Item ordered May19th. Paid £44. July 8th item still not received. No reply to Emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I purchased two 6' x 6' vinyl backdrps. The first one I received was as shown on their website. The second one was in error, not what I ordered.

I communicated with Bella about the issue. Her email responses were quick. I received a credit for one of the vinyl backdrops.

I recommend the following:

Make sure you get a tracking number for the shipping. Use "PayPal" for payment to ensure responsible agreement if an error should occur. Be patient about shipments from China during Covid-19.

Overall the proccess with this company was good and Bella was responsive with her emails.

I thought I will make keep some savings by spending less on back drops from china
They don't answer to your emails ,no tracking number ,no money back
I ordered mine in April 2020 and now is July
I will contact my bank as they simply scammed me.

Ordered 1 white backdrop on May 6, 2020 - it is now June 2, 2020 and I have not received my package. I also wasted $20 CAD on express shipping (more than the backdrop itself), which was guaranteed 5-10 business days. Was completely blown off by "Bella" who said it just needs more time. These people are scammers and thieves.

SCAM.

Bad quality, what I ordered looks nothing like the pictures they ca t be used. Total waste of money. Do not buy from this site

If you want to wait for months for your order and get really terrible customer service, then this is the company for you.

contacted royal mail due to undelivered package (they told me the discription doesnt match the weight of the item which on their side weighed 1gram!)

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never been so blindly ripped off before. The backdrop I received had markings all over it and permanent lines running through which you cannot iron out. Furthermore, it was simply a piece of material that had been hacked at with a completely raw jagged edge- not even finished off. When I emailed their team I received unprofessional, short, snappy emails which didn’t make sense. They will not accept a return despite me sending pictures of their terrible product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Paid for express shipping ( promised within a week ) as I had a shoot three weeks after the order, shoot came and went and no backdrops or tracking number. Wrote them an email and “Bella” blamed it on corona. ( even though it clearly hadnt been Dispatched yet so not sure what she meant there..
8 weeks later I’ve still not received the package and they refuse to give me a refund. This company is a SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Wish I’d have read these reviews before ordering! Tracking information not moved so it’s still in China, misleading delivery dates they know it will be longer but there still saying 15-20 days. I ordered mine on 12th May and nothing received. All emails are from Bella and all state ‘allow more time’... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. - I doubt very much I will get my backdrop.

I ordered my backdrop on April 17 and have still not received it (June 16). My tracking number is still not moving and they won't do anything to cancel my order.

Couldn't be happier. Shipping was much faster than I anticipated because of the pandemic and quality is better than I would have expected for the money

The shipping time is terrible I ordered my Three backdrops April 7, 2020 and received My order Today June 9, 2020 however my stand is not with the order when it says online that all of them were shipped together. I don’t understand why China shipping takes forever but this website is up there with Wish as crappy sites to shop on. I will never shop here again after I receive my stand or refund.

Took my money on 4/21. The backdrops may be cheap but you will never receive them!
Still waiting on my package to arrive as of 6/04/20. Never even received a shipping tracking number. Oh and the promised shipping time of 10-15 days (that was more expensive than my two backdrops I ordered)? My order didn't even "”ship”" until 3 weeks later. I only ordered two backdrops, not a big order. Don't bother doing business with them, pay more for something that you will actually receive.

Update: they sent me a tracking number after sending them a few emails. The item has never been received by the USPS aka that number isn’t doing me any good... it's been close to two months.

I ordered my backdrop on April 29, 2020. I needed the backdrop by Memorial Day weekend. Understood that shipping may be affected by Pandemic so I paid for 5 day shipping. Note I spent more on shipping than I did the backdrop!

Paid for backdrop and received a receipt of payment. A few days went by and I noticed I hadnt received any delivery notifications. I emailed asking about my delivery. They said sorry and blamed the pandemic. Within an hour I received a shipping niotification.

Well Memorial Day has come and gone and no backdrop. Prior to Memorial Day I emailed asking about delivery status and they said it's on its way. I emailed saying I'd like a refund they said they cannot provide a refund because the backdrop is in transit.

ABSOLUTE rip off. Clearly I am not the only one dealing with issues with this company.

This company is a scam. This is a second review following the initial review I posted 5 days ago. So I have a "Bella" who is refusing to refund unless I delete the negative reviews about them. What a joke. I've fowarded the emails to paypal and will no longer deal with this so called "bella". Do not trust this company. Any positive reviews are more than likely fake and posted by the company themselves.

Update: 6/10/2020, guess what showed up today?! The backdrops! Still not impressed, this took nearly 3 months to be delivered!

My order was placed on 3/23/20 and I’ve received nothing! Yes, 2 months, paid for express shipping too! I have received some communication, some of which I can’t understand. Their tracking system is extremely poor to say the least! I cannot figure how to run it or translate. The company keeps telling me it’s at the airport! Well, it’s been there for 3 wks!
So needless to say, take my word and do not order! Yikes!

Dishonest. Been a month and a half since I ordered.
Paid for express shipping within 15 days delivery.
Been a month and a half and it's still in China, which by the way they didn't mention. Terrible communication by customer care. Actually no customer care.
Shady company taking money when they don't have resources to service.

If I can do 0 stars I will, been waiting 5 weeks now with no backdrop, it has not arrived and there keep telling me to wait 7 more days... this company just wants your money and wont give you the product..they make excuses after excuses with no intention of giving you what you have ordered..

I forgot to read the review and I am also a victim of the lies. I ordered 5 weeks ago and still fighting with them. I wrote the it off. Keep telling order on the way and when I track the number they gave me, it don't exist. I usually check things coming out of China.
