I knew this gun killed bugs but I didn’t know it would completely delete them and send them to the shadow realm! This is the best birthday present ever from my boyfriend. I no longer have to shout him constantly to kill spiders and moths because I’m scared; I’m actually excited to grab my rifle and make them go night night. P.s. don’t be curious like me and try it on yourself, it hurts..

Grundsätzlich ist die Idee gut, ich weiss allerdings nicht, ob nur meine Pistole oder alle so wenig Power haben, dass selbst Lebensmittelmotten nach einem Schuss aus max. 10 cm Entfernung einfach weiterfliegen, als ob nichts gewesen wäre. Reklamation beim Kundensupport ist nach nunmehr 10 Tagen unbeantwortet. Ich bin enttäuscht.

Bought the 3.0 bug a salt and after 2-3 days it stopped working. I processed a return and now they are charging me a $15 restocking fee (beware, if they restocking it, they will be reselling a broken one) How can it be a restocking if I returned it cause it broke after 3 days or so. save your $50-$60 bucks. I rather chase a stubborn fly with an OG fly swatter.

Amazing! Never had so much fun hunting flies and spiders. My whole family is excited to find a bug in the house just so we can use the gun!

Hilariously Effective & Much Fun. We first got one of these about 7 years ago from an online shop called “Dude Gadgets”. They work well, and are a lot of fun to use. A few weeks ago we ordered an additional 3 directly from the manufacturer in the US - one for us, so we can hunt in pairs with BBQ guests, and two that will be gifts for friends. The laser target designator accessory is highly recommended.

Urkomisch effektiv und sehr lustig. Wir haben sie vor etwa 7 Jahren in einem Online-Shop namens "Dude Gadgets" gekauft. Sie funktionieren gut und es macht viel Spass, sie zu benutzen. Vor ein paar Wochen haben wir drei weitere direkt beim Hersteller in den USA bestellt - einen für uns, damit wir zu zweit mit Grillgästen jagen können, und zwei, die wir Freunden schenken werden. Der Laserzielanzeiger ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We have these annoying flies here that are incredibly good at dodging. I bought the 3.0 as a form of desperate measure. But, my god it totally works. Now it's hilarious fun to blast those flies to smithereens. Bigger flies are sometimes 2 shots but the smaller once simply need one shots. Incredibly satisfying. Highly recommend

Love using this to hunt flies.... Seems well made .. could do with being a bit more powerful as you need to be about 12 inches away to kill one..... usually I shoot them from about 3 feet and that stuns them ,then go up close to send them to hell !

i bought in to the philosophy of bug a salt but after 4 months my gun has. at problem .. a simple one .. the lid on where you top up the salt broke at the hinge .. ( a result of opening and closing ) .. it now pops off after
two shots and the salt spills everywhere ,
contact bug a salt and not covered under warranty ?? .: a waste of over £60 , great idea and potential great product let down with a weak design and poor customer service ..
( offered me a discount to buy another )

Flies in the house? Fish and chips a little under seasoned? Look no further. I bought the Bug A Salt 3.0, swiftly nicknamed it The Punisher and have officially declared the house a no fly zone. So much fun, you’ll get a bit of bloodlust upon arrival and will hone your skills to be a one shot fly assassin in no time. Aerial combat is a bit tricky, you need a keen eye and tiger reflexes. I haven’t yet happened upon a wasp but the pesky little blighter will rue the day it crosses me and The Punisher. A quick stun shot from under 3 feet to immobilise the target, rapid reload and move in for the kill.
Don’t shoot the kids or your friends.

3 years using our 3.0 gun and it's brilliant, still working perfectly to this day, fella loves it, son loves it and grandchildren love it.... stuns flies on first shot normally, 2nd shot splat. have to put later due to trust rules

Never signed up to anything but this company's distributor (an outfit called MACVAD) has been sending spam regarding this product to all my email addresses - not sure if random or if they have purchased my email somewhere else. Have reported to our NZ Internal Affairs Department who deal with unsolicited spam. Either way, based on this I'm staying well away.

i couldn't track the package (sent internationally via GLS) but it arrived 3 days after confirmation.
it's great, it works well. 9/10 because I couldn't track the package.

Bought two units..great fun and effective but one has malfunctioned.
Initial response from customer service good, then no further response to my e mails…

I have been using a bug a salt and the product does what it's supposed to do. But it suddenly stopped working,and the company does not supply parts. But will offer to sell you another gun. For this reason I will not buy another. There is a legal obligation to supply parts for a reasonable time,but they claim supply issues due to covid. But they can still manufacture , I thought you needed parts to manufacture?
The bug a salt isn't cheap and fly spray reaches further is cheaper and kills bigger bugs like wasps

I recently bought a new home and I’m plagued with flies in the summer - due to living close to a recycling plant. I’ve tried everything to get rid of these phat blue bottle flies, but the bug-a-salt gun is the only thing that’s worked. I got the version with the laser - it’s perfect

I'm a kid at heart but I'm a senior and I love my Bug-A-Salt. I give it a 5 star rating. I go out to my patio to read and I shot the damn flys and yes if you aim correctly and hit them, they're dead. In the house I use the fly swatter and in most cases to no avail. I bring in my Bug-A-Salt and that takes care of the problem. Thks Bug-A-Salt. This "gun" is not a toy and it works

This insect salt dispenser is not a toy. Great for garden pests such as slugs at night. Kills spiders under 2 inches size. Meat flies require 3 to 5 shots to kill.

Got faulty Bug A Salt ver. 2 and they replaced it within 3 weeks.

The New and Improved version 2 is more reliable.

Very entertaining. Not safe for kids.
