Ordered a ton of things at the beginning of the sale for memorial weekend and one non sale item. 3 days after order shipped they informed me that all sale items were out of stock and they only shipped the full price item. Not worth the shipping and very misleading, of course they already shipped 3 days prior. I would like a refund!

Very bad after sale service
Ordered a blue neck warmer but got a purple one... Want to return it, but I have to pay for the return...
Got no respons on my request to get a free return label as the order I received was not wat I ordered...
I would not recommend to order via their website (buff.com)

J’ai commandé le 17 décembre un produit . Je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu.
Il n’y a aucun retour de leur part malgré trois formulaires de request remplis .

Hätte ich nur die Bewertungen vorher gelesen, Rückversand nur nach Spanien. Ganz schlechter Kundenservice!!

I actually did receive a bandana from them several years ago but its quality wore out rather quick so I wound up deciding I'm going to buy a new bandana one day and the day finally came.

I don't know what happened but just like the others have said, these days they intentionally deliver products to the wrong address and now that I discovered these other reviews it's getting more and more obvious that the company fell under new management that turned the whole business into a scam!

The product that I received from them back in the day, not a quality product either. The graphic was fading rather quickly and it was beyond difficult to breathe while wearing the bandana. It was obvious I needed a new one and the new one never came.

Ich hatte schon einige Tücher von Buff fürs biken bestellt und bin damit auch zufrieden.
Die nun gelieferten Mützen sind leider super dünn und viel zu groß um warm zu halten. Also wollte ich (leichtgläubiger) die Ware zurück senden. Das ich Versandkosten dafür zahlen muss ist schon OK.

Aber SPANIEN ????

Ein gut sichtbarer Hinweis auf der Homepage würde der Firma Buff viel Zeit und dem Kunden viel Ärger und Geld sparen.

Finde es nicht korrekt und irreführend. Ich werde daher hier nicht mehr bestellen.

My package never arrived and customer service unavailable.

My niece and nephew have become keen on skiiing and wondering what to buy them for Christmas I remembered a lovely snood I had from Buff. I went online and ordered two gift cards for £30 each. I sent the gift cards to myself so I could print them off and enclose them in their cards.

Although purchased at the same time, only one gift card arrived. This is when I realised there is NO customer service at all. There is a chat feature but you aren't even chatting to AI - which would actually be an improvement. It just has drop down menu that are not helpful if you have a concern / complaint.

There is a foreign number to call but I have no idea how much that would cost. The website is not user friendly at all but I eventually found a form to fill in, which I did. I have no idea if it has been received or if I will even hear from them.

All £60 has gone out of my bank, and I also want to add that I was never emailed a receipt for my purchase. This is not how I wanted to spend the last few days before Christmas - e-vouches and gift cards are supposed to be hassle free or so I thought. Other companies manages to offer an excelllent service but not Buff.

They are not reachable on social medie - despite saying they have an account on X they don't. Instagram just leads you back to the form that may or may not be responded to. Facebook was a nightmare.

I regret giving this company my business and will never purchase anything from them in the future. I hope I can either get the e-voucher sorted OR get my money back, however there is a section in their 'customer support' section that states they do not offer exchanges / refunds.

Apparently they are still a family run company and they are focusing on sustainability etc etc...which is great but I think they really need to take a good hard look at their lack of customer support and how it will cost them cutomers.

das was ich hier eigentlich gerne schreiben würde, darf ich hier mit sicherheit nicht sagen und es kostet mich alles an kraft, mich hier noch normal auszudrücken, so aggressiv macht mich diese absolute müll firma!
Dass man die bewertungen kaum finden kann wenn man danach sucht, sagt schon alles! Die wissen ganz genau dass sie aich absolut unbeliebt machen aber das soll ja keiner wissen also wird geld bezahlt damit die bewertungen bloss niemandem gezeigt werden! Solche geschäfts praktiken wie bei diesen herrschaften gehören absolut verboten.
Ich hatte vor 15 jahren mal ein buff halstuch, das ich geliebt hab, daher wollte ich mir wieder mal ein paar neue bestellen (damals hat mich das tuch ca 15 euro gekostet und war super).
Jetzt muss man hier feststellen, es gibt mittlerweile dasselbe halstuch in zig-ausführungen, verschiednen dicke usw, aber alle natürlich unter irgendwelchen hippen fantasie beschreibungen, die einem genau gar nichts über das produkt verraten. Ich mir gedacht "das was du früher hattest war ja kein auper dickes halstuch also nimmst du mal ein dünneres, die anderen sind bestimmt alle extra dick". Gesagt getan, 3 tücher für fast 50 euro (!!!!!!) Bestellt damit man sich die versandkosten spart. Was kommt an? Der allerletzte plastik müll, so dünn dass du durchschauen kannst. Alter leute ganz ehrlich da kann ich mir auch ne socke um den hals hängen, die hält mehr warm als dieser müll. Ich sofort enttäuscht gewesen und schreibe denen eine email, ich hätte gern ein retouren ticket weil die dinger viel zu dünn sind, und überhaupt gleich erstmal nett darauf hingewiesen dass ich das ja ziemlich schade finde was die hier mittlerweile für einen dreck verkaufen. Antwort: musst du selber zahlen, schick es bitte nach barcelona.
Sag mal habt ihr sie noch alle??
Wie gesagt so extrem unsympathisch, weder auf meine kritik eingegangen, noch sonst irgendwas, völliges desinteresse bei einem zahlenden kunden der knappe 50 eurp ausgegeben hat und dann darf mal die retoure selber zahlen und organisieren... so ein haufen unsympathischer, geldgieriger menschen müsste sofort vom deutschen markt verbannt werden normalerweise. Geht gar nicht sowas, absolut unterste schublade.
Und dann will man eine rezension schreiben und muss sich erstmal richtig mühe geben um das überhaupt machen zu können weil sie offensichtlich online dafür sorgen dass man keine rezensionen über sie findet - wieso, erklärt sich hier ja von selbst!
Bloss kein geld ausgeben bei diesem betrüger verein.

Belachelijk slecht bedrijf, dit is niet eens meer een bedrijf maar gewoon een scam. Betaling is gelukt maar krijg geen order conformatie, de order staat niet op mijn aangemaakte account en ze zijn in geen mogelijkheid te bereiken

scam had 2 logitech giftcards laying around for like half a year since i uninstalled it and now that i reinstalled it and tried to use the codes, they dont work.

I placed an order on buff.com on 01/07/24 but never received it; when I chased this up 3 weeks later I was sent a link to a Spanish FedEx tracking site that had proof of delivery for my order to an address that wasn't mine, and wasn't in the same county or region. After a lot of emailing back and forth Buff simply cancelled my order and sent me a refund. Which is fine, but it was a present and I have to get the item from somewhere else now, 2 weeks after the birthday has passed.

Although I adhered closely to the washing instructions, within a few months the surface of the Buff became bobbled and looked old and scruffy.

Customer service is dire, there's no support through socials and they're slow to respond to emails if at all. The website declined my payment or failed multiple times until it worked with paypal. I have evidence that the money left my account AND received order confirmation from them. Buff then emailed to say my payment was refused and to speak to my bank. Had to go to PayPal and they kindly sent me back my £20. Awful service.

Their products are of very poor quality and customer service is non-existent.

Ich würde am liebsten null Sterne vergeben. Das ist ja der schlechteste Online Shop aller Zeiten.

Ich zahle erst einmal Porto für den Erhalt und die Rücksendung soll nach Spanien gehen.

Die sind doch nicht ganz frisch!

Auch ich bin ziemlich verärgert über den Prozess der Retoure. Musste das Zeug auf eigene Kosten (knappe 17 Euro) nach Spanien zurückschicken. Steht halt 'irgendwo' klein in den Geschäftsbedingungen. Fein wär's, wenn das Unternehmen vor oder während dem Bestellprozess darauf hinweisen würde. Solche Clowns .. einmal und nicht wieder.

Je cherchais un tour de cou en laine sympa et efficace contre le froid et j'ai longuement hésiter avant de commander celui que j'avais trouvé sur ce site à cause des autres avis. Ne trouvant rien de mieux j'ai fini par commander et tout s'est bien passé...
Commande reçu en 1 semaine (en effet moins rapide qu'amazon mais cela vient d'espagne) ce qui reste correcte.

Je ne mets jamais d'avis mais comme tous ces avis m'avait refroidie, je me dis qu'il est important de dire quand cela se passe bien aussi.

Donc RAS de mon côté pour ce site. De plus le cache cou que j'ai choisi est beau et garde bien la chaleur.

Edit: 2 eme commande réalisé toujours avec succès!! le mail de suivi arrive dans vos spams ;)
