My Byjus experience

1. Extremely unprofessional
2. Incompetent employees
4. If you fall for it you will never get your money back.
5. They send products to wrong addresses multiple time despite you asking them over and over again.
6. When you receive products in the correct address, you receive a wrong product.
7. They never send promised products.
8. Waste of time, energy and money.
9. The most horrible customer service and the most horrible company.

We signed up for the Byjus early learn. CBSE board - LKG to Class 3. Kept receiving karnataka board class 9-10 products.

Very bad service we I have courses from this cheap company and but it was not good so we have cancelled it but we have taken loan for that. Now we are struggling to settle. They are not giving no-duse. And bank Aditya Birla not clear that because of byjus.

Worst service, I bought a upsc IAS course which was not activated for a week then I went for a cancellation, after 40 days also I haven't received my refund, everyday doing followups.
They will say that you will get a call back within 4hrs but they won't call, however sometimes will get a call saying no updates on the same...
Never go for byjus...

I need to withdraw the money from you because my ward is not
understanding any lecture.

SD card contains nothing. No video is present.

According to the representative, the mentor will call us within 24 hours for payment. But for 72 hours nobody called.

Everyday from 16/07/2023 I am mailing and calling Byju's for refund but only reply is within 24 hours team will call for refund but no one called till now.

Some point are given below about my experience:

1. Sales executive promised for all the subjects will be taught by Byju's for 11th standard commerce group.
2. But they deal with only three subjects only..
3. Executive kept on calling me for joining my daughter and he also promised that the amount will be refunded if the lecture is not good.
4. After some days I have paid ₹.8000/- initial payment. After some days I paid full amount on 13/07/2023.
5. The executive promised me that the mentor will be calling for explaining about the class within 24 hours.
6. After 72 hours I called the executive for the mentor.
6.: After, I received a call from general mentor saying that, the commerce group Mentor will be calling the next day.
7. My daughter saw some classes on recorded session. Some concepts were missing in Accountancy.
8. Mentor called when my daughter was in school about the subject doubt. I asked him to call by7pm and he also promised to call but as usual no body called.
9. For the past few days asking for refund but could not get.
10. When ever I call customer care Byju's they promise me that the concerned team will call within 24 hours. Till now I didn't receive any call.

I hope by posting here my problem will be solved.

I am going to share the entire experience here, as I have come to realise... Everytime we call Byjus, they do not have our complainon records or no notes from the previous call.
we have been repeating our complain on every call made to Byjus from June till Date.

Anyways, let me share our bad experience that started in last year of our package that we purchased. which is 2023
We purchased a package for GRADE 1-2 & 3 in 2021
Unfortunately.... post Grade 2, their systems have never been updated.
The name of the child on their systems changed from my childs name to my name (the mother)
The grade of my child is stuck to Std 2.... and its not be updated since then.
While my child is in Grade 3(STD 3), we recived books of Grade2.
Post our complain, we again recieved books of Grade 2
Now we have 2 set of books of Grade 2... the STD that my child has passed thru.
We have been following up with the team
1st Call - we got a person to tell us that our package of 3 years is expired in 2022... (wonder where is their common sense)
2nd Call - We were told.. that was a error.. our package is till 2024(which make sense and correct) and he'll check into the issue
Multiple calls after that - The response is the request is put up for send us the Grade 3 Books.
*****Today - and now we have lost our patience and all hopes fro Byjus....
A manager Vedansh calls from the HO and starts speaking rudely to the childs father --- reason given is they dont have Grade 3 Books in stock and they cannot give a timeframe when can we recieve the books.
I wonder how come.

So People... pls dont trust Byjus.... even if the most closest person refers you to Byjus... do not trust them at all.

My son started to use BYJU' s Learning app for cooding classes one year ago. We had always a really good experience with the team and our teacher Hritika. Today, after 25min, my computer started an update and they decided to not charge us even if we spent more than 45min.
The team always is there on time if we have any computer issue durring the class

The company degraded the sanctity of the word "Mentor". The company has grown so big without even having a proper complaint handling mechanism. Without any communication they stop the services and product after collecting full fees. The sad part is, they term it as policy.

Don't believe these guys as they cant be trusted any more. They demanded whole year money in advance in one go and that was paid though. Classes were booked for year and now all classes got stopped suddenly without any update. This happened last year as well and was advised as they had fixed and this wont happen again but this is all lies. Here in Australia, they are also running campaign as refer and win $400 or pass good reviews. This is complete scam as they just want to grab money with wrong promises as they dont have any teachers. Stay away from these people.

They did a fraud with me .
They called andsaid 30 days free trial class but they were of 14 days
.theytook money from my account and asked otp came for aadhar verification as it clicked i canceled class
.i asked them to return my deposit amount but now they are not returning and responding ...totally fraud company with fraud employees i believed on Aniket Roy and Rajdeep sandhu znd Kamini who said i wil start the process of returning money still no progresz she put false information that i want to keep tab but i have recording and emails saying that i wNt myoney back 0 rating is there i havd to give

I take these opportunities to explain how you are cheating people in the name of education.
I had taken an admission for my daughter in Byju's for state syllabus 7th std on 7th MAY 2023 Sunday the person from Byju's by name Mohammed Sahil emp id: TNL21859555. He stated himself as a manager who has personally come for admission. Didn't even gave time to decide and insisted to do the payment from credit card with no cost Emi and swiped for Rs 91, 927( i need to pay 104000/-) including interest He didn't give clear information on admission cost which charged 5000/-. students name was wrongly updated and till date it remains the same. He told 15days would be free classes if you like continue or would like to cancel, it can be done anytime. I question about the cancellation process he told he will help me at that time. 13th May was orientation and till June 2nd we took weekend classes. on 3rd June we decided to cancel as we were not happy with classes. When I reached sadhshivnagar center they told me there is a cancellation team will take care of that. waited for 15days dropping a mail to customer care no response. I had paid 1st month EMI Rs 6175/- on 31st May. Now after having a big conversation with customer care. They told will process for refund, but they don't have any idea about the amount. they have dropped mail with 40k discussion no breakup nothing. NO ONE IS TAKING THE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE PROCESS AS THEY DONT BLAME EACH OTHER (CENTER / CUSTOMER CARE) my 2nd EMI has been on 30th June of Rs 6175/-. without attending the classes I have paid 2nd Emi. 10k for TAB. admission 5k. first 2 Emi for just 2-3 classes...
Till date no response from customer team.

The worst app. Its a total waste of money. I am just wondering why Byjus Raveendran has not been arrested still for defrauding so many investors and running this scam? When America has become stringent with their laws by arresting Elizabeth Holmes so must India become strict in taking action against fraudsters like Byjus Raveendran and his family!!

PLEASE DON’T WASTE your TIME and MONEY with them . They are a bunch of Ignorant people who don’t have any clue about teaching and customer service.
Their teachers are kiddish and artificial… absolutely fake advertisement and a total Rubbish. Their teachers sound like a ROBOT .NOT WORTH IT

The most worrest program and worrest executives. No words to explain them, we loose peace of mind once you are part of Byju's. Apart from putting pressure or convincing parents to join their kids therre is nothing to do by these executives. No co ordination among them, they don,t knwo even what they are talking about.
We recieved learning station on one day and books on the other day around 10 days later. when we asked executives as we can't access kid's performance with out having books so please consider 15 days trial once we recieved the books. Excutive said ok. after that the real tourches starts. 8 year kid can't attend the class on his own and wee dont have time to sit with him to cancel the program as 15 days aren't completed. then executive said the program starts when we recieve the learning station, hence cancellation not possible. if i write starting complete review about byju's it takes more than one day. only good part in byju's is teachers. these byjus management are official beggers and start earning easy money by trapping parents with their management skill. By any chance don't get into their trap.

I used the trial app for 15 days , then attended counselling session. App experience is ok , didn't feel anything special . Kids will be interested first 2-4 days after that they get bored since it's more of same game which they don't want to play again.

Counselling experience was very bad ,
counsellor started with pressurising I should decide , when I said we can end the session if that's the case then they proceeded with session. All through the session counsellor no idea what he was speaking was presenting what he has practiced , whatever the question asked answer were generic by-hearted stuff. Session is designed to pressurise the parents. Counsellor even got little abusive . Never went for byjus never will.

Fraud, fraud and totally fraud. Never ever give advance or token amount. They will make u cry. They maintain stringent follow up for enrollment. Dont fall prey.

Greedy monsters sucking money. We and employees of Shiva Realty and Katemodel consultants took app for eight students and everytime they were upselling. A course of Rs 2000 we ended up paying Rs 63000.

I purchased ias kit for 60K. Many fake promises while selling their product, highly dissatisfied. Business only. Think before investing. Regretting after paying, not getting what was promised.

I have requested the cancellation within policy and now it's been more than a 1 month, but it's not cancelled my emi has been debited I have paid 10 k via Google pay, the same guy Sanjay is not responding to my calls anymore
The customer service is worst
They will just arrange a call back and you will never recieve that callback.

My money is still stuck and I'm still chasing them for my hard earned money
