Don't fall trap in byjus, they loot your money. No classes after taking the package. Acadamic counciler Kavya.bathula is very dangerous, she will talk nicely and loot your money. Please don't listen her suggestions.

Bought IAS tablet course from byju's in 2023 for 65k which was from an offer, or else it would have costed 78k.
Everyday I regret for taking their coarse and wasting money on this useless edtech platform, The tablet provided was a Lenovo which costs around 9k in Amazon that supports wifi 3 or 4lt which keeps disconnecting from wifi and battery drains within 4hr
And the class content, I would rather not share, hopeless
Shame on you byju's for scamming students likee and manipulating parent's mind.

Kids are not engaged during the class absolutely no objective learning
One thing is really good when it come a time to renew and pay for membership you will receive flood of phone calls all from different number from India to USA

Worst experience ever..no response from customer center post negative feedback. Their App & browser are not in sync..some classes only works in app, while some only in browser. If parent is not an IT engineer..you can't even troubleshoot..Do not waste your money. I got fooled and wasted huge money on 3 yrs subscriptions...their Tab sucks...

Pathetic experience with Byjus, they are not even able to deliver the committed online 5 hours in a week.
Only total of average 8 hours in a month for which they are charging estimated 4K , and as an excuse we are served with an explanation like they are not capable because they are not aware, or there is teacher crunch , staff is on leave . Blah blah blah . Better go for buying content only , if you even plan to and do tutoring yourself .

Very bad. Only the online doubt solving is good. They advertise as detailed experience and only few PPL in a class. But in reality there are about 10 people online. They have also secretly made the classes hybrid, so who knows how many people attend there. Even the tutors are not so good anymore. Not a good experience. Def not worth the money.

I would give this company a zero if it was possible. They won't even send the OTP code so I can log in. They do not respond to emails apart from saying that they will get back to you. Until recently, they would call asking to purchase more classes. I am still out of pocket for about 20 classes and with us not being able to log in and them not responding, seems like we have lost a bunch of money. More than an unsatisfactory experience.

I made payment for 1 year. Now no classes. No one answers the calls or chat. Offered a Amazon gift card. They promised I will get it after 10 classes. Now more than 3 months. Nothing received. Total scam and false promises.

Bought the course and cancelled because I felt it's not good. It happened under 15 days. Submitted the cancellation request on July 2023. Yet the refund is not received. So don't even ever try byjus

All their promises and commitments are false. The online class does not exist, no upcoming class, no schedule.
our sales executive promised many things but all were false. even both the sales executives have left the company and have not taken any responsibility.
when we complain through the call centre, they ask for the promises made in words in writing.
every time they ask "DO YOU HAVE THE COMMITMENTS IN WRITTEN".
Annoyed and frustrated with their service (which sieze to exist).
No one is there to answer the call.

How can we expect them to give healthy learning to our kids? They them selves are not ethical. They start with lying to the parents during their marketing activities.

I have experienced similar to what 4 out of 5 reviewers have gone through. Can’t believe a company with such poor ethics is the sponsorer of Indian national team. Guys I suggest not to stress too much about them as they are not going to listen. For those on EMIs I don’t see why you have to worry as the company is in breech of their contract, so you can cancel the standing order or direct debit from your side.

My son is having technical issues with the App. Have tried everything to try and contact Byjus but no one responds, not on call, not on messages. Unbelievable after paying so much.

This is very true that it's a fraud company. I had to pay for all the EMI's without even taking the services. Wanted to cancel the subscription within 15 days but received no response from the team They are a fraud. The company is meant to go down, as they don't have ethics and responsible behavior.
Please never buy a course from BYJU's.
Don't even visit their website for reading material. They will get your details and get on your nerves. They will sell their course with a 15-day window where you can cancel the course but that is never going to happen.

I wish, If there was option available for 0 star. Course mis selling cases increasing day by day. Once student enrolled in any of byzus course he/she can't cancel it. This is the reason now in 2024 owner raveendran byzu is at near to stage of homeless. He should sell his his kidney also to repay the student's course fees who didn't want it overall. Now people realised that raveendran byzu is very much equivalent to Vivek bindra, both are selling dreams only. Our only demand from raveendran byzus sir is that- sir pls refund Poor student's money otherwise u should put behind bars . Sir please give our money back, do whatever you need to do for this, put your wife on rent but don't sell course by doing emotionally blackmail anymore.

Byjus is totally fraud company. do not purchase any course from them. i purchsed course from them in the month of march 2023 and the same has been cancelled in the month of April 2023. After cancel my course i received DP amount in my account but my loan is not cancelled yet. Just because of byjus i'm suffering a lot. i'm continusally getting reminders from Aditya Birla finance to make the payment.Its been one yet and my loan cancellation still not done. I visited Byjus Noida office also for loan cancellation. Now i'm planning to take legal help. They are scammer................
