BY FAR a SCAM! DO NOT Enroll your child or kids into it. They incentivize you and never give you your money back. They are total scammers. Will never do business with them again. AVOID!

Byjus... This is atotally fraud buisiness, dont ever buy it... Initially they convince that enroll to trail period & u will get refund within 14 day's, bt in reality once u are done the payment if u are request for cancellation & refund money you will never get it back.. You are force to use what they are giving, u will never get your choices of timings, course, convince, onceyou pay the the money has gone.. Worst service.. Don't ever buy... You are facing Horrible experience.

I purchased 52 sessions of Guitar lessons from BYJU’s. I was promised Amazon vouchers. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received the vouchers. There are much better and cheaper options in the market. Feel like I got scammed.

They make you prepay for a course and then the assigned teacher cancels the classes, half the time, and you can't get credit for them. The administrators don't bother to find replacement teachers, they just expect you to "reschedule" the class (missed because of the absent teacher) while there's zero opening on the calendar. Their customer service is non-existent. The real shame is that the curriculum they teach is great (programming in our case), but how they run the business will make you tear your hair out and it's just simply not worth it.

It's really fake and fraud company I request every body not to fall in this trap .

Parents it's your hard earned money don't waste on such a loosers I subscribed for 5 years and now my subscription has be blocked and there support is pethatic .

My goal was to help my son with Maths, therefore we enrolled him in BYJU courses. Mrs. Shrunkhala- Byju's instructor, and Byju's materials have made me extremely happy. She always begins her class with energy and keeps it continuing till the end. I'm happy that she taught my son. I appreciated Shrunkhala Madam. Really appreciated all of her work and assistance with my son's academics.
She is very helpful and understanding, and she makes decisions depending on my son's mood. She also help with scheduling classes. My kid spent a entire last year with her, and he was pleased with the way she explained things and taught. I also notice that his math improve than last year.

Disgusting , I did not want recorded sessions

Please don't purchase any course from byjus, they have worst customer service and if at all if u encounter any issue and it will not be addressed at all.
I was enrolled into Neo program, till now haven't received any details of mentor and now it is not showing any online courses in the tab they provided,
Struggling a lot in following up with them and still both issues are not resolved.
BASICALLY THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANY POINT OF CONTACT APART FROM CUSTOMER CARE

Everytime you call customer care, they just tell you that you will receive a call in 24 hours, but you never receive.

Very worst service by byjus

I purchased ias kit for 70K. Many fake promises while selling their product, highly dissatisfied. Business only. Think before investing. Regretting after paying, not getting what was promised.
This 3 months i didn't received any calls.

Things I was promised
1) Every day study plan
2) Personal mentor

I got delivered kit in first week of February and 27 January I was explained how to operate Tablet without even having it physically. Was this logical?

If i had to do self study i would have purchased your book online for 3K available on many platform and started studying, and wouldn't have invested 70K

I called mentor in February and asked about optional subject, he was clueless, he gave weird reply, study previous year paper and no books he suggested.
What a great information by Byjus mentor as if i don't know this.

Byjus has got to be the biggest scamster one will ever encounter in their life. I'd enrolled myself to their CAT courses a few months back. At the time of attending their councelling session, the student councellor informed me that I had to pay 10k rupees to start my course. They provided me with a tab and few books. The student councellor had also informed that if I choose to discontinue their course within the period of 15 days, I am eligible fo a full refund of 10k. I paid the first installment, I joined the course and since the online recorded sessions were not effective and productive for preparation i decided to discontinue the course. Also, the constant changes in my work schedule did not allow to me to attend the classes. When I called their team for the cancellation and refund, they denied me the refund on grounds unknown to me. And that's not just it. Inspite of stealing my money, they spam me with innumerable calls and SMS day in and day out. They ask me to pay EMI of 2917 inspite of clearing informing them that I no longer am interested in the course or Byjus. They send me unnecessary videos and study material.
The employees at Byjus are extremely rude and have no sense of customer support. They yell and scream at you and also try to overpower you over the call. Their cancellation team who deals with the customers refund request will disconnect the call at their own will and there is no way to call them back again. No matter how many ever mails you send them, they'll reply back with a silly template.

Take this from me whose lost her money to Byjus, DO NOT EVER ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH BYJUS. THEY ARE ONE BIG FRAUD. THEY DO BUSINESS BY STEALING ORDINARY PEOPLE'S. I have lost my hard-earned money to them and there's no way I can get it back.

Byju have worst teacher, they are doing only business. I took live classes for my son and spend 1.5 lacs. But its totally losses every 10 days teacher changed. And they are teaching like road side teacher. Big scam going from the byju. And i applied to cancel my subscription they denied to return my money. Dont believe byju customer care because before payment they said lots of thing. And once payment done they dont care customer. Go to hell byju

We live in UK .... If the time of classes is not correct then she is not returning the money and also not picking up the phone....so sad

I bought 4 years classroom program and one year classroom program. There is no caring no support of teachers... Money minded people and no quality at all. Now I changed to ODA class. Teachers are good,caring and IIT experienced, gold 🏅 team....

Worthless, time wasting and broken prmises. Staffs were very good at taking the fees instantly when we joined, but the service I received was a big zero. Utterly disappointed.....

This company is a cheater !!! They have taken my 135000 by making me fool . Mr Maini in their Bangalore office is the most worst person he calls people and then forces them to buy the software and after you pay he stops picking up the phone and says he is in gym and off holidays guys I am going to make a complaint in customer forum against these guys how can they cheat people by taking their hard earned money by giving false commitments

Byjus executive name Bhavya(name changed) called me to take a course on CSIR-net Physics, which I wanted. So paid the amount to the suggested link after confirming she is really Byju's executive. she allotted CSIR chemical science even though I clearly said Physics. She and her friend( name: Raghavan, a mentor in Byjus) made me wait until the cancellation time was completed saying that the physics course would be started for the first time in Byjus and stopped responding to me. After a few days, I started contacting Byju's support team. which is the worst support team in the world but never responded correctly. On repeated calls for many weeks, they said the process had started. They initially responded, but they stopped responding to me through the mail. They, too, ghosted me. It has been a month since the first mail. I paid money four months before the exam. The exam is coming in about a month, and they have ghosted. Many websites are far better than theirs.
I have lost 12,000 Rupees to Byjus, and they have been torturing me mentally.

My 8 years old was taught all the wrong keys on keyboard from last 15 months.Finally the new teacher mentioned that he was playing all the wrong notes.I am still not sure whose correct. As a parent I don't know anything about keyboard apart from paying monthly fees ...Please Byjus don't cheat hardworking parents with unqualified teachers ..End of the day all parents want their kids have better future.I feel u guys are spoiling that with fake unqualified teachers .

So Desperate and so unprofessional. Their cold calling has made them so annoying that even when you are happy with the tutor, the constant calls to continue the lessons has compelled us not to proceed with them anymore. Very disappointing

Needed help to cancel our package.
We got our product on 4 nov 2022 and from that day we were regularly in contact with mentor regarding classes were not going on . At that time they said that when your class going to start from that day you can go with 15 days and in between u can apply for cancellation it's not the matter of product first you take class .
And our class start on 26 nov 2022 but later on they denied from their words and saying that it can't be cancelled and we applied lot's of time to cancel it but they were not cancelling and deducting our amount EMI regularly and now we were not taking classes also.

First their councillor speak in very polite language to convince to purchase the kit and if don't like it then you can return it within 15 days of trial period.
But when it the case for returning they are not supportive in any case.
Councillor not receiving our phone not guide to get the refund.
I have called so many times but they were not cancelling .
Monthly EMI is getting deducted from my account.
I have called them a lot .
Please help me to get rid of this all.
