BUFF® Recenzje 102

I'm updating a previous review. After ordering by December 25th, 2021, a delivery that should've happen in 2-3 working days, is missing. Delivery company says it’ still waiting for the package. Could not get any reply from BUFF® | Help Center by "submit a request" on their online form.
Today, 18JAN2022, after my 4th contact, now requesting a full refund to ayuda @ buff . com (ignore spaces), BUFF replied saying: "Unfortunately, the shipping company has indicated that they have lost your order. (...) The refund has been processed automatically..."
You’ll probably read this after buying and not receiving your parcel, so you’re probably… you know. :) If not, BUY ELSEWHERE!!

Ware im Wert von 180 euro bestellt.
Bearbeitung der Bestellung erfolgt erst 4 Tage nach meiner Bestellung somit ist der angegebene Liertermin 3-5 Tage um 4 Tage verlängert.
Ich storniere, bevor die Ware versendet wird. Diese Stornierung wird nicht bearbeitet. Ware trifft verspätet ein. Ich kann diese nicht mehr gebrauchen, da es ein Geschenk sein sollte. Rücksendekosten in höhe von 22,00 euro nach Spanien muss ich selbst tragen.

Erstattung des Kaufpreises erfolgt erst 2 Wochen nach eintreffen der Retoure.

Unglaublich, kundenservice ist bei der Firma BUFF ein Fremdwort.

Total scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Koop hier nooit wat, Als je het terug stuurt moet je hun verzend kosten betalen en ook je eigen verzendkosten.
Totaal heeft mij dit 27,00 gekost, en hebben helemaal niets. NOOIT WAT KOPEN. gegevens voor bestelling staat juiste maat en druk op de knop opeens een andere maat. Reageren niet op e-mails kortom nooit wat kopen.

Très très mauvais. Commande passée 15 novembre. Impossible de suivre l’avancement, impossible de contacter le support. Reçus la commande sans suivi postal. Commande incomplète. Pas de réponse du sav ou un mail par semaine. 15 jours qu’on attend des nouvelles. Je trouve cela vraiment déplorable. Je ne recommande pas cette marque et encore moins le service.

3-5 day delivery was actually 9. Delivery address was wrong and no way of changing before it was even sent out. No contact number. NEVER AGAIN!

Ich habe vor Weihnachten eine Mütze gekauft, die ich verschenkte. Da die Mütze leider zu groß war, muss ich sie jetzt zurücksenden. Leider hatte ich die Rücksendekosten i.H.v. 14€ so nicht auf dem Schirm. Nachdem ich mit einer sehr freundlichen Dame vom HelpCenter telefoniert hatte, wurde mir auch bestätigt, dass ich die Kosten dafür selbst tragen muss. Produkte in der heutigen Zeit noch so zu verkaufen finde ich sehr kundenunfreundlich. Es lohnt sich nicht, etwas online zu bestellen, wenn man sich nicht sicher ist (was bei Kleidern natürlich oft passiert). Ich gebe nochmal den Hinweis, sich auf der Homepage über den Rücksendeablauf zu informieren und dann zu entscheiden, bevor man bei Buff etwas kauft. 14€ für "nichts" finde ich nicht in Ordnung! Ich werde daher zukünftig Produkte der Firma Buff meiden und es auch so innerhalb meines Bekanntenkreises kommunizieren!

Do not order anything online if you are in UK from this company. The products I have had before are great so I ordered online. Told to expect delivery by 20/12/21 by 23/12/21 still no parcel. The tracking provided when I ordered just says waiting for despatch. So having sent emails to ask for updates and had no responses I tried contacting the USA customer service as well, they responded straight away, but told me they couldn’t help as my order would be dealt with by European subsidiary. To this date still no reply from customer service to my emails about updates to my order or request for a refund. Dreadful customer service, will never buy their products again. Very disappointed ☹️

Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un avis sur le site buff.com, pour les tours de cou, masque covid et autres produits buff original, voici le mien.

Evitez ce site. Préférez le même produit ou équivalent sur un autre site. Car les délais sont très (très) longs, le service client catastrophique.

D'abord, vous payez mais vous ne recevez aucun mail, aucune confirmation, aucun ticket, aucune facture. Rien. Nada. Que Dalle. Impossible de vous connecter au compte.

Puis vous recevez un mail vous indiquant que la commande a finalement été expédiée une semaine plus tard, mais qu'un des masques tour de cou buff ne sera pas livré car en rupture de stock. Le remboursement arrive au plus tôt 7 jours après paiement.

Finalement le seul produit expédié n'est pas livré et repart directement à l'entrepôt en Allemagne. Plus de deux semaines après la commande, j'attends encore le remboursement de ce masque avec filtre certifié conforme.

Deuxième commande entre temps pour compenser l'annulation du tour de cou non expédié... Toujours pas d'expédition 10 jours après la commande. Buff vous refuse l'annulation et le remboursement.

Ils vous demande de patienter tranquillement 10 jours de plus. Le temps d'expédier le produit dont vous ne voulez plus pour ensuite, soit décliner le colis, soit le renvoyer. Histoire de garder les sommes versées encore plus longtemps.

Aucun respect du client ou de ses propres engagements.

Je ne pouvais pas me permettre d'attendre d'avantage. J' ai donc passé une autre commande sur un site français spécialiste des sports de glisse. Résultat, tours de cou avec filtre reçus en 48h chrono! Mêmes masques, même prix, mais sur un site sérieux cette fois.

N'achetez pas directement sur Buff. Au final, j'ai dépensé plus de 80 € sur leur site. Et deux semaines plus tard, sans avoir reçu quoi que ce soit, ils me doivent encore près de 60€. Et cela ne semble pas les déranger!

Un bon conseil, un avis utile, Fuyez ce site et achetez la même chose et au même prix ailleurs.

NB : cet avis ne concerne pas la qualité des produits, mais la qualité du service client, le respect des délais de livraison, et la politique commerciale du site buff.com. Ces points sont tous déplorables.

I, too, ordered a ladder and was delivered a screwdriver (perhaps marginally better than a key ring) which was similar in quality to a gift received in a cheap Christmas cracker.

I ordered a Telescopic Ladder and was sent a Mini screwdriver set in a wallet. If you have money to waste by all means order. Is this a scam???

Don’t buy from these people I ordered a floor standing Drummer Boy Christmas Decoration I received a 5inch tacky wooden ornament that plays no music and could be brought in the pound shop and I’m now out of pocket by £25 I think everyone needs to be getting in touch with Trading standards to get this company investigated

Would prefer to write no star - SCAM! don't buy. Had the same parcel of rubbish sent and they offered me $4 as a refund!!!

Ordered a buff for £12.50 and got charged 10.00 postage which was added afterwards

This company should be renamed DUFF BUYS!
Like most people on these reviews, I also ordered 2 XXXXL dog beds at a cost of almost £30. After 5 weeks a tiny blanket and a piece of rope arrived. What an absolute con!! How on earth do they get away with saying they are a UK company and then ship from China? They are con artists duping people out of money. Disgraceful!!!

It's all a scam they try selling stuff and scam u of your money I got caught don't buy from these it's a total scam
