Forget the refund- the team at BYJU’s is full of tricks since you cannot make contact, email and chat is the only way. All they can say is we will call you in 24 hours. This is day 11 and their ideas is if they push it long enough people will give up. All I can advise is that please be careful here. These guys cannot be trusted.

Team BYJU is a group of fraudsters, Gitesh from Janakpuri branch sold us course. When we reached centre, we came to know discrepancy in fee structure and it is just like a scam going on. Business house like BYJU created a product with a financial institution under their umbrella, and unethically selling it in the market. Last 2 and half months we have been requesting for refunds, but no refunds and EMIs getting deducted. Government should blacklist companies like BYJU who are selling Education and cheating consumers.

OUR COUNSELOR SHUBHAM SAHU AND LALIT ARE LITERAALY FRAUD THEY HAVE PROMISED US BEST TEACHERS WILL TEACH US BUT WHEN A CALL CAME FROM BYJUS THE PERSON WHO WAS ON THE CALL SAID DIFFERENT TEACHERS WILL TEACH US. THEY ALSO PROMISED IF YOU CANCEL WILL BE DONE WITHIN 14 DAYS OUR MONEY WILL BE RETURNED AND WE HAVE CANCELLED BEFORE OUR CANCELLING PERIOD AND NOW THEY ARE NOT GIVING MONEY BACK. THIS OPENLY MEANS 'THEY ARE FRAUD AND THEY MAKE FALSE PROMISES ABOUT TEACHRS AND ABOUT CANCELLATION.
JUST THE WORLD'S BIGEST SCAMMERS "BYJUS" THE FRAUD COMPANY.

Not a Good Company.
They have the worst work ethics and all fake promises.
They are always willing to trap customers by showing fake results and fraud promises.

There counsellor/mentors are pathetic. Despite giving multiple calls/ e-mails, there is no response. I want to cancel my course but no response. They made fake promises initially. Not given any call regarding mentorship, study plans etc. They are just money making company. Big scammer, don't fall for them. I am paying for my mistake.

I would not recommend this site to anyone since there is no customer service person to talk to its an automated message always. They are complete fraud and will take your money and say your kids missed a class so you will be forced to pay them more to complete your course that your alreafy paid in full in advance. I wouldn’t waste my money with these guys they are liars and frauds.

Worst app,
After taking addmission in online byjus course I . I really come in trouble. Never take addmission in it . Wastage of money . Worst app ever. After 4 days of taking addmission we mail for cancellation but no response it's almost a month. And my next month fees is also going to cut . I hadn't joined any single class.

There is no option of zero stars.

Very worst company. We had purchased subscriptions for two kids, kids did not like the online classes. Hence we cancelled on 11th day of subscription. Even after cancellation we are getting multiple calls (> 50 calls) from automated IVRS and SMS for due EMI payment. Our bank is getting an EMI subscription and has deducted the 295/- for dishonouring the ECS. Which will affects our CIBIL score. Helpline executive behaviour and response is worst. Mr. Ramesh D M gave us the subscription, now he is not taking our calls at all. Parents should not go for this subscription. We have returned the Bags and SD cards, not refunded the money and not cancelled the AADHAR based EMI.

They are not good when taking the money. I strongly recommend , do not enroll with Byju. Managers and their managers stop answering the phone and replying to the messages when you decide to quit and ask for initiate the refund. Internal communication is very poor. They don't know about their staff. One says due to Internet problem teacher can't join the class. Other member says teacher on maternity leave. Total crap.

eachers who get hired are good, but if they get you with there promotional schemes, you are ripped.
They auto sign up after the year is over, worst part is they digitally save your credit card number, even if you change the number they can still charge it. I was promised $400 in vouchers when I enrolled in Nov 2022, tried calling them and trying to get those vouchers from Jan 23 to Nov 23, finally I gave up and cancelled the account when they charged my credit card again for recurring charges.

Bottom point, this company brings shame to being an Indian company. I am an Indian, but this company puts us to shame, if they do the same thing with others.

There is no so called customer service, everyone just says it would be done, but nothing happens.
you dont deal with one person, its all cheap labor from India who make false promises. typical Indian way of doing business.

Everyone who really cares about there kids, please stay away from this company, unless you have a lot of money to waste.

You are better off with IXL or some other local tutoring company.

HORRIBLE SYSTEM
1.Mentor never calls
2.Those who answer calls when you try to approach are very casual and do not know any information.They will only tell that team will call which doesnt happen
3.Tests uploaded in the night which you have to complete before 9 am next day.
4.They say test is not there today and suddeny u see a test notification at 9 pm.
5.Lot of inconvenience to students

Deserves no star but had to give one star to write a review. Absolute useless company. My son is absolutely bored with his programming class and they refuse to change the curriculum to challenge him. No way to get hold of support team to change timings or the teacher. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME ON BYJUS!

Pathetic organisation to work with.
They will treat you as a slave and harrash you based on their needs and requirements.. Better to stay jobless than working in this organisation who plays with you whole time,money and mental health.

I have taken byjus program for 1-5 class
My kid is in 2nd grade however there iw not a single call from byjus ever for any progress measure , totally a cheat company

When I signed up, they took all money upfront... But promised I would be refunded if we didn't like it... GUESS WHAT..... No Refund. They've gone totally silent and play for time... DONOT USE THEM

Really a very bad experience.
No response from the customer service. Nor they try to reach us even after emailing many times.
Classes have been pathetic. Child gets even more confused after attending the classes.

There sales person are one of the worst staff I've ever interacted with. And they literally have no manners how to talk with a lady. They were very very rude. They called us and we simply said that we are not interested but they are calling again and again and again we picked up the call and they talked so rudely they said that you can cut every phone we are having 40 phones we will call you so many times and u will become mad and maybe you have to go mental hospital. They have no right to say these type of lines to a person. So it's my suggestion to everyone not to even raise a query at this app

Byjus is a fraud and scam company, they trapped parents and forced to purchase there products. Before purchasing there products, they promised everything, support for purchasing and trapping parents after purchasing all employees laying. Sab employees jhoot bolty hai koi kuch bolega koi kuck bolega. Byjus ki jo policy hai wo ye hai ke agar aap within 15 days me cancellation ke liye apply karty hai to aap ko full refund hoga aur mene 5, 6 days ke undar cancellation ke liye apply karatha aur mere pass writing proof bhi hai likin tab bi mere paise wapis nahi karrahe hai. Meri subhi parents se request hai ke Byjus ki kabhi koi bhi payment nahi kariye ga nahi to aap ki mehanath ki kasme gaye. Byjus is scammers.
