Gave a demo class 3 years ago - they keep calling
Did not want to then.
Past 3 years they have been calling every few weeks or months(I would say harassing).

The have also share my number with other their sister companies who keep calling to say they have good offers.

Have told them to take my number off from marketing list, but no help.

order has been placed by your team on 6th September and they have committed that the product will be delivered within weeks' time however I have not received the product yet. I am not sure why the product did not deliver and still the team is still following up on the payment. You can ask your executive who has given a commitment that the product will be received within 7 days from the order date.

Also I am receiving several call from Byju's team for payment due of 1st EMI. I have clearly informed the team that I will not pay the Emi amount as I have not received the product. However, they are calling through the call centre 3 times to remind me for payment.

I will go to the consumer forum if the issue does not get resolved and i will pay the 1st instalment in the month of November 23.

I did a big mistake, can only suggest you to not repeat and trust the negative comments on the internet.
Because Byjus is bad, they will ask you to pay for a course on the same day , speak to your parents , convince everyone and once you pay, they don’t really care about it. I got cheated by Saumya and Arshpreet from the sales team. Both of them convinced me to pay them 1.5 l on the same day and now when the promised things are not being fulfilled from their end, they are not even responding.
It’s been 5 months, paid them the whole amount and I have not received my books yet inspite of calling the customer care every month.
Now they say that books will not be given but they will refund 5k and nothing in written, completely verbal. In written they have mailed me that I am asking for a 5k refund out of 1.5 lakh that i had deposited . WOW!!
It is a very bad platform to learn from. There’s a lot to the entire thing including the behaviour of customer support, head team etc. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE. It will exhaust you mentally. they talk about you becoming the toper , you won’t be able to study too because of the bad experience they’ll give you. Forget about qualifying the exam.

Not trustworthy,very shady. They sell you the most expensive course, promise a lot of one on one customer service and gift cards…they all but disappear after a few months. The tech support hotline is a bunch of robots, can’t find a real person to talk to. They changed my son’s class schedule without any notification. The so-called representative who promised to always answer your call will no longer answer your text or call. Do not fall for their crap!!!

Please do not enrolled your children there are fraud no classes please avoid this byjus

Dear all parents,
You all are requested to not enrol your child for Biju’s education. Below point highlighting for your knowledge & information.
1. Except CBSE, Byju does not teach other Boards in a proper manner.
For all other boards (ICSE, IGCSE etc) they customize the syllabus still it will not match per your child syllabus .The sales person will trap you to join Byju’s and will assure you that they teach all Boards. But once you pay the money you will get to know that it was a conspiracy to forfeit your money for couple of years.

2. I made my daughter enrol Byju post pressuring by their Salesperson. 1 month back I have paid 62000 & still not received the education kit & customer care was saying that IGSE board is not under our scope. We conveyed the same message to Byju Salesperson & replied that customer care has no knowledge of it & you must trust me.
3. It was conveyed by the Salesperson that you can pay course fee in EMIs & that too interest free & without processing fee. While I was paying the amount the interest component was being added in the EMI & when I questioned they said it will be refunded in terms of cashback by Byju. That information was also wrong. I am paying the EMI with interest & the person said sorry I was not aware of it.
4. The Salesperson assured us that you have a freelook period of 2 month & if you do not like the way of teaching & if the course does not match you can cancel within the same period & 100% refund will be done. But on coordinating with Customer Care, they conveyed that we only have a 15 days freelook period & no cancellation will be done.
5. Now neither cancellation is being done nor the education kit has reached us.
Hence request you all “Beware of Byju & avoid getting trapped by them”

Such a very bad services by Byju's . I have many time complaint in customer care for cancel the course & refund my security deposit but every time executive was say that you have received call back within 24-72 hrs but no any call . So i request to all present please do not get any course from byju's . Byju's only collect security amount from you after that no one will we get any responsibly & not back your security deposit. I have 3 time visit byju's center dugri but no response by byju's manager Mr Aditya Soni . He say that you have call in costumer care i will we sorry

This is to convey that the BYJUS experience has been the worst ever. We are filled with regret for the constant issues and disappointment we have been facing.

The lack of communication from BYJUS is despicable when we have any problems

It's now 3 weeks we are waiting for an update on SD card replacement. This was assured to me by your agent over the phone but till date there is no update or no emails or follow up from the concerned department. Every call to the customer service involves explaining the entire situation over and over again with no resolution. At the end they can't even find any note or update on their system indicating that the SD card will be delivered.

Furthermore when the year began, they sent incorrect syllabus and the emails were addressed to a completely different student name.

Previously the mentor used to call to check on the student progress. Over time there is no call, no response to email, zero communications.

We deeply regret this investment and would advise parents based outside India to reconsider.

The sales agent sold the package very well with a lot of promise. However the after sales is horrendous.

She gives him a lot of attention and is a top professional.

We are two years with ByJu's Math and one year with ByJu's art. Amazing programs, professional teachers, great platform, smart rewards for students - point and badges. We are very happy. Prices are below $15 per hour one on one classes. Very budget friendly. Before signing up you could negotiate sign up bonus, like discount for package and Amazon gift card. Our Math teacher at BYJU'S is Ritu Agarwal. She is very patient with our teenager and very helpful. Highly recommend.

❌ BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Came here to warn potential customers. Once you have paid your money, you can expect ZERO support from BYJU (except for their automated response “customer support”). Don’t waste your time or money with this dishonest company 👎

I have been calling buyju's customer care since last 3 months regarding books and they are just repunching book on my every call. I have been received wrong grade books. And still i haven't received books of current grade. Waste of money.!

The most fraud company I have come across ever. All the subscription programs are completely fraud. After paying fees they don't even answer the call. They provide nothing, absolutely nothing. The EMI gets paid every month. They don't even cancel the course.

Totally disappointed. Worst institution. Opted for discontinuation due to several factors after 15 days. Following up for refund,faced worst experience on the response.Dont go after this

I enrolled in byju's and they tell me that they will give a tab but the tab yet not received and it is repeated from last 15 days. And there teacher or costumer care are saying, it is dispatched. But yet not received.
They are not giving a strong reason why they are not giving a tab. They are just delaying delaying and delaying.

but my amount is not refund already 2 months over is doing game and all people is wrost persons is not under stand my customer problem. Don't go admission in byjus. Totally worst institution.

One of the third rated customer service. They have been making fool of the people under name of Support team. Never be a part of this institution. Since, Jan I have been waiting for the call from there support team to unlock my tab but since then I have never received call even after raising the issues multiple times. There people are arrogant.

This is very bad experience with byjus.They don't care with costomer they only want money.Don't buy this product or tablet.

A COMPLETE SCAM!! My daughters were learning coding and art at BYJU’S. One person from the sales team would call me a couple times a day to convince me to buy more classes for my daughter doing coding . I bought more classes but when I sent him a message saying I want a refund I heard nothing. The reason I wanted a refund is because the website crashed and it wouldn’t let them join the class. Again A COMPLETE SCAM!
