe company they said i need to call "call it spring" i called them they denied giving me refund I am surprise what type of bad material they are using to manufacture shoes never buy this brand

Bought sneakers and the sole came off in 20 days, went back to the outlet mall store, and they said they won't do anything about it.

Worst customer service... Poor quality shoes, it broke in couple of days. They don't even care about their customers. Simply told me that we can't do anything even though they said it broke due to the poor quality material.

My daughter 13 years old, she told me a hole showed up on the inside heel for no reason, that was July 17 th, 2022. ( bought April 19)

They are telling me this is not a quality issue? And shoes only last for 90 days exactly.

Then offer a 20% discount expecting I will buy this shoes again?

This is a very disappointed customer service and unreliable product/company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had shoes fall apart so quickly with such little wear. I bought sneakers from them and not even a month into wearing them, every possible part of the shoe started falling apart. My feet started hurting, and it honestly felt like some kind of joke. I sent them photos and requested a refund and they refused. But they gave me a 15% off discount on my next order :-))) Wow, how generous. Barely take the tax off. Won't be ordering from them ever again and I suggest you steer clear.

Went to store at Scarborough town centre to return back my shoes, as they look dirty. But one of their employee said we can’t take it back. As it was worn outside but i just tried inside. Then she called her manager. Manager was so polite and gentle but that employee just laughing at me by turning her face to other side as sometimes i do stammer while speaking. That was so rude. I believe she don’t know how to treat customers.

a f**king joke.

got the shoes in the mail and was happy immediately. so cute - pink and comfortable. VERY QUICKLY THEY STARTED TO FALL APART. they give my heels bad blisters, got dirty and WILL NOT clean (they're basically grey) and the paint came off the soles and sides. they wont answer my Instagram messages, and suddenly my email isn't in their database anymore. they wont do refunds. i didn't listen to reviews, wish I did. literally a joke. SO upset. going to be leaving sh***y reviews for them everywhere.

The absolute worst! Such a joke of a company. Ordered a pair of white sneakers in size 9 and received a random pair of puke green slip on Aldo shoes in a size 8 (so not only the wrong company, but the wrong style, color, AND size). Instead of doing the obvious by correcting their mistake and mailing me the shoes I ordered, acted like they were doing me a favor by telling me I could return the Aldo shoes. Lol, yeah I’d sure hope I’d be allowed to return them when they are not even from Call it Spring. They refused to send me the shoes I purchased because they “don’t do exchanges.” They put in zero effort to correct their mistake and expected me to go out of my way to fix their error by printing and packaging the return, going to the post office, and going through the website to completely reorder my order in two weeks once they process my “return.” I told them that was bullsht and they said that was abuse 🤣 Can’t wait for this no name company to inevitably go out of business.

Purchased higher-level man’s shoe in The Fairview Mall, (Kitchener) the model was painful by wearing them 15 min. (original Package)
The next day tried to return it, but the sales lady was rude and told me I can not sell the shoe to a new client, declined to return it,
If you don’t like having a bad day, please avoid this store.
