Returning the item that didn’t fit was straight forward, however not entirely happy to pay for this. Good contact, when the second delivery was delayed due to problems with the courier DHL.

Boots were the wrong size
Boots were the wrong size. They still work for me, but were advertised as a 5 and arrived a 6.
Arrived quickly though.

I'm pleased your wakeboard boots arrived promptly and fit well, we pride ourselves on our customer service at Buy Wake UK.
With regards to the Aries boots you ordered the original size and size that will be displayed in the boot is a US 7 W's which is equal to a UK 5.
As women's and men's shoes sizes are different in US this can sometimes be confusing, as a both a US 7 W's and US 6 M's are equal to a UK 5.

I purchased a Ronix wakeboard
I purchased a Ronix wakeboard, delivery and communication were both fast and efficient, the box was slightly damaged on arrival with no damage to the board however the poncho was lost, without hesitation buywake immediately dispatched a replacement that was with me in 24 hours. Excellent customer service.
This was why I then purchased some new binders that again were dispatched quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend buy wake and they will now be my go to for anything water related. Great job guys

Great products. Need to work on shipping and returns
Products are great but I really don’t like the fact that you have to pay to return items and then pay again for the alternative size/ style item to be sent. Feels a bit like the customer is being taken advantage of.

I'm sorry that you feel that you are being taken advantage of, however, please be assured this is not the case.
Our outbound shipping charges are £5 per order and free on orders over £100, however depending on the size of each order, shipping can sometimes cost us more than £5, so please understand we do not make any money on shipping.
Returns we charge a flat £5 for a returns label however all customers are welcome to return the product using their own couriers, and once again this is not a service that benefits us financially we provide it solely for the benefit of our customers.
Where ever possible we provide applicable size guides for all our products to help with the buying process however, if a customer is unsure on sizing we would recommend purchasing 2x sizes so that they can do a direct comparison to avoid needing to place a second order for the product.
Lastly, we regularly check our couriers and competitors, updating our shipping fees where possible in order to provide the best rates for our customers.
Once again I am happy you like our product range and hope the above has addressed some of your concerns.
