Einer der schlechtesten Online Shops, die ich je benutzt habe.
Das schlimmste ist aber, dass die Retoure erst per Kontaktformular angestoßen werden kann. Das hat bei mir schon fast eine Woche gedauert, bis es dann mal eine automatische Antwort mit Formular gab.
LEIDER muss man die Rücksendung aber dann auch noch selbst zahlen nach Spanien.
Unfassbar.

Das war meine erste und definitiv letzte Bestellung bei BUFF.

I read a lot of negative reviews but Buff were the only company I could find in the UK who provide the item I was looking for (multifunctional neckwear with insect shield).
I ordered 3 items and got them within 8 days. They were packaged well and the quality appears to be excellent.
By this experience I would be happy to use them again.

(USA) I always check Trustpilot first...this is the one time I didn't! Ugh! They were on R.E.I., so I thought the site would be decent. I was wrong.

Paypal isn't even an option--a minor thing, but one I regret since their site was so sketchy.  I used a CC.  Now I'm going to watch that card to make sure all is ok.

What happened: I tried to make a simple order of a couple items that I also saw on R.E.I.'s site. I filled out all the usual items as well as payment method (cc).
Then my cart went to 0, and a message came up saying something about lacking a shipping address--please add a shipping address and try again.  Yes, try again and once again go find your items. ??? Um, the shipping address and billing addresses were fully filled in and right there!  Still filled in. I tried again, same thing.  I tried to chat.  No chat rep answered.  I called.  Pressed 1 for customer service.  No one answered, but I could leave a message.  Thanks. (sarcastic)  Now I have to see about cancelling my cc or watching it super closely because Buff.com seems like a sketchy company.  I took 15 minutes out of my day trying to determine the true colors on the Sierra merino multipurpose whatever it's called...neckwarmer because R.E.I. shows it with the ends in both mauve and the other pics in more of an apricot.  Buff.com shows mauve, which is what I wanted.  I also wanted the same product but in denim.  But I not only can't order, but I can't reach anyone to find out what's going on.  This whole experience was POOR.  No shipping address when it's fully filled in?...that's a new one.  AWFUL USER EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ho fatto un acquisto nel shop online di Buff. Ho ricevuto oggi, dopo una settimana, un articolo completamente sbagliato. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e sono stata informata che devo, a mia spese, mandare indietro il prodotto (spedizione internazionale), spedire le prove del costo da me sostenuto per poi attendere il rimborso, tanto dell'ordine pagato e non ricevuto quanto delle spese di spedizione per mandare indietro il frutto del loro errore. Insomma, dovrei pagare doppiamente per non avere alcunché. Sono sconcertata. Forse mi ero abituata troppo bene con aziende che hanno rispetto per i clienti? Comunque, proprio perché esistono, non acquisterò mai più da Buff.com.

Placed an order on their Canadian website. One of the items has an issue. They have not responded to my email complaining about this item, nor do they answer their phone. How bad is that?

I might see if I can do a chargeback with my credit card company. I'm also trying to find a way to contact their head office in Spain.

It's a shame that a company like this stays in business.

Should have come here before purchasing!

Hat (one size) was way too big for my head (unlike those from e.g. Decathlon).... and I HAD TO PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE!

Auf keinen Fall bei Buff bestellen!!! Die Kosten der Rücksendung betragen mind. 13€, da man die Ware selbstständig nach Spanien zurückschicken muss. Man wurde im Bestellprozess darauf nicht hingewiesen. Mittlerweile sind kostenfreie Rücksendungen überall Standard, da erwarte ich zumindest eine kurze Bemerkung über die anfallenden Kosten. Zudem muss man ein Rücksendeformular selbst ausdrucken und ausfüllen, was für mich einen zusätzlichen Gang zum Copyshop bedeutet... Extrem viel Aufwand und hohe Kosten für Ware mit mittelmäßiger Qualität.

Ein Stern ist viel zu viel.

Der Kundenservice ist das ALLERLETZTE. Ich habe 3 Tücher mit Löchern im Gewebe direkt nach Barcelona geschickt, mit dem angeforderten Retourenformular, wo ich auch angekreuzt habe, die Ware ist defekt und die Versandkosten Rechnung von 13.99Euro auch mit beigelegt. Bei defekter Ware werden die Kosten übernommen, so steht es bei den Richtlinien.
Ich hatte nett angefragt, ob es möglich ist mir eine Abschrift von beiden Formularen zu schicken. Da kam nur zurück, den Wortlaut, den ich geschrieben hatte und das die Ware nicht fehlerhaft war.
Ich hatte 2 Bestellungen innerhalb von 10 Tagen. Die haben sich dir andere Bestellung rausgesucht dir war 20 Euro billiger und diesen Wert über PayPal zurück gezahlt.
Die eigentlich zurück geschickte Ware ist bei Klarna von mir seit 14 Tage als Retoure gemeldet.
Ich habe von DHL dir Rücksendeunterlagen, welche ich Klarna übersende, wenn diese angefordert wird.

Es ist unzumutbar dieser Umgang mit Kunden, und wie ich hier lese, bin ich nicht die Einzige.

Schonmal eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben vor einer Weile. Endlich mal genug Punkte gesammelt um sich mal einen Gutschein zu leisten aber nie ist einer vorhanden. Auf meine Bewertung antwortete Buff, dass sich das bald ändert. Bis heute hat sich garnicht geändert. Aber Daten von mir haben die trotzdem!!!! Größter Scam. Lasst bloß die Finger von dem Mist.

Ganz schlechter Kundenservice!
Eigentlich war ich langjähriger Buff Fan. Im Dezember habe ich 3 neue Mützen Online bestellt. 1 Mütze ist dann trotz Woll-/handwäsche Programm um die Hälfte eingelaufen. Buff erkennt die Reklamation wegen angeblicher falscher Wäsche nicht an. Leider habe ich mit Klarna bezahlt. Paypal funktionierte am Bestelltag nicht.. Sonst hätte ich einen Fall aufgemacht,

Free postage if you spend so much but they turn this off if they are having a sale and the minimum P&P in the UK is £9 for an item that weighs a few grams.

They are making money from postage.

oft funtioniert es garnicht, der marketplace ist angeblich immer ausverkauft und für das meiste braucht man auchnoch premium das lohnt sich einfach nicht auser man spielt 24/7

Abgesehen davon das es ewig braucht bis man genug Pinkte erspielt hat, um etwas aus dem market zu kaufen (was völlig klar ist, schließlich ist Buff gratis), wenn man etwas kaufen möchte kommt immer die Meldung "Cant progress your purchase". Prämien für die EU kann man sowieso vergessen...

Having a buff around my neck during COVID kept me ready to mask up all the time. Saved me a lot of grief during the pandemic

I ordered hats and guide gloves from the Buff website over a week prior to my upcoming Bahamas trip. I contacted customer service via their website to ask them to please ship my product ASAP. Reply was you had an option for overnight shipping (for an exorbitant rate). So far it's been a week and my package has not left the state where it started! Label created on 4/20 and dropped off at a FedEx retail location on 4/26. Look elsewhere for buff like products with better customer service! Other vendors are able to deliver product quickly with discounted prices. No more Buffs for me!

Kinda trash honestly, uses space on your computer to give you basically no rewards.

Great products but don't buy direct unless you have a lot of time on your hands, buy from a local store.

My experience of their delivery service to the UK is terrible and their customer support simply points you to their tracking service, no apology, no sense of ownership.

Buff ship from Barcelona, they missed their 4-8 day delivery estimate.

From their tracking my parcel took 7 days to reach an "in transit" status and the local UK courier's tracking number reports "we don't have any updates, it can take up to 3 days to appear here" and we are on day 3.

Schon mehrfach vor längerer Zeit bestellt und die Versandlaufzeiten stimmen generell nicht und es dauert meist 7 Tage, was jetzt nicht zwingend das Problem ist.

Zwei Artikel bestellt leider abweichend von der Beschreibung, nicht gravierend oder mangelhaft aber so das er mir nichts nutzt. Daher Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufgenommen, der auch freundlich ist aber ständig sagt "Wir leiten es weiter an die Abteilung in Spanien" und danach passiert genau nichts! Wochenlang gar nichts…
Keine Fortschritte, keine proaktive Rückmeldung, einfach nichts…

Sehr schade denn eigentlich war ich grundsätzlich zufrieden mit den Produkten. Aber nochmal werde ich aufgrund des Kundenservices dort nicht bestellen.

Bijzonder slechte ervaring. Op vragen via de e-mail of/en de website wordt niet gereageerd. De aangekochte Buff's filter tubes zijn NIET toegestaan in Oostenrijk. Laat je niet misleiden door de informatie op de website want je wordt niet toegelaten in de Oostenrijkse skigebieden. BUff.com, echt nooit meer!
