Avoid these people! Bought a backdrop and paid for speedy delivery. Item didn't arrive within the advertised time and so I made contact. They informed me that they were on holiday and that they would sent it when they returned on the 4th of Feb (12 days after ordering!) No apology. I asked for a full refund which they agreed to - still hasn't happened and have opened a PayPal dispute.

This company have just tried to BRIBE me by offering me £40 to REMOVE my feedback below!?! The morals of this business are completely unethical!

"AVOID!!! 3 of the 4 collapsible backdrops I bought were badly damaged. Packaging all burst and metal edges had ripped through cloth. I took evidence photos still in packaging and emailed them to buy-backdrop asking them to replace or give substantial refund. They did NEITHER. (Even although their lying website states they offer full refund for damaged goods). I spent over £240 on them and they offered me £8 compensation. (Yes EIGHT pounds!!!!!) After multiple emails they upped that to offer of £30 which I declined. So they then offered 10% off next order - as if I would order again?! Never dealt with such awful customer service. Do not trust!!"

Worst customer service. I ordered three backdrops which arrived well over 2 weeks and my order was wrong! I asked for a block colour pink and got a half blue and half pink backdrop! And i only got one. When I raised the issue with the company they claimed this was my fault. Yet screen grabs showing there advertising the product incorrectly. After that they haven’t returned my money

Stay away from this company! We ordered a back drop and within 3 hours cancelled as one of our team mates had already ordered it through amazon. After multiple emails back and forth with "bella" indicating that they would refund our money right away we received nothing. We then started the resolution process through paypal. "bella" then sent us an email indicating that because we went to paypal about them that they have frozen our money and we would not be receiving anything. We should have searched reviews before ordering and we take ownership of that. I hope that no one else gets stuck with them. We will see what paypal can do for us. PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYPAL DID MANAGE TO GET OUR FUNDS RETURNED.

I ordered a back drop for my dog grooming van because I thought it would be nice for customers to have a nice picture of their dogs with a nice back drop behind the dog.
We're two weeks into December and its still not here!
I have had to order another one off of Ebay because at least I can trust Ebay!! I trust that Ebay's delivery time are CORRECT and their tracking! The tracking for this website never updates!!
I will NEVER order from this site again! Fuming!

Don’t waste your money! After purchasing a back drop , I didn’t receive a tracking number until two weeks later. I was already nervous because of the bad reviews written about this company (after I purchased it). The only way I received any type of communication was when I reported to PayPal. Once I received my item, I REFUSED THE ITEM! DHL couldn’t contact the sender and the package ended up being thrown out. This company has bought me off cheap. I will NEVER buy from this company again. I hope these reviews cost them to lose profits. A company of greed is a company destined to FAIL!

No customer service even on chat and 3 weeks since ordered and no shipping info yet. I know it costs more but just buy American products.

In my experience Buy Backdrop wasn't that helpful it wasn't responsive enough when it comes to customer care. Sending on time always delayed, No Refund, and lastly Cancellation was a failure.

I bought a flower wall background for my husband and our wedding anniversary. The quality of the background is very good, the color is looks reality. Thanks for the photographer to shoot beautiful pictures for us! I will buy this background again!

Lies upon lies. No refund. No effort made by the company to address any issues. Just chose to try to make me look stupid instead. When they were confronted with physical evidence of their obvious lies, they just quit talking to you. Do not trust them. Don't waste your time on their garbage either. A $450 order, plus almost $70 for 3 day shipping, and their product still showed up over a week late. They tell me they shipped my product on a Tuesday, but their labels don't lie. It clearly never moved until at least Friday by the date on the labels. Wasn't upgraded until Monday to the 3 day shipping I paid extra for. Too bad the funeral it was needed for was the Saturday in between. I placed my order over 2 weeks in advance. They assured my when I asked them before placing my order that it would arrive in plenty of time, No worries. But that was utter bullshot. I feel robbed after being treated so poorly and screwed out of over $500. Not to mention when you throw photographic evidence of their lies in their face they just bail on you. Quit responding completely. No ethics. No morels. Should be put out of business completely.

PS - Fock You Bella. After our many emails,
before you just quit responding when I didn't back down, even your face is a lie. If I only knew then, what I unfortunately know now.

They took my money! BE AWARE.

I ordered a backdrop and still haven't received it. They sent me out tracking numbers and even made it appear that item was shipped. The day it was suppose to arrive at my house, they sent out another notice on the tracking saying that it was delayed. They made me believe that the backdrop was in route. I have not received it and it's been almost a month and I paid for extra shipping.

God will destroy this wicked company

In all fairness the back-drop I received is much better than most. Much better than vinyl!

A total failure and disaster! I has been a horrible experience to buy a product which
- They failed to produce on time (an inform customer)
- Failed to be sent on time (after paying for fast delivery service)
- Failed to communicate with the client
- Failed to process a cancellation
A nightmare to process a reimbursement.

I received 2 backdrops from buy-backdrop but one of them has dark color which looks different from the picture on their website. I asked for refund and the sales rep agreed to refund me partial money back to my paypal account, its been more than 10 days and now shes ignoring my messages and not replying anymore.

Place an order almost a month. The website said ship from 3-8 days.No confirmation of shipping yet. Never seen the item either. Please, everyone, you can get the same items via Amazon or Ebay not much different in price and will have the item in hands for a couple of days. Even if it is a couple of dollars more, I think it is worth your worries.
SO NO NO please DON't Buy anything from them if you want to lose your money and energy.

Paid $55 for speedy deliveryon 4 backdrops. It's been 2 weeks and the package hasn't even been shipped, even though the company tell me it has been (when I can actually get hold of someone). Invalid tracking numbers, DHL say they haven't received the package. It appears very dodgy to me. Avoid this company like the plague. I have already filed with paypal for a refund.

Great! Thanks customer service Bella. I was told that post office strikes after I placed an order. I paid for difference between standard shipping and fast express immediately and I received the item yesterday. So fast shipping! I am sure that I couldn't receive my order in time if without Bella's email. My backdrop is so beautiful! Many thanks!

I have to say it is a great website. I ordered a 10 ft by 20 ft Christmas theme backdrop for our party. It arrived soon, and the surprise was that it was seamless. There are many beautiful Christmas backgrounds on this website. I would like to recommend it to more people.
