My experience is a lot like everyone else. I ordered backdrops from them and after processing, it had it was ready to ship for 2 weeks. I inquired and understood the explanation because of the pandemic so I gave a little more time. Then I asked again and then the lies came. I was then told that my whole order wasn't completed. Then they contacted me weeks later to say my order has shipped...still hasn't arrived. They took all my money and delivered no product. Your best bet is to NOT purchase from them.

Under no circumstances purchase anything from this company.
They take your money and have absolutely no intentions off sending you your product. Please do not use no matter what.

Do NOT buy from here! I placed an order from here on 1st April, which was promised to be delivered in a week. Following the order, I read some bad reviews on here, so I decided to politely contact them to enquire about when they thought it would arrive as I needed it for April 15th. I was told that due to Covid-19 I would receive the order in 10-15 days. I was disappointed as at the date of their reply stating 10-15 days, this meant that I would not receive my order in time. Also there were no warnings of delay stated on their website. It is not 14th May and I am still waiting on my order. I luckily paid through PayPal, and tried to resolve it with them through that, but all they did was send me the tracking number, which the website is mostly in chinese, but states it is still in China. I how now escalated the case and awaiting a decision from PayPal.

Do not buy from this shady company. We ordered 5 backdrops on 2/20/20. They were supposed to ship within 2 days. They didn’t ship. We asked for a refund and then they told us they were shipping. We finally received TWO of them on 4/6/20. They didn’t bother to tell us they weren’t shipping all of them. We’ve been asking for a refund since then and the only response we get is “your shipping number is .....” it’s ridiculous. They are absolutely the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.

Buy Backdrop did a great job for me! It arrived yesterday, May 12, 2020 and I love it!

Having previously bought 2 backdrops from this company and been pleased with the quality I ordered another one. At first there was delay and they advised me that it was due to the outbreak of the Corona virus. The backdrop did eventually arrive but instead of being a one piece backdrop it was 2 sheets heat welded together, making it unfit for use as a backdrop for photography. I immediately contacted them by email with photos and they responded accepting that it was their error. Their website clearly states that all backdrops are one piece with no joins. I enquired about a replacement but wanted to upgrade to polyester instead of vinyl. They wanted however to charge me £19.50 shipping charge so I declined and just asked for a full refund on the original defective backdrop in accordance with their own terms and conditions. They are refusing to give a full refund and are offering £7 compensation. They have not asked for the backdrop to be returned.

Purchased a back drop and paid over £20 for express delivery which should take ‘up to 7 days to arrive.’ A month later and still hasn’t arrived. Was provided with a fake tracking number which doesn’t work!!!!!

Ordered a backdrop beginning of April paid Express 7/14 day delivery and I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

Don't waste your money with this company. I payed $180 for one green backdrop and I did not receive it.

Absolutely terrible. Do not buy from this company. They will do nothing but stuff you around, and not send the items as promised. I ordered an item, with express post, and 10 days later still had not been sent. I no longer need the item, but refunds are "not possible". Again, do not buy from here.

Absolutely Terrible Experience!! I ordered 3 back drops over 2 months ago and they still are sitting in China. Have not moved!! Cant get a refund and get get my product. I never had any idea the product was coming from CHINA!!! Should have figured with the cheap price!! Not a happy camper... And honestly i dont want my money back as much as i want the back drops to finish a project!!!!

I ordered s backdrop in March and it is the last day in April and I have yet to receive the backdrop. Bella is a lying bot. They give fake tracking numbers. They are scammers.

21 days after I placed my order, my order had not arrived despite the website stating 15-20 days. I contacted the company and received no response. So I filed a claim through PayPal and attempted several times to contact them asking for a refund. At 28 days, received an unprofessional email saying it was sent. Emails back and for until day 35. I repetitively asked for a refund. Then the backdrop arrives, I no longer need it or want it but they will not allow me to return it. Now no one will respond to my emails. The returns address on their website is not an actual address either. Do not order from this company.

Ordered 4 backdrops on January 24, only 2 arrived late March, after numerous enquiries. Asked Bella where the rest was, they arrived by special delivery a week later! The backdrops are very light, very well made and just as advertised, and VERY creased. So a bit disappointing really. There are a few ideas on removing creases online, but ours are hard to remove. BuyBackdrops should send items in a roll maybe? Otherwise, apart from tardiness and creases, a good product.

Awful. Item never arrived. I requested a refund repeatedly. It's now been almost 2 months since I placed my order and they are refusing to refund me.

They took my money, no products, no tracking number, no customer service.

Trash company. Do not order.
They will be legally shut down after I contact the authorities.

This business is absolute garbage. The pic online is drastically different from what arrived. The company keeps giving me the runaround, offering lower price on another order. I don't want this garbage, why would I want to order again? They won't give me a return label, so it'll cost just as much to ship back as it will for the refund of $28.

Please avoid them completely!!!! I ordered from them and waited for my backdrop to arrive, after waiting a few weeks past the delivery estimate I contacted them and they said it would take a while long because the whole nation is suffering we apologise for you, like I was being ignorant when I nicely asked about the date it would arrive as I needed it for a cake. After a month I had to contact them and again tried to make me feel bad about the nation suffering, I thought it was a UK site and had to ask where it was base, they said China. This is misleading because it said uk on the website and also the person replying to my emails was a person called Bella and the photo was of a blonde haired white woman, which is obviously a fake!! After a week more I asked for a refund they said they done it, after another week there was still nothing in my account so I contacted them again and they said they would do it ASAP after telling me it was already done, at this point I started being rude back to them and complained from their bad customer service and not receiving my backdrop to now not getting my money back and how it was an awful experience. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and after waiting near two months for a bloody backdrop I got my money back today. DO NOT USE.
