Horrible, most unprofessional company and I will never order from here again.

After returning items in store that were purchased online I received emails two weeks after the fact telling me my items have arrived. I called and was told it's the store's responsibility to stop it. I continued to get the emails and called AGAIN. The customer service rep. sounded like they were under water and I couldn't hear a single word.. how can a company not have a reliable phone line? I hung up and called back asking to speak to a supervisor (since my first call obviously did nothing to stop the emails) and was told there is none. It's ridiculous to say call centre reps. have no supervisors and to deny a customer the ability to speak with one is unacceptable. I was told the store is a separate entity from the company (how is that possible?) and it's the store that must enter that I've already picked the items up. The rep. said they would let the store know - this was my SECOND call, why didn't the first person I spoke with do this?! I was under the impression something had been done until I continued to receive the emails. This is the most amateurish company I ever dealt with.. I expect more from Aldo. NEVER AGAIN.

The quality of call it spring is declining day by day. I bought boots last month and just wore it twice, its sole is out. How can they provide such cheap quality for so much money. This is ridiculous. Never going to buy from them again. Would suggest the same
to everyone. FYI- I bought the boots on actual price not during sale still the quality is pathetic

Please please DO NOT order from Aldo or Call it Spring if you live in an apartment building/ condominium. Their system doesn't recognize the suite# instead it's adding it as a house number and you will always not get your parcels! Their customer care answer is that this is how their system works and they will NOT refund you the money, but they do take it. They refused to put this as a disclaimer on their website, they will lie and cheat and take your money will not delivering. If I could give them a 0 star I would. The customer care department is rude, they hang up the phone when you ask for refund. I am shocked that this can happen in Canada. Unbelievable.

The product I received was defective and I got no refund or return

Bought a pair of shoes for my 11 year old in the beginning of September. On October 26 it had rained enough to get the ground wet. The bottom of her shoes we learned were split right through and under the insole was all broken and disintegrating. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES! I have pics of them too. Waste of money.

I placed an order online. Payment was taken from my visa and then nothing was ever delivered. One month later and zero contact from the company explaining what was going on. Customer service was terrible and was only told my order was processing. One month later and still zero contact from the company. How can you take someone’s money before shipping the product? Unacceptable. I finally had to call my credit card company to place a complaint and have my money refunded. Will never buy from there again.

This store has gone out of their way to help me budget what I had...from shoes to boots they have that great style...I have had to return and I was met with understanding.this is the best shoe store!

No longer shipping to US. Selection of the Call It Spring brand anywhere else they recommend is horrendous. Never buying from them again bc they literally won't let me. I don't understand why they shut down their US market. I would pay the extra shipping.

J'ai acheté des baskets de la marque depuis la plateforme Zalando.
Toutes blanches, toutes simples, elle coûtent quand même 50 euros mais je voulais une paire qui dure au moins un an pour les customiser.
ELLES ONT TENU UNE JOURNEE. Et déjà un trou dans la semelle. Bien sûr comme je ne les ai pas portés tout de suite après les avoir acheté (j'ai simplement essayé sur une petite balade) je ne pouvais pas les renvoyer à Zalando, qui en plus désormais ne laisse plus les clients noter les produits. J'aurais peut-être pu voir avant que ces baskets avaient une qualité pire qu'un premier prix. UNE JOURNEE, du jamais vu.
Déjà, Zalando c'est fini ils ne me reverront plus et cette marque Call It Spring pareil. Une vraie arnaque.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes and wore them inside my house for a half hour each. Both sets were killing my heels so I tried returning them but they wouldn't refund me because they were worn. How on God's green earth do you find out if a shoe fits properly without wearing them. They were still extremely clean but due to the poor quality of the material, there apparently was a slight crease that I couldn't notice unless I bent the shoe. They have a return policy which is basically "we won't refund your money, ever". I wouldn't even give this cr@p away to the homeless.

Recently bought two pairs of shoes for the summer. I tend to buy cheaper shoes to wear while longboarding, with expectation that they'll only last one boarding season, which they usually do. The two pairs of shoes not only didn't make it through the summer (when one pair from other low-cost brands usually makes it just fine), they barely lasted six weeks, during which time I didn't even ride my board all that much! Even for cheap shoes, the quality of Call It Spring is abysmal; the friction from tying the shoelaces has stripped the faux-leather layer from the tongue of the shoes, again in only six weeks or so of semi-regular wear. Unbelievably low quality footwear; you'd be better off buying shoes from Walmart, even.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Call It Spring store at Eaton Centre, Toronto. I purchased a pair of DALIAA shoes that turned out to be defective. When I attempted to return the product, the store refused to accept it, insisting that I needed email confirmation from corporate customer service.

After obtaining the necessary confirmation from customer service, I returned to the store, only to be told that the confirmation was missing a ticket number, which was an error on the part of customer service. Frustrated, I returned a few days later with the ticket number, but the store claimed they couldn't find it in their system.

This back-and-forth has been infuriating and a complete waste of time. The worst part is that the store manager was unprofessional and insisted that the store decides on refunds, not customer service. If that’s the case, why was I initially required to provide a ticket number and confirmation from customer service?

After several frustrating visits and calls, customer service finally gave me a complete ticket number. When I visited the store yet again, they informed me they couldn't refund me as they had thrown away the shoes and informed it was not defective, why will you throw away the shoes if it was not defective? Its a complete lie by store manager and the team playing their poor games with me just to avoid refund. This is unacceptable. The lack of acknowledgment and the poor service have left me extremely upset.

I demand a full refund. This is unacceptable, and the consumer should not have to suffer due to the store’s incompetence.

IF THE STORE HAS WORKED EFFICIENTLY I WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN SUFFERING WITH EXTREME DISSERVICE TREATMENT.

Horrible place you try and return new shoes with no box good luck. Quality is very poor breaks after one wear and very uncomfortable to wear. Business needs to close its very poorly operated and all very rude.

I had the most bad experience with call it spring. Just wore the sandals for like 15 mins and had bad bruces just imagine within 15mins bad bruces. I paid like 70dollars for it. And now they are refusing to exchange or return it.

My wife and I walked in the store on a Thursday.
Not a single customer was in the store.

Nevermind being greeted, the two IG wanna-be-bad employees just stared at us blankly and awkwardly.

They didn't offer any help or ask if we needed anything, so we gladly went 2 doors down and purchased 2 pairs of shoes elsewhere.

Get those greetings and smiles goin'.
It goes a long way.

It is the WORST company ever. Got two pairs of shoes from STC. When I went to return. The girl in the store was very rude. She did not know to speak and customer service was pathetic. When I asked her for a manager she refused and right away told that there is no manager and she left. When I asked when she will be in she told she doesn't know her schedule. What an obnoxious statement. I did not wear my shoes because they could not even fit me. I just went back the next week, the girl refused to take back the return. Horrible experience. Never go to this Store again.

This review is base my experience with recent purchase in Nanaimo store. Store gave me wrong pair of shoes, I bought 6 items including 4 pairs of shoes. I went back to store in less than 2 hours and let them know that when I asked for right shoes size they brought the wrong shoe. I have two identical pairs of shoes now. Store manager didn’t help for exchange as stated the system won’t let her to exchange the shoes as it is final sail. I mentioned store made mistake and have two exactly the same pair of shoes. I expect “call it spring” get responsibility for the mistake. She repeated that she can not help! I asked for her direct manager and she said her manager is on vacation and I asked her who I can talk to.
She gave a card with her name and phone number to call her back next day. She said she is going to talk to her manager. For two hours I tried the number which is store number and no one answer the phone and can not leave a message. I wish store manager took responsibility for their mistake.
