J’ai retourné un produit qui n’allait pas au niveau de la taille. Le site m’indique que le produit a bien été réceptionné mais cela fait plus d’un mois que j’attends le remboursement…
J’ai relancé déjà 3 fois par mail mais aucun retour de la part de leur part.
Le SAV n’est pas au rendez vous je ne recommande pas ce site internet.

Selection good, Prices excellent, customer service very good till I was asked for more money just prior to shipping.

I bought inflatable and service was helpfull and fast, no problems, but then suddenly they ask 170€ more for shipping. I do understand they need to cover the actual cost and can't send anything losing all the margin to extra shipping. The actual problem and very annoying thing is that since I made my order as a company, I got invoiced a sum including shipping cost, so I kinda expected the seller to verify the actual cost before sending the invoice, not asking for more just prior to sending the ordered items.

Well I chose to find my own transport and pick up, problem solved.

Safe to order and pricing is good, just make sure you get the actual shipping cost when you order.

The site claims that shipping cost to Switzerland are 'including custom duties'. However, I recieved a bill from customs for import and local tax.

The buy wake customer support explains that what they mean is only the 'export' custom duties, responsibiltiy for the import is on customer side. I find that highly misleading, and also cnofusing given the extremely high shipping costs of 54 euro for an impact vest.

Do not recommend.

Ik heb onlangs mijn eerste board gekocht bij Buywake.eu en ik kan niet genoeg goede dingen zeggen over mijn ervaring. De website zeer gemakkelijk te navigeren en had ik geen problemen met het vinden van de producten die ik zocht. Ze hebben ontzettend veel keuze en boards in alle prijsklassen.

Het bestelproces was snel en eenvoudig, en ik ontving mijn bestelling de dag later en goed verpakt.

De klantenservice was ook geweldig. Ik had een vraag over een van de producten en kreeg snel en vriendelijk antwoord van de klantenservicemedewerkers van Buywake.eu.

In eerste instantie kon ik weinig reviews vinden, waardoor ik redelijk sceptisch was over het bestellen.
Na bestellen kwam ik er achter dat ze meer dan 700 reviews hebben.
Al met al dus enorm blij met mijn aankoop!

Site à bannir. Premier envoi d'un produit reconditionné (donc d'occasion) qui s'est avéré non opérationnel. Second envoi à une mauvaise adresse et qui ne correspondait pas à la photo avec un coût postal à 40€ alors que j'ai renvoyé le produit pour 18€. C'est lamentable de chercher à se faire du bénéfice sur les frais d'envoi. A fuir.

Goede service aan de telefoon, snel besteld (sup die in heel Nederland uitverkocht leek te zijn voor een prima prijs), snel verstuurd en geleverd. Top!

Overall happy with the product - I purchased 2 SUP boards a couple of months back. Arrived well, and were exactly as promised.

The only issue I had was that the website was not clear about the shipping fees. I live in Cyprus, so shipping is pretty expensive as it is (50EUR), and a couple of days after I purchased the 2 boards and paid shipping I was asked to pay an additional 50EUR for shipping (as it turns out shipping is charged per product and not per purchase). Would've loved to know this info prior to making the purchase in the 1st place...

Ruime keuze aan wakeboards dus pre-order besteld. Ik kreeg (na een paar weken want het was pre-order) het verkeerde pakket binnen dus teleurgesteld. Maar ik werd vervolgens super geholpen door de webcare. Verkeerde pakket opgestuurd en binnen ee paar dagen het goede pakket binnen. Alles in perfecte staat dus ik kan niet wachten om het nieuwe seizoen te beginnen!

Good website, easy efficient transaction. However their follow up support once the package was not delivered was poor!
