Excellent quality and arrived on time.
Easy to order, samples sent. We were informed that was the carpet would be made to order there would be a 12 week wait and this was fulfilled on time. Good communication throughout. Highly recommended company.

Overall great experience
Overall great experience. Quality product delivered really quickly. Only thing that knocks it down is the use of dx as a delivery partner, no tracking available and ignored delivery day update. Burts as a company cannot fault.
