By Teddy Recenzje

I love By Teddy! I have a Giant Schnauzer pup who weighs 40kg atm and he loves wearing the clothing in a size Large, it fits with extra room also. The pieces are such amazing quality and just have an aspect to them that other dog brands don’t. I would recommend them to dog parents who have pups similar size to mine as the clothes are just gorgeous and timeless! Xx

I returned my order within the legal 14-day cancellation period. The parcel was delivered to me on 4 December and I posted the return on 16 December, which complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. The law is clear: the customer only needs to send the return within 14 days — not ensure it arrives at the warehouse within that time.
Despite this, By Teddy refused to refund my money and issued store credit instead, relying on their internal “policy” rather than UK consumer law. Delays caused by couriers or warehouse processing are not the customer’s responsibility.
When I challenged this and referenced the law, they stopped responding completely.
This experience raises serious concerns about how returns are handled and whether refunds are being intentionally avoided. I would urge the company to address this publicly and explain why UK consumer law is being ignored.
I would not recommend shopping here

I love the outfit I got for my dog and she is nice, cosy and warm in it. It’s easy to put on and super soft.
My only suggestion would be some more colours, maybe a baby pink!

The quality is excellent, you can tell the carrier has been thought with user in mind. Gorgeous design.

We’ve had two items of clothing a jumper and fleece body suit both beautifully made and fit great. Great quality and washable. Always recommending to others.

Really beautiful jumper, superb quality and super cute from a really lovely brand.

I ordered the chocolate car seat for my puppy and it’s amazing great quality and lovely material very cosy my pup loves it

Our dog Evie is super precious and we always ensure her bedding, clothing, and accessories are of the highest quality.

We trust By Teddy to deliver upon this time and time again. The quality of product is exceptional, there is no equal we feel and that is also encompassed by their design-led product.

Our home is also very particular and designed aesthetically and the By Teddy products are the only ones we have found that perfectly suit our soft furnishings.

Amazing product loved by us and our dog Evie. We will continue to support!

Fabulous travel bed ……….super comfy and our 14 year old shin tzu (Elvis) loved it.

Really really lovely bottle. Handy to take out for long walks with my boys. I love the Little comment on the bottle too! Can’t wait to use it 🥰

Great customer service - I needed to exchange an item and it was managed with speed and kindness

truly love every product we own so far – from the bag to the leash to the water bottle. Everything feels well thought out, high quality and just wow.

The only downside for us in Germany is the customs fees. Even for small items, they’re unfortunately quite high, which is such a shame because the products themselves are amazing.

I really hope you continue to grow so that this will one day be a thing of the past. You absolutely deserve it.

Love,
Hazel 🤍

By far, By Teddy makes the best clothes for dogs. I ordered two jumpsuits for my Chi and Pom and they’re gorgeous. They’re exquisitely made and wash perfectly, despite being cream in colour!

Highly recommend this lovely company, I’ve had many compliments on my dogs jumpsuits and I can’t wait to buy more items from By Teddy. :-)

My little toy poodle Peaches loves her cosy car seat! It's super comfy and looks gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Wonderful products. I have purchased various harnesses and collars for my pug and she loves them all (despite one collar sadly being eaten by her Labradoodle brother 😆)

Very fast shipping, beautiful packaging and stunning quality product. I have another item on my wish list for our mini dachshund puppy I’ll be back for at the end of the month ☺️

The products By Teddy have on offer are beautiful and the quality is lovely! It is so nice to finally find dog products which are aesthetic! I have contacted By Teddy on Instagram to ask for product advice and they provided really quick and very helpful responses. It is a very personable company with a real community feel - I have recommended to friends and family and will continue to!

It was easy to order on the website and the jumpers arrived quickly. Hettie looks gorgeous in both and the sizing was spot on! Both beautifully soft, well made and unique in that not many dogs have them (currently!) in Canterbury. Hettie likes that, mummy too !!!

Excellent company with lots of lovely products and clothes for our very special dogs. Would highly recommend

Beautiful product, amazing customer service. Would (and have) recommend ByTeddy to everyone. I can’t wait to get more pieces for my pup.
